Wanted me to wait 30 min to buy a pizza. Heres a satirical script of the interaction: Me: Hello sir, I see you have a lot of pizza there. I would like to buy a whole one. Employee: You will have to wait 30 mins. because instead of trying to sell my inventory, I rather wait to see how few people are going to come thru my line to buy individual slices. So I rather make you wait until the lunch hour is over and then Ill sell you a pizza. Me: So what youre saying is if I would have stated my order saying I would like to buy 8 individual slices you would have sold me pizza right away but because I said I wanted a whole pizza, youre going to make me wait 30 mins. Employee: Correct. Me: 30 mins is unacceptable, most pizza deliveries advertised service times less than that and they have to drive to you. Lucky for me Chick fil e is across the court and I can have food in less than 5 min. from there. Bye.

I went to your city creek location in Salt Lake City Ut and from working in a service based job this was such a bad experience from beginning to end and I was really disappointed! Not only was their costumer service completely awful they had the shortest line in fact no line at all and took the longest to get through while all the surrounding restraunts were packed with business there was no excuse for why the employees werent kind and friendly, why they didnt know how much food to serve with each menu and why there wasnt even food prepared... And thats not even the worse part it was SO unsanitary if someone was to come and inspect this location you would be shut down.. your employees had no gloves and one of them picked his nose right in front of me and continued to touch my food. Needless to say it needs to be better managed because this should not happen.

Absolutely the worst customer service we received of all time. Went with my family to grab something quick while at the mall. The boy serving us was too busy facebooking to know what we wanted to order. The girl at the register was very rude and just wanted to close even though there was 39 mom before they closed. They served us half a slice of pizza and didnt care to compensate The other half until we comolaoned about it. We had no reason to be treated like this. It was a horrible experience all together especially while they talked about us and our concern about our order. We didnt get what we can for and I hope the staff gets fired quick, they sucked as much as sucking can suck as service can get. Hire educated people next time that care about the client.

I have been here three times in about a 5-6 month period. The first time I went I ordered there pasta with a marinara sauce and it tasted water-downed, and the employee forgot to give me bread sticks that came with the combo meal so I had to go back and get them. The second time I was there I ordered a single slice of a combination pizza (sausage and vegetables) and it tasted very good and the portion was good-the manager seemed distracted and was not customer friendly went taking my order. My third visit was on 3/15/16 Tuesday at about 11:30 a.m. and I got the single slice of mushroom pizza. The pizza was under -cooked (the dough on top) and the portion (slice) was very small for $4 a slice.

Horrible customer service and the pizza wasnt very great. 3 people were working and we were the only customers and they couldnt even give us a refill on our drinks etc. I could hear one if the workers talk badly of us. I wasnt even rude. I used to be in the restaurant business for 6 years and would never be lazy and treat others rudely. Dont waste your money on this place
