We have always been big fans of Wingers, but tonight we were disappointed. When we arrived at 7:30pm half of the tables on both sides of the restaurant had their chairs stacked on top like they were closing. It felt very unwelcoming and like the staff couldnt wait to leave. I can see closing one side on a slow night, but why partially close both sides? The cushion on the booth they sat us in was torn and the stuffing was coming out. There were other booths that werent in such bad shape, but it was like they went out of their way to seat us where the furnishings were the most worn and where wed get the message to eat fast and clear out. We have noticed that youre closing restaurants, well Wingers, pay attention when your best customers are noticing storm clouds. Your Riverton staff is acting like theyre next.

Since I moved out of state in 1998, Wingers has become a destination rather then a side trip whenever I come back to visit. Last Saturday I loaded up the car with family and headed for the mall. Lunch was in order and we went straight to Wingers on Riverton. We were greated and seated right away even though we required some seating modifications due to my sister being in a wheelchair. Our orders were taken and soon the food arrived. Needless to say everything was WONDERFUL. Bottomline...service was terrific, we found every one of the staff was freindly and seemed authenicly happy to help us, food was superb, prices very reasonable and I even bought two cases of sauce to take back to Oklahome with me (shh!...theyre Christmas presents) Thank you to the entire staff, job well done. Ill be back.

Wingers is one of my favorite restaurants, but this one has disappointed me almost every time. The popcorn machine was broken one time, the bathrooms need help, Ive never been impressed with the service, and the sticky fingers are tougher than they were in Salt Lake, Rexburg, and Dallas. Tried a burger this time and even after being really clear that it should be well done, the thin patty was still mostly pink. And greasy and cold when it came. Weve come about ten times and this is our last. Sad to leave, but theres other places. If they want to compete, they better step it up.

Today was the third time in a row our to go order was wrong. 1st time my rice bowl had no meat in it, 2nd time my kid was given rebel sauce and couldnt even eat his food, this time my tacos meat was so grisly (sic) that I had to take it out of the tacos and the Fries I paid extra for "they forgot". I will never pay money to this place again. When I called the I was out on hold 4 times, I finally told the manager I dont want anything just to let them know I will never order from their business again, he said "OK thanks". TERRIBLE.

Waited over 20 minutes when we were told wed be seated in 10. Not really a big deal, but upon asking The Host how much longer, we were told another 20 minutes. There was zero communication and my family along with several others left because of the terrible service. Numerous employees walked by and no one even acknowledged the several families waiting to be seated. I watched two families leave after eating and there was no rush to clear the tables for new customers. Very disappointed since my kids love this place.

The sticky fingers here are to DIE FOR!!! I dont know what they put in the sauce, but its so addictive! I do feel that it can be a bit overpriced compared to buying the chicken there in bulk and splitting it manually between your group, but all in all, the food doesnt disappoint, the management is on point, and you can see that the employees are happy and friendly because of it.

Came here starving and craving some beer and sticky fingers. I knew it may take a little to get our food and whatnot with it being Friday night. We came in, the hostest was very nice and quick to seat us and our server was awesome! She knew we were hungry and was so quick to serve us. Linda is awesome! And the food definiatley hit the spot. I have always liked Wingers. I dont stray to far from the boneless wings with amazing sauce. Sometimes I will get fries with my order. My wife likes to order the blackened chicken alfredo. The food is not cooked to order but it always tastes good. Not a bad place to go if you want a quick meal that is not fast food. Service has always been fine.

Usually its pretty slow here. Most times weve been they are slow in all aspects of the process. Getting food, drinks, refills etc. Sometimes the tables feel sticky like they arent cleaned often. The food is usually pretty good when it comes though. The service isnt bad either, just slow. Seems like long breaks between visits to your table.

I have been here a few time and was simply unimpressed. Food was poorly made, and when I got my burger, the meat was burnt, which is actually kind of hard to do. Service was poor and simply left me wanting to leave without eating. Not the worst place I have ever been, so it gets two stars instead of 1, but just barely got that second star.

This place in a mess. Menus are covered in what appears to be week old food. Its never busy so they keep it minimally staffed. Youd think that would be a good thing but youll recieve the slowest service. We had to keep asking the busser for help because we never saw the waiter. At least he appreciated he had a job.

Granted it was a busy night, but once we were seated, waited for 20 minutes until we had to finally get up to ask if we were going to be offered service. Were told the server hadnt been told we, 7 people, were in their area. Might rate higher if the food and service is good once we get it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE their sticky fingers! The sauce the chicken fingers come covered in is a red hot/brown sugar sticky goodness! Perfect spicy to sweet combo, plus dipping them in their homemade ranch in always a mouthful of heaven! Also, the Assault pie dessert is absolute bliss.

Poor service. Expect your take out to be wrong. Happend multiple times. Managers will not honor there comps when offered even though they are recorded in the computer. Resteraunt management and staff reflect poorly on Wingers Resteraunts.

Consistent quality, but I only get the same thing (sticky fingers) every time. My wife thought their sticky finger salad was on the small side.
