First went in and found that half of their items are not on the menu. Ordered a cappuccino and it was literally half a cup of coffee and half a cup of bubbles or frothy foam. Not sure how you justify the price of a cup of coffee at Starbucks when youre only receiving half a cup and for that matter its the "lesser half" as the cup widens towards the top. The only reason for my visit was that I had a gift card given to me. In the end I dont know how much I paid for this half a medium cup cappuccino since I was not given a receipt or told how much it was costing. Of course I could have always asked but I really didnt care since it was a gift card.

Slower than glacier formation on Mercury. Then half my order was routed to the drive thru despite my placing the order in person. So if my customers were all standing about waiting, I would be apologizing for the delay, and trying to resolve issues. Not here n they didnt ever offer a straw as they tossed the rest of my order over the counter. If Riverdale has so many devoted Starbucks customers, then they either need another store or much better customer service, or they will soon be hemorrhaging customers to places like McClown Cafe.

I have a retail app called RetailMeNot and scrolling through I saw that Starbucks was offering a free drink. I was so excited and left my house early before work to go get one at the Clinton store. I ended up leaving mad because they had no idea what to do and told me to "figure it out myself and come back" so I decided to go to the one in Riverdale. They were all so sweet to me and the manager took care of it for me and I got my free drink. They made me very happy and from now on I am going to make the drive to come to this one!

I felt like my drinks were rushed and poorly made. Green tea lattes need a little extra mixing when they are iced and mine was handed back basically milk with matcha sitting at the bottom. Even after trying to mix it in myself i was still drinking clumps of matcha powder. I would just like to suggest shaking them in the tea shakers that starbucks provides. Id recomend the Kaysville Smiths Marketplace Starbucks, thats how they always make mine and i love it!

Cant throw away an empty cup through the drive trough window? That policy just had a very real effect on your annual sales, and employee income. I buy 2 coffees at least 3 times a week, generally closer to 4. That rounds down to $10 per visit, or $40 per week in sales and $8 in tips. On an annual basis, that means $2,080 per year in sales and $320 in tips. I think you should seriously reconsider that policy. Bad business Starbucks.

I constantly receive drinks that are made incorrectly at this store. I recently waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive through to get the wrong drink. When I tried to explain to the partner at the window it was the wrong drink she argued with me. There is constantly new staff that get orders confused easily. It is well worth it to drive the extra 10 minutes to the South Ogden location on Harrison Blvd. that store is amazing!

I like this Starbucks. They are always friendly. This is a training center for other local Starbucks, so there is almost always a newbie. Cross selling is great, had some yummy treats. I love the indoor and outdoor seating. The drive-thru is a little awkward, but not bad. They got rid of their couches, which I hope they considering getting some new. The bathroom is strangely placed, but I dont normally use public restrooms.

I made an honest mistake I forgot I ordered a vt white mocha and the girl working the brew station copped an attitude with me, when I was confused that I didnt order it. I ordered a grande Vanilla Latte. I apologized I did make a mistake and giggled. She rolled her eyes at me with her resting b*tch face. This happened at 9:45am at this location. Im sorry but this is the 3rd bad experience in Utah with Starbucks.

I am always greeted when i walk through the door with a "good morning". Theyre a great staff. They make the effort to remember the drinks i want and thats what keeps me coming back (even on monday mornings when i need that extra shot). A smiling face is what I need first thing in the morning and their extra efforts, make every morning.

The Riverdale crew is the best! I love it that they know my name and drink even when i have been gone for a few weeks. These folks make every effort to make it right the first time. I have visited other Starbucks in the area and will return to Riverdale where Carly and her staff take care of you.

Starbucks in Riverdale Utah is an amazing coffee shop with Baristas that show you they care by listening to you. What you order is what you get. Clean friendly and the manager Carly is very professional. I will go out of my way to get to that Starbucks.

Drinks are always wrong! Not even joking. People behind the counter care more about singing Disney tunes then marking the drinks correct and fast. Im taking my money somewhere worth my time. Friends dont let friends drink Starbucks.....

Layout is terrible, even though it wasnt very crowded it was hard navigating to and through the line. Coffee took way way too long. Fairly inaccessible in its location. Also, lots of flies inside, not sure why.

Standard SBucks fare, though this one has a few specialty items for purchase if thats your thing. This one can be a little claustrophobic from time to time, so be aware if youve got a group with you.

They make a lot of mistakes with my order. The baristas at this Starbucks tend to assume customers want cold coffee, instead of asking to make sure.
