If I could do less than one star I would. Miss Amy was our server, she was so incredibly rude, we waited at our table shortly after being seated and she was helping another table, so we were patient for the first few minutes, because i was a waitress myself at one point. We are from out of state so we werent expecting the same service but when my husband asked a question about if the tea was sweetened or unsweetened, she blatantly laughed at him, then when she finally brought our drinks and took our order, she laughed at how i requested my bacon. She directly ignored us the entire time and our drinks sat empty for our ENTIRE meal. She brought us refills right before she brought our check. NOT HAPPY. She was extremely helpful to every other table in her section BUT US. She either needs re-coached, or she needs to find a profession where she can be respectful to ALL OF her customers, not just the ones she judges to tip her well. She missed out on a 50% tip simply because she was so incredibly rude.

I had the turkey dinner. It was one of the worst meals i have ever had. The turkey did NOT look at all like the photo on the menu. Rather than a slice of turkey, it was it bits and pieces. The flavor was not good, and the dressing was VERY bland. It was served with brocoli and mashed potatos. The brocoli was fair to midland, and the potatos had an odd taste. The meal was not even worth bagging up for take-home. i ate very little of what was on my plate. The meal came with a bowl of soup. The waiter initially served the coup to me in a bowl that had been CHILLED and he provided a regular spoon. I went and tracked down a waitress who agreed to find another bowl for the soup, and i was also able to get a soup spoon. Bottom line....i will not be returning to this restaurant!

I wish I could put -5 stars. My boyfriend and I have attempted to eat here on multiple occasions and it is always horrible service. Boyfriend and I walked in around 10, no one was upfront to great us, one smaller group in the restaurant and thats it. There was a bunch of employees in the back, that we could hear laughing and giggling, yet no one acknowledged that we had walked in. We stood there for 6+ minutes before someone walked around and saw us standing there. After a quick "Ill be right there", we stood there for another 10 minutes with no service. Boyfriend and I decided to leave, and not return. We decided to drive to the Bountiful IHOP. I highly recommend the Bountiful IHOP.

The food here today was terrible, I ordered the steak and egg dish and when I took a bite the steak had the texture of a sponge and was over cooked. I attribute this to the 1/4 inch thickness and a cook that doesnt understand medium rare. The hash browns I ordered instead of the pancakes werent cooked at all, just a very light almost non existent tan color on a few of them. Horrible food overall. The waitress was great and offered something else after I complained, but I expect it to be right the first time.

0 for 2. Weve eaten at this IHOP twice now when business brought us up this way. Theyve messed up our orders both times. And I dont understand why it is some kind of national threat for an adult to order off the kids menu; when youre only after about 200 calories, why is the answer "that would get me in trouble... Ill bring you the adult version" that turns out to be almost 500 cals instead. Are big people not allowed to eat silver-dollar pancakes?

I visited this location with a group of friends on MLK day. We went in the early morning so we were seated quickly and the waitress was very on top of things. Unfortunately I wasnt impressed with the quality of the food during this visit. Eggs didnt have any seasoning and my banana french toast had only a few slices of banana. This hasnt been a problem in the past. Hopefully just a hit and miss experience. Overall a decent place to visit.

I used to dislike IHOP but all my recent experiences at this IHOP have been fantastic. The service is simply top notch, I never have to ask for a refill on anything and they bring me plenty of cream for my coffee (I almost always have to ask for additional cream at other diners). What really amazes me is how consistently I have received excellent service here recently. The food always comes fast and always high quality.

My husband and I ordered the same breakfast. The waiter came back after a few minutes and said they had no hash browns. So we said we would have the meal without the hash browns. We waited a very long time and the waiter kept making excuses why we didnt get our meal after 45min. He came out and said the cooks had lost our ticket! We left without eating.

I would recommend going to eat here. I have visited this restaurant often and the food has been really good there. I have only had 1 issue there out of the many times that I have eaten there and that was my food was cold that the butter on my pancakes didnt even melt or move because it was that cold other then that its been a great place to dine at

No stars....food came out cold ...left my purse and when I came back to get it it after they said they had it....it miraculous dissapeared.....interesting because my birth cert...just happened to be in it...the general manager is a liar and they must only hire thiefs

The food was pretty good. The service was standard. I asked to not be seated by noisy children or anybody that matter , so they sat us in an empty side of the restaurant. As soon as they set up there they said 3 tables with wretched children screaming around us.

Rachel the gal that only works Saturdays, did awesome. Made my day. It was my daughters birthday, she was really great. She made sure that Johnny the balloon guy got to our table and spent time with us. Really, really liked her. Ask for her and youll see why.

No stars. Waiter dropped a slice of toast on the table and just dropped it back on the plate said at least it fell on the table. No silverware. No water. Didnt split our check. Needs some serious training. Never coming back stay away dead inside.

had a great service and the place is very clean. I was greeted good and the food was good as well. I had difficulty choosing what to eat but the manager was patient and he even helped me in a funny way; he was very sympathetic.

We went late on Sunday morning and got seated right away. After 10+ minutes the table next to us got seated. They had service immediately. We left due to this service and told the host who didnt seem to care.

I have been in Ihope three times and everytime they take forever to serve food its ok but the time and mistakes they make messing up the orders I hope they can do better until then I am not coming back.
