I have been going to this store since I was little. Coming from a Dutch heritage I loved that they had treats and foods that I grew up with and loved. However, on a recent visit I could not have been more disappointed. The selection is minimal and all of the stuff that used to be good and imported right from Holland has all been replaced with copies imported from other countries. If anyone knows of another store in Utah to get good dutch food and treats please post it, I wont be going back to The Old Dutch Store anytime soon.

I visited the Dutch Store today for the first time, after seeing their booth at Dutch Days at Thanksgiving Point. I am *so* thrilled to see they sell Marzipan cake! I fell in love with Marzipan back when Scandia was open on 17th South (well, even before that, at their old location), and Ive missed it since Scandia closed. The cake was just like I remembered. I will certainly be back, and soon!

I had friends in town from The Netherlands and they appreciated The Old Dutch Store. They have delightful cheeses including Lieden and yummy sausages and sandwiches. The deli area is great. They have chocolate letters for Sinterklaas and a fun selection of Dutch and other Scandanavian gifts. I enjoy every time I visit. The people who work there are also very friendly and helpful.

Dont come from the wurst, they cant cook them properly and dont have a reliable supply of rolls for them. Does not seem well managed. Sandwiches look like they could be good though its unclear if they have everything they say they do. Also the bratwurst is not authentic its like Americanized sausage.

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received today. Customers should leave happy and satisfied with the products and services they receive. The Old Dutch Store put forth minimal effort to remedy the inconvenience I was caused. Ill be sure to buy my cakes from Pirate Os from now on.

I love the Dutch Store! I have always found something yummy and unique here. My favorite sandwich in the Stockholm and the pickled cucumber salad is mouthwatering. Parking is a little difficult and the some of the groceries are more expensive than expected.

I couldve cried in joy when I found this place. They have german potatoe salad just like Oma used to make. Their sandwiches are the best deli sandwiches in town. Most of the mouth watering chocolate I havent seen anywhere else. If you havent been GO!

It has some good items and they serve delicious fresh Stroopwafels every Wednesday. Its a bit pricey for my taste, but I guess thats what you get for imported items. The staff is very friendly and they have a sandwich shop in the store.

Fun little shop, small smattering of European food and items, deli looked delicious, very limited parking and while we were there, about 15 minutes, no one ever asked if we needed help or had any questions.

They had Dutch and German rye bread! (The very dense kind that one piece leaves you full for a while). The woman working there was very friendly, and overall it was a very nice little shop.

I wasnt a fan, selection of foreign foods was sparse. The lunch sandwiches looked yummy but we had already eaten. We specifically came here for food, candy, etc and it wasnt as expected.

Dont waste your time here. The meat and cheese isnt always imported. They buy some right from the valley, and then charge you $15+ a pound for "imported" cheese/meat.

Nice people who seek to help while making purchases. Lots of European choices and selection. Located in Sugar House. Parking is a little tricky.

Neat store for a one time visit, very pricey even for things you can buy at Walmart like toblerone. Quite a drive and not really worth it.

The best place Ive found in SLC to get Dutch, German, or Scandinavian imports, and the deli has great sandwiches and soups as well.
