I love spending an afternoon or evening at Grounds for Coffee. The coffee is good, and less expensive than some of the other places. The shop is comfortable and not at all pretentious. The staff is amazing - Clint has worked there for more than ten years so he knows his stuff, Alisha is the sweetest barrista in the world, and even owner Dan (and his sound-alike son) are great folks always with a friendly word. The wi-fi can be a bit on the slow side, so if youre planning to do a lot of downloading, dont. But if you want to check your email or edit your Netflix queue, its fine. Best coffee shop in Ogden!

I have very mixed reviews about this place. The coffee was great, the scones were fresh with a great crumb, and the staff were adorable! My only concern is that I often come here with my son, who loves their hot chocolate, post sledding. And each time, the language used by patrons was a bit rough for a six year old. I cant hold a place responsible for its patrons though. And the food is brill. So if you dont have the wee ones in tow, go for it!

The service was not friendly and the food was not very great. Used to love to go here for poetry night but they removed this from their place. Now I have no reason to go there. They also have some older man who says he is friends with the owners and says he can do what ever he wants . He is rude! He sits at the biggest table everytime therefore when a group comes in they are not able to sit together. The whole atmosphere here is aweful!

The service is fantastic, the wifi is great, the events are a lot of fun, and I really love how its an unofficial community center. My only complaint is the coffee, maybe they just roast it in a way I dont like, but it often leaves a vaguely salty aftertaste. If you want to meet people and have a good time, especially if youre a Weber State student, you absolutely must check this place out.

This is my new favorite place to go to for coffee! Many places arent open as early as 5:30 in the morning. And Ive been looking for a place to get me going in the morning on the way to work. The coffee is amazing! Even the hot chocolate is delicious. The pastries and bagels are fabulous, and they arent overly priced. Staff is very friendly! I highly recommend coming here <3

Amazing place. Very nice people. I love that they have music there sometimes. Wifi sorta slow, but good enough for social networking, email, etc. Only problem really, is... the place is always packed. Theres nowhere to park, haha. Guess it really speaks to how good they are.

This is one of the best coffee shops in Ogden. The staff is completely lovely, and there is plenty of space inside. Ive been to lots of meetings inside, and theres always been enough room for what weve needed. The hot cocoa and Italian sodas are very tasty!

I go here every morning because their coffee is so damn good. The pastries are nice as well. The employees all know what I want and just question the size, and I love joking around with the owner when hes on the register.

I think its a wonderful place to sit, relax and catch up on a bit of work and talk to my kids without interruption from employees. Coffee is better than average at a better than average price. Recommend to anyone.

Its such a unique little shop it has its busy times but usually its pretty easy to find a spot to enjoy your drinks, theyre very quick I love getting drinks from here. They also have unique art.
