I have been working in downtown Phoenix for a little over five years now and up until recent ate at Crave at least once a week, and often three or more times a week. I still eat there every once in awhile, but my new job is farther away. Crave is hidden inside the Mercado, so you wont see it from the street, but its there. I am shocked that this place doesnt have more positive reviews, so Im coming to their defense! Crave is a small locally-owned business. The owners name is Tom, and Tim manages the place day-to-day. Ive also noticed the faces of the staff back in the kitchen have remained constant over the last five years. I think they also manage a small branch kitchen in the Childrens Museum across the street. Both Tom and Tim know me on a first-name basis. The food quality is very good and Ive never had a bad meal that I can remember. The turkey avocado is great (I dont like sprouts though), and the turkey cranberry is darn good. Their soda fountain has Pepsi and Mountain Dew, and Ive noticed that they never water the drinks down, which is nice since Im a soda junkie. They also make very high quality salads, but Im more of a sandwich guy myself. The prices are fair. Downtown eating is a little expensive and people like to complain about that, but relative to other businesses in the area, its a good fair price. A few of their products are a little expensive, but some others are bargains. They have a good variety of sandwiches, salads, bottled drinks, and snacks (cheese, pickles, eggs, veggies, yogurt, chips, etc). I am somewhat sympathetic about the prices because I know that these businesses pay high rents because the landlords down there want way too much for real estate. One thing that I really love about Crave but didnt know until a year or two ago was that they made breakfast bagel sandwiches for cheap! Less than $4 gets you an egg and bacon bagel sandwich of very high quality. Unquestionably the best deal they have there. I dont know why they dont advertise their breakfast sandwiches more, because they should. There is nowhere to sit inside of Crave since its a small shop, but there is plenty of outdoor seating in the Mercado. Beware that it can be hot out there in the summer, but most people brown-bag it back to the office anyway. The only other nearby sandwich shop that I know of is the Subway over by the Hooters, but I had several bad experiences there and wont go back. Subway is borderline fast-food to me. Over all, this place is top-notch and I would highly recommend it. Be sure to try different things on their menu.

I have read some reviews of this product that claimed it did not work well. Normally, I would agree that many of those TV products are poorly constructed or do not perform well. And I would not suggest buying this product on TV as they usually "get" you with extra shipping and handling charges. But I found this item being sold at Walmart or about $10.00 and thought Id give it the old college try. My wife is a big coffee drinker and consumes hundreds of K-Cups so the possible savings was inviting. Needless to say, this product worked great. Easy to use and the coffee, according, to my very discerning wife tastes good. And all you do is fill the cup, place in the K-Cup holder, shut the lid and push the cup size button and in seconds have a great cup of coffee. Best $10.00 I have ever spent.

So many great options for lunch! Its always a pain trying to order because everything sounds good to me! Their breakfast sandwiches are also pretty cheap which area tasty option as well for the budget-minded. They also have plenty of vegetarian options. In fact it was my vegetarian friend who introduced me to this place. Now we return all the time, because its got plenty of choices for the both of us!

A great little eatery! Crave has prepared and delivered lunches for events at my office on many occasions, and they are always very accommodating, friendly, and quick. Perfect lunchtime sandwiches. Gotta try the Spicy Peanut Slaw. Would highly recommend!

The owner is friendly and personable and the food is fast and inexpensive. This is my go-to for a quick, no frills, weekday lunch. Everything is fresh and they are happy to accommodate special requests.

No go for the breakfast burrito! The burrito was overpriced and tasted like it was cheap. I think they used microwave bacon and cheap salsa from a can or bottle. The eggs were also under cooked.

The owner of this place is a hoot! I love the atmosphere when I walk into this cute little sandwich place. The cashier could use some work though..
