I want to start off by saying I absolutely love the food; however, the customer service I just received is the absolute worst Ive received in a long time. I came in today and order well over $50.00 in food for myself and a couple co-workers. When I received my food and drove back to work I discovered that the dressing to my salad had been missing. Now thats not even the issue, its how Zupas handled that situation. When I called the first thing I got was a, "I don;t know what to do about I?"... How about make it right?! The only solution they could offer was to come back and get a dressing or they can get me free salad if I come back in. When I asked to just refund the salad they agreed but had a hard time finding my bill. Another manager called me and she said they refunded is but made sure to mention for future reference they dont and will not refund money... even if the order is wrong. I was going to leave it at that until someone else went to go eat and they gave them completely the wrong soup. When I called back, the same manager who called me, answered and said that we could again come back into Zupas and get another soup, or get another one later. She made sure to emphasize that she will not refund any money this time around. When I asked if they could deliver a new soup, were not even 5 minutes away, she said shell only do that for orders over $100.00. I asked, "Even in situations where multiple items on the order are wrong?" All she said was, "yup". I then said that that was unacceptable and she proceeded to hang up on me. She could careless about the poor experience we just received. They had absolutely no empathy or consideration for us even in a situation where multiple items in the order were incorrect. What bothers me is her lack of consideration or thought into my customer experience. Very disappointed.

Let me start out by saying no wonder Gordon Hayward got such bad food poisioning from here and had to miss an NBA FINALS GAME!!! Just ate at zupas in Farmington for the 100th time and havent been this worked up about something in a long time. My husband has always hated zupas so getting him there isnt an easy task to begin with. 1st off the service was MISERABLE. First girl asks if Im dining in or dining out. We respond with "out" so she starts making my salad in a bowl to stay and multiple times I tried to let her know we were staying and she just kept ignoring us. So I waited for the next person and let them know and their solution was the grab a to go container, flip the salad upside down into the container while spilling half of the contents onto the counter. Then her soliton was to pour double the amount of dressing on top (after I asked for the dressing on the side) to cover it up. Then they took 15 minutes to ring up our food and we had to stand there with 3 of the RUDEST girls Ive ever had to deal with who literally rolled their eyes at us twice when we werent doing anything but waiting without saying a word. The girls threw our remaing food into the bags and we left. When we get home I ate 1/2 my salad and it was one of the worst salads Id ever had and it didnt have a single piece of chicken on it. Youre telling me I paid 8 dollars for a handful of lettuce and a load of BBQ sauce? Then my husband pulls his sandwich out and its literally dripping. The bread was completely soaked and soggy. The last 5-10 experiences Ive had here have not been present and the food goes down hill while you charge more and serve less. So bothered that Ive come here to right a ridiculously long review when I have never EVER written a review about anything. Get it together Zupas. Guess my husbands always been right.

Went in to the Farmington Zupas tonight and with no one else in line behind us was told if our order was to go then we would have to go the cash registers and order. Last time we did this it took 3 times as long to get our food 3 groups of people got their food before us and our order was wrong. The Operating Partner Stephanie was helping us and when we told her that we did not want to go to the end and order she told us if we were ordering for 4 people then we had to. We told her we would order in groups of 2 and pay separately. This seemed to really irritate her but she said " Fine the youll have to pay separate then" Which we did. I tried to explain to her that last time we did that it was a bad experience for us but she could care less and had a very sassy attitude in her voice. My wife was talking to one of the other Manager at this time just a friendly conversation but when he made a comment to Stephanie she snapped at him in front of us that she would discuss this with him later. Its sad to see the Operating Partner the one who should be setting an example for the rest of the employees the one was has the worst customer service.

I am a Farmington resident and have eaten here lots of times and put up with the bad service and long lines because my daughter likes it. This time my wife ordered a bbq sandwich and ate about 1/3 of it and immediately said she ate something she is allergic to. It’s the same sandwich she usually gets and has no problems the only thing she is allergic to is tree nuts. She walked to Harmon’s to go get Benadryl so I looked thru the sandwich I couldn’t find anything in the one she was eating but the other half had a nut and 3 hairs 1 black and 2 blonde. I took the sandwich up a went to talk to the manager who ignored me asking for him, but I did get to speak to someone who had a response that was well rehearsed (It’s posted that it is a open kitchen and there could be cross contamination) I never seen the sign before but there was one. She didn’t offer a new sandwich or say sorry just walked off. The manager the heavy guy wearing a red shirt just watched and never said anything. I would now not recommend Zuppas to anyone they are to busy to care and cleaning up and making a good product hair free is not a concern

I have always been pleased with Cafe Zupas, but I dont normally go to this one. I went there today and was hounded at the door about their "gift card promotion" and then after a long wait in line I put in an order for a sandwich and soup. The girls making the sandwiches and salads were apparently too busy playing around (at one point one of their supervisors asked them if they were getting their closing tasks completed) to pay attention to my order. I got to the register and my soup was there but not my sandwich. The cashier had to remind them to make my sandwich twice. I had paid for my food and stood around waiting for another 7 minutes. Meanwhile, the line behind me has come to a stop because the cashier cant clear the counter for the next order with my partial order sitting there (it must not have occurred to him to move it to the counter behind him). This was the most unprofessional Zupas I have been to.
