The one star is because there isnt anything less. I ordered our to-go order 4 hours in advance. Any other restaurant would have my food ready when I got there. This restaurant did not. They hadnt even started making it according to the server. It took a further 35 minutes for us to get our food. They had 4 hours of advance warning. There were plenty of open tables and no seating wait. I saw servers standing around. This was shoddy service and poor execution. When I asked the girl at the to-go area why my food wasnt ready when we got there she told me, "It wasnt there fault the food was late and they cant control when there food is made". That makes absolutely no sense. Whos fault is it you couldnt make the food in time? There was another couple by us who were waiting as well. The server came by and told them they couldnt have there food because they decided to give it someone else at a table. Everyone waiting just stared at the server. We live 10 minutes from the restaurant and by the time we got home the food was barely warm. This was not freshly made food. The cheese on the wedges was hard and the wedges were almost cold. We have scratched this restaurant off our list and will never return.

I do not post reviews. This is my first. But I want to be sure that people understand the validity of the other reviews. Unfortunately they are not petty complaints. EVERYTIME I come and eat at this location, the service is incredibly slow and the wait staff seems clueless. Friendly enough but consistently terrible service. We waited 40 minutes for our water on this last visit and I dont plan to return. The manager came to speak with us after we politely voiced our concerns and thirst to the hostess who was pacing near us. The manager apologized profusely and when we informed her that this is not the first time that we have had a poor experience at this BWW location, she insisted that there was server error this time and its not an always thing. Too bad todays server is not the only one who has gotten it dead wrong. We asked how long she has managed this Sugar house location and she informed us she has been running it since its inception. I was bewildered at that point. As of now I cant help but wonder how she has a job at all. The whole establishment needs help and starting with replacing her would likely be a step in the right direction.

Dont waste your time. Dont waste your money. Staff is rude. Jessie especially! I called to see how long a take out order would be, and Jessie answered the phone. She was rude, and put me on hold without saying anything about how long it would be before I could speak with someone to take my order. I sat on hold for 8 minutes, and then decided to call back. When I called back I said "hi I wanted to place an order to go how long before I can speak to someone to place that order?" she did reiterated that it would be 45 minutes before I could get my order and that she would have to put me on hold because the girl who took the orders was helping someone else. Jessie answered the phone rudely for a second time. I was on hold for about a minute, and spoke with the "to go" girl. She was decent at least, but she reiterated the 45 minute wait, and then hung up without so much as a thank you. When Im doing business somewhere I expect a thank you at least. When youre taking my money for a service, you need to be polite about it. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please dont go here. Dont waste your time, dont waste your money.

Really beyond words. Didnt get our food but everyones food from tables around us was delivered to our table. Then they delivered an order of 24 boneless wings not what we ordered and when I told the server that wasnt what we ordered she said I think Im confused! Really? The best was the shift leader that came to the table to ask about what happened apologized and said Ill get your food out to you but our kitchen is so backed up I was helping get food to customers. I told him no that we just wanted to leave and pay for our drinks so he promptly brought out our check for $6.02 for a Pepsi and a tea of which we didnt even get a refill on because we couldnt get our server to our table. You have an unhappy customer that couldnt get their dinner but you go ahead and present a check for what is food cost to them of .50 for beverages. Who trained this guy in customer service? The guy at another table joined in to my conversation to voice his unhappiness as did the lady behind us when she got the wrong food too. They got checks too! Good thing fight night brings in customers cuz it isnt the food or certainly not the service!

We came in on Sunday, planning to snack and watch the 11:00 games on Sunday. Service was ok, which is surprising since they have about 50 people working there, but they are trying hard and since it is brand new I will give them a pass... What was unacceptable however was the volume of the featured game. It was fine for the first 45 minutes, but then someone decided to turn it up so loud that we had to yell to hear each other at our own table. The sound meter app showed 110 decibles.. We complained and when our waitress passed our complaint on she was told "Thats where the volume is supposed to be". We complained to a manager who agreed it was to loud and went in search of the person to help remedy the situation.. 20 minutes later we had to leave. Basically they refused to turn it down even though most of the staff and most of the customers thought it was WAY to loud.. I Like BWW, but am not sure I will go back to this location since they dont seem to care what their customers think and instead decide to follow some manual that says the volume needs to be 110 db during Sunday football.. Ridiculous really.

I placed an order for wings at 8:30 online and their website said that it would be ready at 9. I figured that they might be a little busy so I got there at 9:20 hoping to just pick up my order and go pretty quick but when I got there they said that my order would be another 20 minutes until it would be ready. I said 20 mins would be fine and I paid for my food. 20 minutes past and my food still hadnt been finished so I asked what was up and they said they were just finishing it so I sat back down and continued to wait another 20 minutes past and still no progress on my food so I went up to get my money back so I could just go since I already had waited 40 mins there for an order that was supposed to be done an hour ago but they refused to give me my money back and that I could either wait for them to finish or leave with nothing. I finally got my ONLINE order at 10:15 almost 2 hours after I made the order online. Terrible service and my food was cold and chewy avoid this place at all cost. Also they didnt give me the amount of wings I ordered and they wouldnt replace the ones I didnt even get.
