My wife and I only go out to eat about once a month and we wasted it on this. I normally love Panda Express, but the service was just inexcusably poor. We went with a student coupon in hand, and they said that they no longer honored it! They should have deleted it from off of THEIR app if they didnt want people using it. It was within the date that they had posted on the app, but the manager just dismissed us and went away. Of course, this was all after we had ordered and the line behind us was very long. Angry, I go to pay, only to have them tell me that they actually dont have anymore Teriyaki Chicken which I had ordered and that I would have to pick another entree. It was the last straw. If I hadnt been eating with my pregnant wife, I would have left my food with them and walked right out, but she only had a 30 minute lunch break, so I paid and we left. I will not be returning. The reason anyone goes to an Americanized Chinese place like Panda Express is to not have to worry about the poor management an poor customer service that some more authentic places might demonstrate. I now have absolutely no reason to go back.

Worst place Ive ever been. I love panda..but we waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes waiting to be served. One lady got half of my food, set it down and walked away while I stood there confused. After another almost 10 minutes of me staring at themy and NOT being helped, a different lady goes and gets my boyfriends order. She tells him it will be about 7 minutes, she finishes my order and says shell give us our food when its all ready. We went and sat down for a little over 30 minutes waiting for our 7 minute chicken. After I go to the counter and ask if it possibly could be done yet, she goes and gets it out of the back and hands it to us. After 2 bites of the chicken I immediately ran to the bathroom and threw up. The people in line behind us decided that due to them being there for 40+ minutes for take out they were going to make it known they would never return to a panda express. After being there for over an hour and barely any of that eating time--that store needs to be closed down.

Tried to call to place a catering order. Person one who answered the phone had no time for me when she learned my call was more complex. She placed me on hold and then switched me to another parson after a good wait. Then the new person acted very impatient. When I asked hours of operation at the end of the call for a specific date, she answered very short: "Our normal hours." I had to explain that I do not know the normal hours of operation and ask her to please tell me. As soon as she answered, she hung up.... I HAD 2 MORE QUESTIONS. Needless to say, I will be taking my catering order elsewhere but I still like Panda Express and will visit there when I am near one and it is convenient but I will not use this location for any catering service based on the way I was treated on the phone. They really didnt care at all.

Well the website said open until 10:30 so I assumed theyd be open and when I parked I saw customers talking and laughing in the dining room so when I pulled open the unlocked door and walked in toward the back I was greated with a very passive aggressive "were closed" by what I assume was the "manager" this all being about 4 minutes after they supposedly closed and when I looked at the hours on the door it seemed like someone put tape up to change them to better suit the store so that was a great waste of time when apparently the company doesnt even know what time there stores close at thanks for being so nice

Service is so-so... Ive been there several times and while the line has been real long, theyve had people wiping down tables and sweeping nonchalantly while no one was there to man the cash register or serve food... I understand it can get busy, but the employees acted like they genuinely didnt care about any form of customer service. Once I did get my food, there was an obvious lack of proportion between the servings of rice/noodles and entrees... Ive been to other Pandas where the food is filling your plate, but this one I felt a little cheated. Not worth it.

Its usually pretty dang good here. :) but today I waited for way longer than I wanted because of a togo order that was called in by someone.. now that I know they do togo over the phone i might just be that person who gets to bump in front of the line by a simple phone call. Plus today the Orange chicken was supper soft.. kinda on the mushy side. It makes me sad because I like when the orange chicken has a little crunch to it. I will always come back just had bad situation this one time.

I have never like Panda Express because previously I have had bad experiences but yesterday I was craving Chinese food and thought why not give them another chance ,especially since we are new here and thought it would be different but No way!! Not only did my husband had to wait extra 30 minutes to get our food even thou we had called for a pick up order but our food had no flavor and our rice was burned ! Totally not satisfied! I wish we could get our money back!

Showed up, ordered food, found out that we could only pay with cash (Not Android pay, Apple pay, credit card, debit card). I tried to barter for my food like I learned about in my history class but turns out thats a load of bulwarky. Probably the only Panda Express Ive been to where Ive been genuinely disappointed. I left hungry and sad, the playful panda decor mocking me with its jovial tones. If you barter, dont use a mess of pottage.

The main problem with this particular location is the parking is very limited and a lot of times you have to park on the shoulder of one of the busier streets in Provo and even then you have to wait in line for a very long period of time especially if its a Friday night normally Id say thats good for business but when it jeopardizes the safety of the patrons because of where they have to park that is not ok

I am going to start by saying panda express was my favorite restaurant we moved from Texas and went there almost weekly. When we moved here we went and the food was gross, the orange chicken tasted like it was made days ago and the chow mein was both undercooked and burnt. We have gone there 3 times hoping it was just a bad day everytime we have been it had been mediocre to very bad. It is a shame

Does deserve 1 star I went there I had got rice and egg rolls before in a to go box many times the lady refused to put them in a order caused a scene and gave me the order how she wanted it. OK so I wanted to go for a nice picnic take my food enjoy a nice summer day guess what they didnt put forks in the bag no soy sauce but gladly took my method of payment go to another panda express
