We had the Rueben eggs Benedict and home fries and a lox bagel and it was SO good that we ended up getting bagels to-go. We came here because all of the brunch places around where packed but I am so glad we found this place! It is big inside, comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the bagels are fresh! Saw that you are opening a location closer to us on McDowell and Scottsdale and we are excited about that! Will be back

Had a breakfast bagel sandwich. The bagel was very good, with a very nice texture. However it was thin and, being a jalapeno bagel, did not contain much flavor. The scrambled eggs were also little watery. It was at about 3.5 stars, but their two TVs were both set to the same -very polarizing- news network. Kind of brought down the atmosphere, so this restaurant sits solidly at 3 stars.

Decent food. They claim to deliver. Sometimes IF YOU ARE LUCKY they will... but most times.. they dont. Its such a joke-- You either have to call ahead ask if they are, then tell them youll call them back-- get your ordered together to meet the minimum order then call back.. but THEN they arent when you call back. Its like a game.

Simply the best bagels in town. One shop, family run, great service! My coworkers all agree when I bring them into work they are the best. Fresh, not chewy, just the right density. You can get a decent bagel from the chains but these guys are far superior to them. Take it from a former Long Islander, these are the real deal!

Best bagels in North Scottsdale. Wow. Especially if you get there right at 6:00 AM when they come right out of the oven. A French toast bagel at 6:01 non-toasted with plain spread will blow your mind. Sandwiches are also good. Coffee is good. Staff is made up of bagel pros. Basically everything you want in a bagel shop.

9:15a so its after the morning rush. Quick service from the friendly people working this morning. My breakfast bagel was delivered to my table within minutes. They have a delicious bagel. Its got a nice, full "bagel" shape that is soft when biting into it. What a fresh bagel should be.

There are no better bagels in Arizona than at Big City Bagel. My wife and I go there several times a week and always see other regulars in there as well. The family is awesome and the food is great! Do not miss this gem of a family owned establishment.

My favorite bagel place! Best Ive had since I moved from New Jersey! Always fresh and great! Strongly recommend this place. Only bad thing is the parking because of the new Chase Bank they are building in the already crowded parking lot.

Friendly and honestly one of the better breakfast bagels I have had. It was juicy yet the bagel was soft and crunchy. Perfectly heated up. Coffee was pretty decent also.
