Food is great. Order accuracy leaves something to be desired. 3 weeks ago ordered food for 18 employees, it was a simple order 18 bacon cheeseburgers all 18 were missing bacon even though i paid for it. The solution given was to bring the burgers back and they would put bacon on them. Yes thats exactly what i want to do is pay an employee to gather everything up take back the burgers and bring them back cold. They did refund me the difference of the price of the bacon. I wrote the company some constructive feedback through their website but never heard back not even a simple "thanks for the feedback". Fast forward 2-3 weeks decided the food is great it was just a dumb mistake so I order food for the employees again. Not as big as a mistake this time just left a few items out but still had to pay an employee to go back. I though maybe it was a training issue but it appears this is the way they do business. Just double check your orders folks. But I do give them props on some damn good food.

I LOVE the burgers here, and the fries are the perfect balance of crispy to tender. They also have a low-carb option of getting your burger as a lettuce wrap, which is my preference, and its amazing. The only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the service can be a little slow. My husband and I are regulars and they seem to always be understaffed, which is a real shame. However the food is well worth the wait, and priced below our local 5 Guys chain.

I dont think my experience is necessarily a standard one, but my visit had nothing go right at all. The cashier could not soak useable English and mumbled to the point of being nearly incomprehensible, and after clarifying my order three times was still handed an item different from what I wanted despite the recovery spelling out exactly what I ordered correctly. The food was still good though, and it seemed a of the work crew was having an off day.

The food is good, but the service is bad and painfully slow. We live nearby, so this is a convenient standby for us. They almost always forget one element - this time it was my kids fries, its usually the fry sauce. So check your order before you leave. Expect to wait forever to order and then wait forever to get your food. That said, obviously we go back, so the food is worth it. Just dont expect this food to be at all "fast."

Breakfast has never been more incredibly delicious at a reasonable price!! They have a breakfast burrito with potatoes, cheddar, scrambled eggs and... Gyro meat as an option!! They slap have a breakfast sandwich with an egg any style, American cheese, your choice of bread and... YES, GYRO meat as an option!! I crave this place all day long, looking forward to mornings when I can satisfy my craving for a short time.

While Apollo Burger is still pretty good, by and large, the quality of their food has been slowly declining. Their fry sauce, which used to be thick and rich, is now runny and flavorless; the fries are always over-salted; the souvlaki is over-cooked and dry; and the pastrami, which used to be delicious, is now frequently tough and lackluster. Its a step up from fast food, but its declining fast. Pass on Apollo.

I Have to say I will never go back to this place. They screwed up on our order. I went back in to have them fix the burger. She wanted to refry the same onion rings that were in my order. 3 times and they still get the burger wrong! They refused to fix it! Beware they do not know how to follow directions and they will refry food to heat them back up. As far as I knew that is against heath codes.

They think highly of their food. I was hoping for something above fast food quality. Saw the prices and the grill, I figured decent chance at a good burger. All I can say is AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Unless you like limp, soggy, fries, and thin over cooked shoe leather masquerading as a hamburger. Even if the food had been flavorful, the quantity for the price leaves you with very poor value.

First time at Apollo Burger. Visiting Utah from out of state. Man all I can say is this place is top-notch old school burger joint with some interesting offerings. I had the Athenian, I was very impressed by the freshness of the feta. It almost tasted as good as my greek grandmas. Bottom line: in and out burger is disgusting compared to this place! And I love In and Out! Haha

Food rating applies only to the onion rings. They changed suppliers and the new ones are no where near as good as they used to be. A real step backward in my opinion. Otherwise, their food and their service is really a plus. In fairness, they refunded the cost of the onion rings when I voiced my complaint.

Love the food and the variety of options. Sometimes my husband wants a burger but I just really want a good salad or something else. Apollo burger always delivers a great option for everyone. My only complaint is that the drive through is inexplicably slow. Getting your food inside is usually pretty fast.

Very deceptive in advertising the combo price. If you want a shake and fries the receipt says $2.29 and .99 for the combo and then makes the total of those 2 amounts $6.69?? Come on guys a combo is supposed to save money not cost you more!! Horrible push back from employees acting like they dont care.

A little hard to get too but definitely worth it. Food is good and service is always quick and accurate. Plus, I like to look at all the people across the street pulling into McDonalds and wonder why anyone would eat there instead. If youre gonna have a burger, at least get a good one at Apollo!

Stood in line while no one was in front of me. Order taker disappeared to help cook or do anything but take my order. I wasnt until I asked if it would be quicker to go through the drive thru that they finally decided to help. Slow service but really good food.

Im not sure about letting humans have an opinion of anything these people are all over the place. It definitely seems that service speed needs to be improved. Some of the folks need to go back to bed and take a nap. Im going to give it a try wish me luck.

The wait was over 25 minutes get through the drive-through. I had a pretty simple order. This seems to happen every time I go. The food is not bad but it always seems to take a long long time. Next time Im just hitting up McDonalds

Its been 5-7 years since Ive eaten here. Will not be returning. Food was very low quality. McDonalds would have been better for less money. Dining area and counter wasnt clean. The only thing good about experience was nice staff.

Used to be great but the last two trips have been less than pleasant. It is dirty, they got my order wrong both times, the French Toast didnt taste like anything more than just white bread with syrup on it. Very disappointing.

I love their chicken shish ka bobs! Delicious greek dressing on salad. The only down fall is they are so good, that they are very busy. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, especially in the takeout line. Very delicious!
