Sorry below post was an experience of a friend of mine, but with his experience I wont be making any take out orders from this store. Mr Wilson should be fired! Went to my son birthday get together at native on Broadway in Tempe. While there the table we seated at were stickier then a lollipop out of a three year olds mouth, had the sever rewipe the tables and were even more sticky ! My future daughter-in -law kept saying sorry that she had called a week prior to us coming into make reservations to make sure they would have tables set up for the twenty of us and adequate severs to take care of our party. But to no avail nothing was prepared or written down or even done for the number of people that were need to prepare the number were coming in. In fact the one sever ( Joshua) tried to accomplish taking care of us all. After orders were taken our food came out in different order then they were taken, food over cooked, food under cooked! Asked to speak to the manager in the highest position, and out came the gm(general manager) mike Wilson who came across combative, arguetive,with a excuse for every problem we had while being customer at his restaurant . The list of problem are as following- took a reservation the told once there they dont do reservations, tables sticky- table wiped more than once and still sticky, food ordered then coming out in different order time and after others that arrived after us, told of bad/over cooked/ rock hard boneless chicken- told got a message that they was a problem with the 10 min. Ago but nothing done til we asked , also didnt refund but was told he would cook us more.... If they are bad from supplier why would I want more? Ask for a well done hamburger come out medium - told Ill make you another, then told "no" I guess Ill take it off your bill. After Mr.Wilsons rudeness, lying, careless, care of his business, and customers I ask all my friends to also let the powers to be know this not wrong but uncalled for by Mr.Wilson. As a manager he should be a example to his employees, and want to make sure that his customer want to come back to a business where they get good/great service, food, and atmosphere! With Mr.wilson at the helm I or my family will never return, and will ask my friends to not be customer at this location! Please help me in making this location a better place by letting upper mangers know of the problems at this location!

So I went here with a friend two nights ago on 5/6/17. I had two angry orchards and a specially made drink that a bartender who was off the clock, recomended to us. It wasnt on the menu, but I said I will try it. Our waitress made the drink but the man who was off the clock handed it to me. I ate a good amount of food and started to feel really tired. I took a Lyft home. At 1am I got up to my kitchen to get a drink of water. Next thing I know, my boyfriend is yelling at me asking how many fingers hes holding up. Im on the floor and my head is bleeding. Really confused, I get up and theres blood everywhere from smacking the floor. He called the paramedics and Im taken to the hospital. I have a concussion and hematoma. Medical bills costs $800 and cant work for a week which is more money loss. I remember I didnt feel that drunk, just really tired and I blacked out in my kitchen, not 20 minutes of being home. The only thing I could think of when the man was off the clock gave me my drink. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM ANYONE UNLESS IT IS YOUR SERVER.

Today Tuesday I came with my nephew, niece and girlfriend after shopping to have a good time at this restaurant I got to a beautiful but empty atmosphere and they card me, which is a good thing I am 39, my AZ ID is peeling off in the corner the waiter told me he needed to take my Id to the manager jenny, I told him that I prefer the manager to come over to check my Id, Jenny came over with a police kind of attitude and told me it illegal to serve me, I showed her my green card, and my chilean I'd, and still wasn't good enough, thank god I had my passport in my car. she made me go to the car to get it. When I came back they barely checked it, what is the point, I am trying to get a beer and wings, I felt like she was more like an immigration officer than the manager of the place. Sorry for the whole thing the food was good

Do not go to this location until they get a new general manager!! The servers are great but they could really use someone that knows how to run a restaurant. I made a reservation 6 days in advance for 20 people (16 people showed) but only the manager apparently knew about our reservation that "they dont normal do", sure would have been nice if they told me that. My wings were cooked to long and burgers were barely cooked, the manager Mikes excuse for my wings is that he received an email 2 hours ago about a problem with the wings shipment. Long story short I use to love coming to this place, I love all the staff except this manager with terrible customer service and preparing for large parties. I will not be coming back anytime soon.

Thought Id give Native a second chance at a different location. Im sorry I did. The service here was awful all around. We were told to seat ourselves, our initial server was unprofessional, our main server screwed up 2 out of three of our meals, and she didnt attempt to change the game on one of the TVs to the ASU game even though she said she would. This was followed up with my refill (which I had to ask for) being some concoction of Dr Pepper and Coke. My drink was Diet Coke. We also observed several employees goofing around at the bar like they were normal customers, but with their uniforms on..not sure what was up with that. Note to servers: its ok to take notes. On the plus side, we got a free pizza out of it.

A friend and i decide to go grab some food before heading into work.... we stood at the hosts stand for about 5 minutes, all the workers just staired at us rolling their eyes. So we just sat our selfs (mind you there was about 4 tables in the whole building). A couple walks in to seconds later and someone was up there right way and sat them. I ask the guy to speak with the manager and asked for menus he walks away comes back and tells me im not aloud to seat my self and arguing with me. The whole staff was extremely rude expect for are food runner chris he was amazing and hes an excellent people person they need more people like him in that place..

Being a regular is starting to be less and less appealing here. Seeing as the level of service and staff has decreased in quality over the last 3 months. This place use to be a diverse friendly place to go to enjoy over priced craft beer and great wings. Of the last 3 experiences here all have been terrible. Most recently this weekend after being told that we were regulars. We were then served incorrect drinks, cold wings, and virtually no service. We arrive late in the night which should be no excuse for cold food. So we were stuck eating celery and ranch.
