This used to be the only decent Taco Bell in a 50 mile radius of my home and its a complete joke now. In the last 3 or 4 months, the service and quality of food at this location has plummeted to less than 1 star. I typically order a Beef Chalupa Supreme and a Crunchwrap Supreme with regular cheese as opposed to nacho cheese. I ordered via the drive-thru around 10:30 pm and when I got it home a few minutes later, opened up the chalupa & discovered that they once again BARELY cooked the shell. As stated above, this has only ever been a problem the last few months. The shell was so undercooked that meat and sour cream had given the chalupa shell a floppy, doughy-soggy flavor and texture. After trying to gag down one bite, I gave up and discarded it. Next I opened the Crunchwrap Supreme... the flour tortilla on that was also very under-cooked. Looked as if it had been thrown on the grill for precisely one second. I opened the Crunchwrap to put mild sauce in it and discovered that the employees put everything in it EXCEPT actual Taco meat! Mmm ... yes, a flour tortilla, corn tortilla, cheese and lettuce wrapped up with absolutely NO ACTUAL FLAVOR because it lacked MEAT. I literally paid for tortilla lettuce and cheese! Gross and inedible without actual meat. Still shaking my head in disbelief! I called the 193 Layton location to express my concerns and the employee who answered acted completely oblivious to the fact that I was even speaking and her only response was, "oh... sorry." Followed by a very long silence. Thats it! To summarize... if you want to test out your gag reflexes, order the Beef Chalupa. If youd like to see if vegetarianism might be your thing or if your interested in a no-flavor diet, try the Crunchwrap Supreme (they will most likely neglect to put Taco meat on it). If youd like to practice patience when speaking to clueless individuals when you have a concern... call this location as they are completely oblivious as pertains to customer concerns! Lastly, if youd like to spend money on food that you cant safely ingest, visit this location!!

I love taco bell and me and my family been to many. That being said, almost every time I goto this taco bell we either have stuff missing (not unusual for any tb) or have burnt bottom of the pan cold beans...and this tb really holds back on toppings like they are trying to ration what little lettuce and cheese they have left. I have included a picture of what is one of the most pathetic looking double deckers Ive ever had. Beans were cold and burnt. Almost no cheese. Stale tortilla. Barely any green lettuce...after that i had a bean burrito which was even worse. Cold and obvioisly burnt beans. Cheese still shredded and no signs of melting. Could not get through half of it before tossing it. Last time this happened I took them back and they made me new ones but they were in the same exact state. I give up in this tb. We will be driving an extra 6 min to goto del taco where prices are way better and food is what you expect which is a shame cause this tb is only 2 min away.

Arrives at 11:35pm to three cars in front of me. Waited because I didnt want to drive thru the construction off hill field rd. By the time I got to the ordering station I learned nobody was answering. So I pulled forward but at 11:57 I started recording on my phone a video showing nobody was responding. Got to the front and I could see one employee tearing down the prep station. It is highly unprofessional to do these tasks before closings I am surprised nobody has been fired because they want to go home 10 min sooner. Never going to this location again I would prefer betos or Rancheria before taco bell. I will be sending my mp4 to the appropriate slots shortly.

I hate to leave a bad review but hopefully this will help them make some changes. This is the closest location to my home and Taco Bell is my favorite so I come about once a week. From the time they have opened they have consistently had one issue or another on every visit. Some of the mistakes are just people being human and nobody is perfect but some are just down right unacceptable at a certain point. If your craving the Bell in Layton your best bet is to head to the south Layton location.

Even though it was only ten minutes until the lobby closed my mother and I received friendly, fast service with a good attitude from the employees. We also appreciated the good selection of items on the discount (dollar) menu. Our food was served quickly, and was hot and fresh and we didnt feel at all as though we were unwanted last minute problems. (As you often receive at a large amount of fast food restaurants.)

I understand taco bell is fast food and quality isnt the best. However, this location is the worst. They are unable to get an order correct or even complete. After requesting the missing items from your order youll receive a different item entirely and it will be poorly made and not even wrapped, just a wet sloppy taco folded into torn paper. If I could upload photos to this review youd be amazed.

Taco Bell can be really good when its done right. This location is terrible. The food is never fresh and 9/10 times my order is wrong. The service is friendly but incredibly slow and it doesnt matter if you use the drive-thru or go inside. Sad to say no more Taco Bell. This location is really convenient but its not worth it when they cant get your order right.

Im a Taco Bell manager at 7200 South transferring up to this store I just walked in there and got a flat bread steak and they forgot my creamy chipotle sauce on it which aint a big deal but sitting there and watching how things was going and no communication is why Im so glad Im going to that store

My gfs mini chicken quesadillas wasnt even closed in the foil, filled with grease, and had no sauce. My cheesy bean and rice burritos didnt even have nacho cheese and the rice was hard. We wont be going back to that taco bell anytime soon.

16 April 2017 stood in this Taco Bell for 10 minutes at around 2:30 pm and no one ever came to the front of the store to take my order. Didnt even see an employee while standing there.....
