This has always been hit and miss. The fist thing in the morning staff they are remarkable and not to mention great tasting decaf mocha. Ive had a few times the wrong drink to only have to tune around and wait in line again. Or the line is horrendous. Ive been to other citys, and double the people ordering food and drinks and never had to wait as long as I do at this one. Another thing, this is just a suggestion; you would think when one has gone to the same establishment for over four years and they hand you a wrong drink that they would give you a free drink voucher. This is where the Starbucks on 2100 S and state has my back. Not only would they do a free voucher for a wrong drink, but whenI lived in that area they would give a free drink every once in awhile just for being a loyal customer. How awesome is that? I miss that. Customer service isnt what it use to be. As a matter of fact the "customer is always right" line has left the building years ago. How do I miss that in all establishments. But then again the customers arent what they use to be either, respecting the person behind the counter. Where do people get off thinking of treating anyone that is serving you is lower class then you. Everyone should be grateful that your being served. I know I couldnt do their job. I would so get fired in the first day for punching someone in the head. The moral of my review. It takes two to have an establishment. If customers could have a little more compassion perhaps we could get our free drinks every once in awhile. And thank you 2100 S. For recognizing that. Great morning coffe and staff here. Hit and miss during the day.

Ordered a snicker doodle, the cashier was like its a toffee doodle...guess she knew what we meant, asked for a Smores frappucino she said it like we should know "we dont have that"" all well seeming annoyed by my daughter, niece, and I. Ordered a kids hot cocoa, which should be warm to of course not burn my nieces mouth, got the hot cocoa probably about 145deg+. It was too hot for me to hold so i asked for more milk to cool it down, they warmed up more milk and put it in, which defeated the purpose of a kids cocoa. I wasnt going to ask them yet again to fix it. I wont be coming back to this one ever again. I have never felt so uncomfortable trying to order.

I went thru the drivethru this morning. Not only did she make me feel stupid for not knowing how to pronounce the new bacon and egg meal, she got my order WRONG. I asked a few times for the new bacon egg and cheese, and she gave me a bacon gouda sandwhich. She also never listened to what size of drink I wanted, she gave me a venti when I paid for a grande. Im not to upset about this, but come on!!! There was no wait for the drivethru, there really isnt an excuse for such a bad mess up.

The manager at the Starbucks: middle aged white male. Every time he is on register I cant help that he hates his job more than mine or he hates me. I am always greeted nicely by everyone else and i am clear and precise and never had any issue but the managers patronizing tone and attitude is a buzz kill! He asked me "do you want cream" while i was trying to finish my drink order. Interrupt much? Good place but he has to lighten up! My job is bad too dont start my morning bad.

The absolute worst - ordered a caramel frap light and cashier asked me if I wanted a coffee base in that - WTH? People lined up and started to ask for their money back. The last time I was in this particular store I too asked for my money back and left. After hearing other customers requesting their money be returned I left without making a purchase ~~ what the heck is going on at this Starbucks?

This is my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is always friendly and the drive-up moves really quickly for as many customers as they have in the morning. One of the baristas went out of her way to encourage me to sign up for the rewards program since I stop at this location often. Now, Im earning free drinks. Its things like this that really add up!

They get our orders wrong pretty frequently. Also, we notice that its the same kid working every time our orders are wrong. Hmm... maybe its time to stop hiring kids that are barely fresh out of high school. No thanks. Im going the extra 3 miles to the one in West Jordan.

Good clean consistent Starbucks. Not as much seating as a typical Starbucks but a great place to chill and work if you can snag a table or one of the comfy leather sitting chairs. Wifi is very easy to hop on and reliable, courtesy of Google and Starbucks.

Had a little bit of a wait on our drinks due to a large order ahead of us, wasnt really bothered about it, and they gave us 2 free cake pops! Always a nice and pleasant crew no matter what day or time of day! Thanks again for the cake pops guys!

Plastic, I just nearly drank plastic. Thats dangerous, and I nearly drank small pieces of plastic in my latte. What reason do you have to explain why in years of coffee drinking Ive never once had anything in my latte. I cant drink this!

Awesome staff, very friendly & helpful. The water feature out in front adds humidity & is very peaceful. Inside they have lots of areas with wall sockets for recharging while enjoying your drink. They make really good tea.

Staff is friendly, service is prompt. If you plan to stick around to study or something, tables are super small and wooden. Fairly crowded place most of the time. Good amount of outlets, but just average, not excessive.

This is the closest starbucks to my house but it is usually worth it to drive to a different one because they are so incredibly slow. It doesnt matter if its 7am or 3pm, they average 5 minutes per car.

Nothing like the wafting breeze of coffee to greet you when you enter a Starbucks. This one is no exception. Nice modern interior finish. Not too loud. And they have a drive through!

They only focus on drive thru. If you get anything besides a regular cup of coffee, plan on waiting for 10 minutes or more, even if it isnt that crowded
