I used to love this place. It was my go to for Chinese food for years. Large portions, good food, never had one mistake on an order. People were always friendly too. I dont know if management has changed but I was told tonight that I couldnt get my usual order for delivery. I said never mind then and cancelled. I finally decided to call back and get some clarity on what changed. I was told the delivery minimum changed to $15. So I asked if I ordered Seasame chicken and Chicken fried rice if that would be enough. I was told no. I asked if I added egg rolls if that would be enough. I was told yes and then without even finishing getting my information I was told my total and told the driver would be there shortly. I stopped and tried to ask if they needed my gate code or name and number and then she quickly read back my information but had some of my information wrong. I tried to stop the girl and tell her the information wasnt correct and then she read it again and corrected herself. Then she wouldnt let me speak and just said "look do you want your food or not? Its not my fault I couldnt read the previous persons chicken scratch." I asked to speak to a manager and the girl said she was the owner. I said shouldnt you be nicer to your customers? To which she replied you were rude to us so why should we be nice to you? After that I said just cancel my order. I wasnt trying to do anything wrong I was just trying to get dinner since I dont have a car. Seriously? What happened?! Id never been treated like that and dont know why she was so rude but Ill never order again.

This place is a tad sketchy. I mean, if Nancy Drew has taught me anything, its a money laundering front. Still though, the food is pretty good. The General Tsos leaves a lot to be desired, the House Chicken is great, but the lunch deal is unbeatable. The biggest appeal though, is feeling terrifically downtrodden cosmopolitan as you enter the restaurant with the retching door, stand for a moment waiting for the staff to notice you, and sitting at an unwelcoming dirty table- it sounds bad, but its good at being bad, so it fills its niche quite nicely; its a good bad restaurant. I will go again, but I will be comfortably chagrined when I do.

I called in and the delivery driver was rude and hung up on me three times......... Looks LIKE everybody on this review gets horrible customer service from this place because Dan right below my review had the same horrible experience calling on the phone as I did. UNPROFESSIONAL You want to make money you might start by firing your delivery drivers they are loosing you business by hanging up in customers.YOU SHOULD FIRE YOUR DELIVERY DRIVERS THEY HANG UP ON LOYAL CUSTOMERS. You should treat people better you might have some business.

The food is quite good, especially considering the prices. The restaurant is in terrible condition and the owner seems miserable. Hes got zero customer service skills, but can cook tasty chow so I keep coming back. He has Visa/Mastercard stickers, but he gives me a hard time when I want to use them. Bring cash to avoid his grumbling.

I ordered delivery and ordered CHICKEN FRIED RICE but instead they gave me CHICKEN CHOW MEIN. I stopped the delivery driver and told him there was a mistake but he totally ignored me and drove off. . . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!. . THEE LAST TIME I ORDER FROM THEM. I called them back over n over but each time they hung up on me. .

Looks are always deceiving. Dont let the hole in the wall look of this place deceive you. The food is delicious and the portions are ginormous. You will definitely have enough for dinner and then for leftovers for lunch the next day. One of the best Chinese takeaway restaurants in the East Valley.

I ve been eating here for years, best thing on the menu is the Yui Shan spicy pork, and the house egg foo young.im quite surprised by the negative feedback. depending on who you talk to on the phone, sometimes there is communication problems because of broken english, but never had anyone ever rude

Moved back into their neighborhood recently and I just ordered the Shrimp LoMein and I am a believer !! Its the only place I have ordered from with shrimp the same size as Pong Pong -- HUBUNGOUS !! Egg rolls were fresh and delivery time was just as quoted. I shall be back !!

Horrible delivery service , I was left on hold while I could hear conversations going on in the background , when I brought this to their attention they simply hung up on me then I called back they hung up on me again! By the way there mongolian beef is mediocre at best !!!

Delicious!!!!! I wish I could post pictures how much food they gave us for $29!!!! Fed my whole family for 2 meals! Excellent! We ordered the dinner for two and chicken fried rice got free eggrolls and crab puffs for free with order!

Very delicious food for a very cheap price. Wasnt expecting such great food considering when you pull up to the restaurant it doesnt even look like a lively restaurant. But dont let the looks discourage you for trying this place.

This place is a hidden gem. Ive order the pork fried rice on 3 different occasions a few weeks inbetween and it has consistently been delicious every single time! I never rate places but this was well worth it

Hours say they open at 11 but no one answered the phone until 1120. Then when i ordered tbey delivery never came i called back as soon as the delivery time reached an hour but no one answered

Foods cheap and when I say cheap I mean cheap not inexpensive meat was black and burnt and sauce was water consistency and broccoli was on last day of being bad not fresh at all.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I just ordered yesterday, shrimp fried rice and the beef with broccoli and fried wonton. I threw up twice after eating it and still feel sick.
