The first time they messed up my order I thought "no big deal" I called and they promptly gave me a refund for the items they forgot to include. A bit disappointing but at least they gave me my money back. Recently, however, I ordered from them and they messed up the order YET AGAIN! I called and spoke with the manager, he seemed to remember my order getting messed up previously, blamed it on illiterate new hires and said he would get me a refund for the items I didnt receive...so, a little bit disappointed yet again that my order was messed up I waited for the refund. Well, I got a refund, but it was insufficient. I wasnt refunded for all the items that were forgotten and had to contact GrubHub personally to resolve the issue. Normally I wouldnt care if my order is a little messed up, but 3 strikes and you get a 1 star review! Its a shame, too...because the food is pretty good.

I came here with some of my family yesterday. This is going to be my new go to for any Mediterranean food or cooking needs. Not only was the food some of the best that I have had in all of AZ the markets selection was amazing. Lots of tea and coffee selections to be had as well as better prices than most grocery stores. Also for the hookah inclined those looking for the best go no further. From Khalil Mamoons the best hookahs money can buy to AF Shisha. This is going to be a one stop shop for my needs in the valley. Also the owner is very nice and willing to help with any questions from making Turkish Coffee this place has true passion for customer service.

decided to try this place after looking at several other med/greek menus in the area. no regrets. i wish i was still sitting there, eating. the prices and portions are superb. other places charge too much for too little. the dining area is next to the grocery/market which gives it a comfy, hole-in-the-wall feel. good service, and the best mediterranean ive had so far. great menu variety. have a meal. do some shopping. stop reading this and go already!

I went to the restaurant and the chicken in my chicken was raw. Then they brought it back and it was burnt. I told I want to cancel the order and I told my wife I wont come back to this place. The guy from the restaurant heard me and screamed at me "dont set foot here again". I have never had such kind of horrifying behavior from any restaurant in my life. I am shocked by the rude people there, including the the girl who initially took our order.

This place is Awesome. I could eat here a couple times a week and be perfectly content! I went in on Friday and got a chicken Kabab plate with hummus. Both were great portions, extremely well priced and delicious! I definitely had leftovers and they are delicious even the next day! Staff was courteous and swift. They came couple of time to check up on me to see if everything was ok. Cant wait to come back and try other items on the menu!

This was our first time here and I must say that the food is pretty bad. The chicken shawarma wrap was horrible, the chicken was dry and the pita wasnt even warmed up and it was crumbling. The Greek fries were served to us cold. The spanakopita was not crispy at all it was mushy and we to moist it had no feta in it either. I could tell it was frozen. I had high expectations for this place but Im definitely not coming back.

Never judge a book by its cover! The place itself isnt the most flashy from the outside but if youre looking for an inexpensive place to eat delicious Middle Eastern cuisine, you have to go. We went there for the first time today and ordered the kabob combo and chicken shawarma and they were divine! Excellent, friendly service and very generous servings. Well be back again... and again... and again. :-)

Love the flavor of the food here. Would go again for their hummus, falafel, shawarma. Service was always good. Orders take little time to serve and I think thats ok for not-a-fast-food place and the tasty food. Pita is hit/miss. I dont think they have the best ambience, so set your expectations. Oh and the desserts are awesome. Never saw a dessert on menu anywhere for a $1 and they have yummy baklava here.

I love this place! Great little ethnic store with a deli and eating area. They make fantastic middle eastern fare, the shwarma is my favorite. Braised lamb is second. Ive eaten in and taken out, always great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And they have great stuff in the store you cant get at the local markets, curries and jams and other ingredients so you can cook great at home too.

I just happened to stumble upon this place, My first time here. OMG what a hidden gem! Im from back east and I havent been able to find a true middleastern cuisine in quite some time. Well look no further. This place has it from Real Tahiti sauce to kabobs to hummus and even the salad dressing... total Kudos! I hate to share it with you all, Id like to keep it hidden for myself.

Yum! We decided to try this place quite by chance and it turned out to be an awesome find!!The food is delicious, and the service delightful!I ate the veggie combo and the portion was very good as well. The hummus, baba ganouj, falafel - everything was tasty. The basmati rice was very flavorful. The market is huge and has a wide variety of groceries. Definitely going back here soon!!

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE BAD FOOD waited over 1/2 hour for our food, when there were only 3 people dinning in. when we finally got our food it was cold and I would not even feed it to my dog. Place was unsanitary. and worst customer service save your money and eat a taco bell you would be better off. if health inspector came in he would fail them.

I have been to almost ALL of the Middle Eastern stores and markets in Phoenix and can definitely say that this store has the best price on Baklava for sure!!! The baklava also tastes the best here!! Everyone is so friendly every time I go there, and even though I live all the way in Avondale, making the drive to Princess Market is worth it Everytime!!

Every time I come to Dubai I stay at Raffles Dubai Hotel. It has everything I need, with nice and comforting amenities, comprehensive facilities, central location, shopping and dining varieties just next door to my hotel room. Young, very helpful waitress was professional and her customer service was top tier. Prices are beyond reasonable for the food quality. Do not let the parking lot or deli/store entrance fool you, this is indeed a high-end Mediterranean restaurant - the cuisine and service and employees second to none in the area at any price.

I saw their sign for years, I never stopped by, we had another place that we favored but that place closed. We came in and was pleasantly surprised how great the food was compared to similar places and the staff are GRRREAT! Now they are one of our favorites, we frequent them more than any other single restaurant. :)
