This place is around the corner from my house, so after a day of yard work, or just laziness, and we dont want to cook, well come here for food and libations. Its never a great experience. But its close, and the food is mediocre, so we put up with it. Well last time we went, mind you, this is like our 10th time there, shots were ordered. We asked for another round, but they said since that theyre a restaurant, they need to wait 30 minutes before serving us another round. I explained that their understanding of the law is incorrect and theyre implementing an even stricter rule in an already strict state, plus theyve never implemented this rule ever before in my previous TEN experiences. The manager then said that she guesses shell have to talk to her servers about that since that has ALWAYS been the rule. Well if youre going to talk to your servers I have a few more things for you to discuss with them. The majority of your servers are rude to your customers, EVERY SINGLE TIME. None of the servers seem like they want to be there nor do they know what "well" drinks are, We get attitudes when they bring us the wrong items and ask them to take them back when it was their fault for bringing us the wrong thing in the first place. Then we get to hear them talk trash on my wife to their coworkers loudly behind the bar. Im sure the owners here are good people, but I would not recommend anyone ever coming here. The employees are cold and their personal set of rules are alienating to their customer base. I do not like Chilis, but damn, youre seriously better off going there, or anywhere else for that matter. I cant believe I frequented this location as many times as I have before making the decision to simply drive somewhere else farther away to avoid this joint. I do not recommend coming here to anyone.

To tell you how much I loved this place Im must go way back. Back in March of 92 I was born on a farm in Pennsylvania. I Learned and lived the farm life which taught me that the great importance of burgers and sandwiches. Quick, easy, and decently tasty. These are the values of the burger I was taught. I never believed there could be the perfect burger. I searched for many of years with no luck. I went from PA to WV then to VA. Still no luck. I almost gave up this quest for the perfect sandwich. I quickly grew tired of Virginia and its beach and decided a move was in store for me. After many months of planning I chose Utah. With this move fresh in my mind I wasnt looking for the perfect burger. After a long and exhausting day at work all I wanted was a quick beer and maybe just maybe a decent meal. So I picked up my phone and said google where is the nearest bar! It immediately pulled this place up. I said what the hell why not. After a 5 minute drive I walked inside and was promptly greeted and seated. I asked the gentleman any specials. He said a bud for a good price. Indeed I partook of this bud. As I looked through the menu that he gave me my eye caught this menu item. I believe it was called a bacon chubby melt. I asked him about it and he said it was good. So I ordered it and after he delivered the sandwich I realized he had lied to me. This sandwich was not just good but fantastic!! I couldnt help myself. I looked like a pack of wolves that hadnt eaten in a year. It was all over! My quest has been completed! I can now die a happy man.

This place has a great looking menu! All sounded delicious...until it was delivered to the table... what a disappointment. If youre drunk, it might be edible, but not sober...thats for sure!!! So, if your looking for a place youll hate, hit this place up! Complete disappointment... I ordered their Monte Cristo. I absolutely love this sandwich, just not here... it arrived WAY OVERCOOKED... It was dark as hell...I gave it a bite tho and it cut my gums... I told the "waitress" and she was rude about it. She literally said "so whata ya want? You want em to remake it for ya?" I said "well, I came here to eat, what do you think???" It came back almost as dark... were now at 40min...40 flippin minutes and we were the only ticket to the kitchen... the initial order took 32min to arrive... the saddest part is that their food "could" be very decent! I just dont think the Cook had what it took to be in the kitchen... how do u overcook ANYTHING in a fryer twice??? The burgers were burned to Hell as well... 90 dollars worth of crap... AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Great food, however, the customer is absolutely horrible. We have been there three times and each time has been an unpleasant experience with our waitress. We each ordered their "famous" chubby burger and then were chewed out by the waitress saying that our orders made her too busy so she "couldnt attend to paying customers" (not sure what she meant by that, considering we were paying for our meals too). On one occasion (which will be our last visit), we called in ahead of time to place a to-go/pick-up order so that way they could have plenty of time to attend to their patrons during the lunch rush and still not be pressured by our orders. When we arrived, the same waitress berated us for a good 5 minutes about how our orders screwed up their ability to serve other guests. She said, "look, were not a chain restaurant like TGI Fridays, we dont have time to make to-go orders and serve everyone else." Thatll be our last visit at Copper Creek Pub. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

The food was great and the service was good! It was a little busy but I can kind of see how it was more of a knock off "Lucky 13" Unfortunately I was disgusted by the fact that the three young men in the back handling the food was constantly dipping their grimy fingers into the fries and munching on them while they cooked and not to mention the constant cross contamination of handling the beef and the rest of the food. Remember, everyone likes their meat handled with care. If you have a bar to sit at that can over see the kitchen Id recommend some gloves and more awareness of who is actually watching you handle their food. This was the first time Ive eaten there and probably the last but everyone deserves at least second chance. If I dont see a change next time then Ill have to plan to spend 30 bucks elsewhere in hopes my beer wont be flat and I wont have to think about if Im going to get sick afterwards.

Food was alright but the service was horrendous. The lady the sat us and served was rude and condescending the whole meal. Two of us came in initially and she yelled at us for wanting a table instead of sitting at the bar. We had additional people joining us for dinner, but she refused to seat us at a table for four because "those tables are for larger parties, not just two people". Even though we told her we had more people coming, she was rude and angry that we requested the table. Before we even sat down she demanded our drink order and wouldnt leave until we ordered. Two minutes later, before getting a chance to check the menu, she demanded our food order. She was talking bad about us to the other servers so loud we could hear and made no effort to conceal her pointing at us and nasty facial expressions. I will never return here again. Worst and most inappropriate service Ive ever experienced.
