went in this morning 2-14-15 at 9:00am expecting the awesome service that I usually get from Efrain a worker there and when I walk in the store its a completely different crew. first of all I waiting 5 minutes before even getting a hello but was looked at several times. finally once I got a "go to the cashier" from some grumpy dude that didnt have a name tag on or else I would write his name right here, I felt like walking away if I wasnt hungry. needless to say he ruined my experience. oh and when I reached over to get my bag of chips, the bin was empty except for the couple left over single chips. there was no sense of leadership or team.

I stayed in Park City a weekend with my wife, and the hotel we stayed at didnt provide any meals, so we went to Einstein Bros. There was a much larger selection than I expected, such that it was hard to choose what I wanted. I ended up having the spinach and artichoke chicken sandwich on a cheese bagel, a strawberry-banana smoothie and a cinnamon walnut strudel. The sandwich was amazing, the smoothie was perfect, and the strudel to die for. If I could have those things for breakfast every morning for the rest of my life, I would. Very friendly employees and plenty of seating.

The girl working seemed so absolutely put out by the fact that I came in and ordered a bagel. She handed it to me with a glare on her face and not even a "thank you" or "have a good day". Two seconds later I asked if they had napkins because both of the dispensers were out and she was so irritated she replied "Im not even sure where to get them from" but she managed to walk straight to the box of napkins and bring it out. Imagine that. Please tell your employees to lose their attitudes or get a new job if its really that bad.

Good food, but who ever owns it needs at least twice as many employees working at a time. Waited about 30 minutes for 2 bagels! I have never seen a restaurant this much under staffed! All the coffees were empty as well. Not the employees fault, the owner/manager fault.

Ive given Einsteins about 10 tries. Each time my bagel is wrong, I get charged the incorrect amount, or there is more cream cheese on my bag than on my bagel. Do yourself a favor and hit up pretty much anywhere else in town for a better experience.

Okay bagels, excellent coffee. The bagels cant be great as the come from some central kitchen in CA but they are okay. Really do like the coffee though!

Filthy- so disappointed in how dirty the entire store was. Even the backsplash was stained with coffee and gunk. I wont eat there again.
