The first time we went here, it wasnt bad. I may even call it decent. This time was not so. We waited to be seated. Three different waitresses told us they would be with us and then hurried off. When we were finally seated, I asked the waitress for some crayons as none had come with his coloring page kids menu. She took our drink order and hurried away. It took her five minutes to return with our drinks. By that time, I had already fished a pen out of my purse to calm our two year old, so I didnt bother reminding her she had forgotten the crayons. We ordered our food. We waited about 30 minutes for it to arrive. My sons food had the wrong side. My husbands was missing a side. My burger was so greasy that the bottom bun had desintegrated into a soggy mess prior to reaching our table. Two men at the table behind us finally got their food. One almost immediately drew the waitresses attention to a three inch long piece of plastic wrap in his food. She called her manager out, who compd the mans salad and gave a free dessert. Good job manager. It was a great resolution, until the waitress brought out the dessert. She then proceeded to tell the man how it WASNT AS BAD AS THE WOMAN WHO FOUND A LADYBUG IN HER FOOD THERE. What???? Why would she ever think that would be a good thing to tell a patron?? She said it loud enough that everyone else who was seated heard it. In short, I dont think my family will be returning to Wingers in the foreseeable future. Inattentive kitchen staff, unprofessional wait staff, and apparently bugs as well.

Mediocre wings. Good Asphalt pie. But the kicker, and real reason for the low review, involved members of my group waiting anywhere from 50 minutes to 1 hr 40 minutes to receive their meal. After placing our order, we waited for 20 minutes, and were told they had just put our appetizer, onion rings, in the fryer. 10 minutes later, we were told they were actually out of onion rings. The first 2 members of our party received their meals 20 minutes after that. It took a full hour and forty minutes to get everyone their food. In addition, the staff seemed to forget most requests we made as we waited. The first member of our group to receive food eventually had to go to the front and get sauce for her meal herself, because the server and the manager couldnt manage it between them. I had to ask for my side dish four separate times before they brought it out. Even reviewing our entire order a dozen times during the wait, they managed to forget the youngest member of our groups meal completely. Every single person who was seated on our side of the restaurant while we waited, received their food and left before we were served. The staff apologized each time they came by, discounted the meal, and the food was about what one would expect. But I wont recommend that anyone eat here, nor would I consider returning to use the "free desert with purchase of entree" coupons we received.

My family and I used to love Wingers, and we went a lot when I was younger so we decided to go again. We went to a late lunch here last Sunday at around 1:45 in anticipation of catching a 3:00 movie. There were only 2 other tables being used in the entire place, so they were really slow. Our waitress took our order which was custom, but not complicated in my opinion. I wanted no lettuce, tomato, or onion on my sandwich and my husband and father wanted NO sauce on their wings just plain. The food came out about 40 minutes later, which was cutting it close for the movie, and everything was wrong. The wings were coated in sticky sauce and my sandwich was loaded with veggies that I had to take off. The waitress apologized and offered to make new food, but at this point we didnt have time to wait another 40 minutes for the food we actually ordered. The waitress comped us one of the orders and that was nice but we would have preferred our food as we ordered it. I can understand when the restaurant is busy and theres a lot going on is some things get messed up, but we were the only other table in her section and the other group were leaving when we ordered. There really is no excuse for this poor of service on a slow operating Sunday afternoon.

This place is NOT, disgusting fast food. They actually make real food here so I understand if it takes a minute to cook. With that being said they still had my burger out to me in 5-10 minutes. It was a very delicious bleu pig burger and I enjoyed the fact that they serve the toppings for the burger on the side so I can pick and choose. The waiters are friendly and fun to talk to and very good at keeping my drink filled.(huge tipping factor for me personally) they are conveniently placed right in front of a movie theater which is cool because when my friend and I go see a movie we come here right after, sit and eat. I saw a few reviews by people complaining about getting to their movie late because they went to wingers first, but really I get my food in a very reasonable time. I would definitely recommend going to the movie first and then coming in afterward. Overall I think the staff here, does a very good job in all aspects. I give them 5 stars for being very well rounded and serving great food!

Food: 4 stars. Sticky fingers (chicken strips) are good. Fries were pretty good. Salad was ok. Lemonades are pretty good, but not great. Service: 5 stars. we went largely because Wingers isnt as busy as other nearby restaurants. Friday night, 7:00 pm, no wait. Our waiter was in training (Jason) but he did an AMAZING job. Very thorough, prompt, and attentive. Quickly took order, food came right out, and quickly refilled drinks. 5 stars for Jason. But some other waiters/waitresses looked a little less impressive. Cleanliness: 2 stars. Several flies in the building that were landing on us (and trying to land on our food). Table was a little sticky. And a big bucket of cleaning supplies/chemicals was on the ground (just sitting) next to us (not sure why - picture attached). Overall environment: 2 stars. A combination of the cleanliness, flies, smallish spaces, and people that were there (employees and other patrons), made us feel a little anxious to wrap up our meal and pay the check.

First off, we stood at the entrance and werent even acknowledged for 10 minutes. Which wasnt surprising due to the fact that there were nothing but teenaged girls working, standing around the kitchen twirling their hair and bullshitting, FEET AWAY FROM US, without even looking in our direction. When we were finally helped, they told us there would be a 10 minute wait, which was ridiculous because there were at least 15 open tables. When we were seated we noticed that the floors around the table and the seats were filthy, when I sat down I felt multiple pieces of popcorn crunch beneath my feet. We were helped fairly quickly, and served our drinks and salad, and food. Our waitress never returned to our table until we were wanting the check, and we never received, or were even asked if we wanted refills. The food was pretty great though, the cooks are definitely doing a good job. The waiting staff, and specifically Alexa, were absolutely terrible. Please fix that problem Wingers.
