At 3:41 we put an order for garden salad no cheese lite vinagrette dressing..3pc chicken meal with buffalo sauce medium drink as the combo plus fries that is my girlfriends order...i order number 2 double meat cheese burguer with fries large drink two jalapeno peppers... We have our order then they ask us if we need it some ketchup for our fries we reply of course thank you very much have a great day..getting home at 4:01pm december 2nd 2016 we noticed that my gf salad has cheese and she is ALLERGIC TO CHEESE ok then we didnt get our fries.. Ok then tomatoes were rotten on her salad ok then one jalepno was missing ok then we notice that there is no dressing on my gf salad witch is fine since she is allergic to cheese so she is not going to eat it.. Ok i did have my ketchup awesome but no fries I LOVE WHATABURGER BUT MAN WHAT A BAD SERVICE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. I WAS SO UPSET THAT I DECIDED TO ORDER PIZZA AND GIVE THAT FOOD TO SOME KIDS PLAYING OUTSIDE MY HOUSE.

Horrible customer service. Ordered through the drive through and a lady asked me what I wanted to order, so as I am in the middle of ordering, this guy all of a sudden switches over (as if he took the headset from the lady) and asks again what I wanted to order in a rude way (while I am still speaking). So not only did he interrupt me from speaking, but he was also very rude. So I finished ordering and came to the window to pay. The lady there didnt seem too happy and neither the guy who interrupted me while ordering who was in the back kitchen. After the lady gave me my order, I said "Thank you" and got no response back, she just closed the window. These two were the only ones working. They were both African Americans, so I dont know if they were being racist towards me or what, but this is the last time I go to this location. Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service, NEVER again.

I asked for the triple meat with only cheese and saw the two cooks in the back bs. I looked at my rapping and saw it had the two stickers plain and special. And assume that it was correct. I went home and found mustard in it. I went back I was nice about it and told the supervisor what had happen. She apologize and offered me a apple pie. I told her it was OK and that things happen sometimes. I then got my new burger I went back home it was plain this time. But, the cook smashed the bun and only gave me two patties. This is the worst customer service I ever had. And thats what I do for a living and if I could put zero stars I would. Little punks did it on purpose. I went back and this time I complained lets see if the manager calls me back.

I had never been to a Whataburger before, since I live in the Midwest. Made sure to scope one out while in Phoenix. Had my son with me and wasnt sure about the location as we drove down the street, but the parking lot was packed so I knew it had to be good. Super friendly folks during our whole experience inside a very clean restaurant. Most importantly, the burger was great! Got a double with cheese and added bacon. It was huge! Kind of reminded me of a mom and pop place back home. I opted for apple slices instead of fries, though I did try a couple of my sons fries. Wasnt impressed there, but the trip was more about the burger anyway. Id totally go back!! :)

I have to tell you what I love about this whataburger location. Everything! It is still family owned and operated and the family that owns it takes great pride in keeping it clean, efficient, friendly and delicious. They are open 24/7. One word of caution, always check your order if you go through the drive-through. It tends to be incorrect many times. For whatever reason going up to the counter seems to alleviate mistakes. Parking is very easy.

I love this place. It has never ceased to amaze me. The food is always perfect. Eating in is a new experience. It feels like your almost home. They walk the food over to you as if you were a king andthey even bring you the ketchup and napkins. Always so nice and do what they can to know you enjoy your food:)

Good food $$$ food super slow service. I waited 10 min for my food. Chicken strips were done sitting on counter and 3 of us needed fries. They only dropped enough for 2 orders so I had to wait for a new batch to be cooked. 8 people in uniform behind the counter and could not get food in less than 10min.

The food was good but the service and professionalism of the staff was not. A guy walked in and asked if they were hiring and after he left the staff, including the hiring manager started laughing and making fun of the guy. Its unprofessional to begin with but extremely so when there are customers dining in.

Im telling you, this is the best cheese burger around. Their fries are really good. Onion rings dipped in a funnel cake batter ( It reminds me a fair). Get a double 1 pc cheese. Its plenty believe me. Kind of greasy but tastes great after going to Harkins for a movie

Best fast food I have had made in a LONG TIME. Ordered the Chicken Fajita Taco and a double meat Whataburger, and got perfection. Every ingredient seemed crisp and fresh and as if they took a half hour to make it for me but I only waited about five. Fantastic job

Update 7/11: Again fries cold. Sent back. Btw when you send back you have to wait 7 to 10 mins. Now a 2 star from 3. Update 7/1: Fries yet again cold. I sent them back. Fries always always always cold! Always.
