What can I say.....food was bomb, environment was cool, server, Joe, was legit, too legit to quit, and all was good, until one thing spoiled it all entirely. The night was going as planned as me and my wife stopped in for some food and stuff, our server Joe was INCREDIBLY helpful, so we invited him to sit in one of the empty chairs at our table so he could thoroughly go over some questions we had about the menu. As Joe was doing all he could to impress, his so called "manager" aka B***** McC*** Face, came out of the buffalo cave she seemingly dwelt in and rudely interrupted our conversation regarding the menu as she bluntly told Joe "NO SITTING!" You got to understand coming from a customers point of view, I ask this wonderful server to have a seat to explain some things to me and the poor guy gets in trouble following a customers request by some snotty, over assuming, control freak of a manager. As a first time visitor, the whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth. Why do I want to support an establishment that empowers people like this manager? I wish I knew her name because people like that shouldnt get away with treating others like dirt in front of customers. So all in all as much as I would love to support Joe by attending during his shifts, the attitude of the manager has persuaded me to avoid this location. I give it 3 stars for Joe, and -2 for that c***. When this "monster" gets demoted, you will see me walking through that door again. /end rant

Got my order wrong 4 times: first, gave me completely wrong wings; second, forgot to get me the right wings while I waited nearly an hour for take-out; third, forgot my side orders; and fourth, they charged my credit card twice- and when I told them about it they assured me they would correct the error- but they didnt- I had to contact the credit card company to contest the charge. They have some nice but very incompetent employees, who make a very mediocre wing at a fairly expensive price (more than a $1/wing !!!!). I love BWW and have eaten at various locations across the country- most of the time they have great service- but this location is, by FAR, the worst location I have ever been to- in fact, if this location was my first experience with BWW I would NEVER have gone back again. This location will never see my face again and I would advise anyone else to stay away.

What a disgrace! We got sat right away but it took ten minutes before we were acknowledged, another ten to get our drink orders, ten more to get the drinks. After a period of time we where able to order our food which took fifty minutes to get. All we ordered was wings and mini corn dogs. When we started asking why it was taking so long all we got was "all the orders came in at once and we are trying to get them out. Even the manager was no help. Once we got our food it was cold and looked as if it sat for twenty minutes. After seeing this we stood and walked out. What a waste of two hours!!! NEVER AGAIN!

Walked in the door. Super busy, which. I understand. Been waiting in line to place my name. Suddenly a woman walks in front of us and decides to ignore us and place her name first. I kindly told the hostesses what happen since I had been waiting in line and that lady just walked in the door. A hostess Told me that she would make sure to seat us first. 30 minutes later the couple who decided to walk in front of us was seated first. Then when our buzzer went off the hostes wouldnt even look at us and was very rude. Food is still good just dont appreciate when people dont do what they say they are going to do..

Well, its a decent place but the costumer service is not good, it takes at least half an hour to get your order delivered to the table and youre lucky if the server takes your order in the first 20 min after you walked in. Forget about sitting on the patio because they totally ignore you and let you sit there with your glasses empty for a long period of time. I would understand if the place was crowded at the time you arrive but this has happened when the restaurant is empty.

Could not have had a worse dining experience. Floors were filthy dirty covered in crumbs, table was sticky, order was wrong 3 times, complained and asked for manager (female manager, not sure of name starts with D) did nothing to correct the order & stared blankly in a shaming way like we were the ones with the problem. Food was cold, tasteless, management a joke. Would not even return to get a free glass of ice water. Save your time and money.....

I been here over 20 times with my family in the past year+. Unless you are drinking alcohol dont expect to get great service. If your just there for soda and food they will make themselves scarce. Also, if I get anything besides wings, wraps, or fries I always feel like I got food poisoning....but maybe Im just not accustomed to the large amounts of grease. if your going for sports and drinks with friends you wont be disappointed for sure.

I love going here and have many of times. Unfortunately when I went there today to watch the game everyone was nice and polite but the manager Scott. We were there two hours and watched Scott walk around the restaurant and not once did he speak or greet cutstomers. I find this very disappointing considering hes the manager and his employees are more professional than he was. Great place to eat but the management was disappointing.

Im very surprised about the bad reviews for customer service. My kids and I went here a couple weeks ago and received sterling service from the hosts, wait staff, and management. Its a wing place, so you know the drill. The interior of BWW is loud, its a wing place/sports bar. However, our waitress was incredible...to the point I called a manager over to praise her work. I guess I hit them on a good night.

This is the worst buffalo wild wings Ive ever been to. It was over 20 minutes before we even got our drinks ordered. Another 10 before we even got the actual drinks. Its been an hour and we still dont have our food. The hours are a lie. Its not "busier than usual" either. Weve seen our waitress maybe 3 times in the hour. Terrible. And Id say Id never eat here again, IF ID ACTUALLY HAD ANY FOOD SERVED TO EAT!!!

Wings are tiny O.K. JUST CALLED THE GOODYEAR LOCATION NO ANSWER.. SAME WITH MAYO IN PHX.. CALLED MESA AND THE GUY WHO OWNED THE FRANCHISE IN SURPRISE, GOODYEAR, MAYO (PHX) AND ONE OTHER CLOSED THEM ALL... GO TO MAJERLES THEIR WINGS AND FOOD ROCK ! Order came out in pieces. ALL of it was cold. I sent it back. The new order was only half remade. The other half was still cold. Bartender asked me how it was and i explain that the wings tasted like they have been sitting in the back for an hour. no one made it right for me. Place sucks. Wouldnt come back.
