So far we have been seated where we are Way too close to loud people. There was plenty of open seating but they crammed us into a small booth area that was nearly full. Each time another booth opens they fill it back up and the atmosphere remains nerve-racking! Servers constantly in and out. Prices have risen drastically since the last time I have visited an Olive Garden. We are only here due to receiving a gift card. They continue to leave some seating open while grouping people together. Ordered a lunch duo with salad. Salads is ok, I recall them being better. Also ordered a Blueberry Limonata to drink. Very nice! Breadsticks are hard on top now. They initially brought the wrong entree but quickly fixed it. Service is way over bearing. The thought that comes to mind is "Helicopter Waitress" let me eat my meal in peace please! If I need you I will flag you down. Prices too high. Service overbearing. Atmosphere not relaxing.

The service is always great. Have never had an issue staff or management here. Any time we have had an issue, it has been taken care of. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that the portions on some of the dishes seem smaller. My daughter always gets the kids meal with ravioli. She usually has about 6 of the raviolin on her plate, but today only 4. Same thing with the Zeppoli dessert (donuts). The portion was much smaller than it has been in the past, and dont get me started on how little alfredo sauce for the breadsticks. My last complaint is that they charge extra if my daughter wants Alfredo sauce with her ravioli, which I dont think they should be doing when they put so little on it to begin with and it is for a small kids meal. We love Olive Garden, but cannot come as often as we would like because of thinge like this.

My husband and I were in last night. There was a mix up about drinks. Our server had named a few different frozen lemonade beverages. I ordered a passion fruit and my husband ordered mango-peach. The manager came by to ask how everything was and we asked her if our drinks had free refills. She said mine did but my husbands didnt. Why would they not be the same??... So she ended up giving us both free refills and told us that the mango-peach was actually a smoothie and not a frozen lemonade. And came back and said that the only refillable frozen lemonade is the raspberry one. So she told us that the drinks were on them tonight. We had already paid, but our server came back out with $6 cash and apologized for the misunderstanding. Thank you for having amazing service!!

Not knocking the chain, its service, or even food for that matter. Those elements are precisely why I return to Olive Garden time-and-time again. However, with each visit, a small piece of luster seems to be missing. In the decor, the friendliness of the staff, the food, or maybe its in the entire ensemble of this Italian cuisine mega-chain. Maybe its time we stop kidding ourselves in believing it is authentic Italian. Paying outragous amounts for what is essentially American-Italian fusion? Would you go to TacoHell and pay $50 for a gordita? If living all those years in Italy taught me one thing, its that atmosphere can be everything. And frankly, Olive Garden has lost it!

Arrived at 8:30 and was promptly seated. That was the high point of the night. At 8:50, after being ignored for 20 minutes, my wife and I left the table and asked the hostess to seat us in another area as nobody had been to our table to serve us. At that time my wife saw an open table in the bar area. The hostess (4 of them) said we were welcome to sit there. We sat down there. No menus were given, no silverware, no apologie. After being completely ignored there for another 7 minutes we left and will not return!!!

Amazing food, phenomenal staff! My wife and I ate here and unfortunately the seafood I had did not sit well in my stomach when I got home. I was sick and I called to see if we could just get a refund of some sort, and they sent us a gift card! It couldve been an issue with how the food was cooked or maybe the calamari and clam stuffed mushrooms just dont agree with me. The staff was very kind and quick to help us out :)

I ordered a take-out order the night before New Years Eve. While the entree was wonderful, the salad left a lot to be desired. It contained hunks of unappetizing lettuce, including the core of the head on one piece, and another piece had that ugly brown "rot" on it. I think whoever is in charge of making the salads needs some lessons on what NOT to include. Would you want to eat that????

Me and my friends spent a launch in Olive Garden from Layton, and I disliked the time I spent there. Instead of medium filet mignon, Ive got well done, when I asked it without garlic, they added garlic in it. The lady who served us was smiley and careless.Im not gonna visit this place again, and Im not going to say any good words to my friends or family about this place.

Wow... just wow. Overpriced, under-flavored pasta at its finest! AND now... You can enjoy it during their remodeling season! Come enjoy the holes in the walls, the paint chips on the floor (dont worry, its lead paint... I tasted it to see ;) ) the dust on the tables, decorless walls and a faint smell of urine... coming from the kitchen (ur-ine for a real treat)!

We waited forever to be seated, never got asked whether we preferred a table or a booth, they stuck us in the center isle smack dab in the middle of traffic. The food took forever and tasted a lot less like I remembered it to be years ago. HUGE disappointment. I would rather heat up a can of spaghettios at home. ALTHOUGH - their breadsticks are one of a kind.

Being from Europe, I usually hate the American waiter theater, where they introduce themselves and ask you every five minutes if everything is okay, while you have your mouthful and cant respond. Our waiter here, Neil, was very friendly and fun to talk to. I would have three star, but he made me +1. Food was ok, nothing to write home about, but plenty.

Olive Garden is a fantastic spot for a client or family lunch during the week or on the weekend. Our family especially likes to order take out and enjoy the food at home. The food is always prepared just as requested and ready for pickup when we arrive. Be sure to use the 10 Minute To-Go parking along the west of the building when picking up takeout.

This location has always given me great service! I appreciate how careful they are with my food, being a person with multiple food allergies. They have never made me feel like a burden for having allergies, as other places have done. I have always had friendly and knowledgeable servers. Love this Olive Garden! A favorite date place with Hubby.
