I actually really liked Burger Rush when it first opened. However, they let me and my brother down tonight. We just went through the drive thru and ordered a classic burger with fries and a coke, and a vanilla milkshake with a side order of fries. The employee was so out of it that even after he went over our order he forgot fries. When we returned home, my brother discovered that his burger was missing the hamburger! Burger Rush seriously made a burger without the burger---just threw a little lettuce, tomatoes, and onions on a bun. When we discovered this, we called immediately--NO ANSWER. So we drove back- in which the guy that helped us apologized and made my brother another patty. At this point his bread, and what little lettuce, tomatoe on the burger were soggy. He should have made my brother an entirely new burger. I am surprised and disappointed Burger Rush did not handle this mistake better.

Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that your a little pricey. Truth be told I was upset when Wendys closed down. In the morning when I am hungry for breakfast food its either Scholtzkys or Burger Rush. When I go to BR, I usually get the 3 meat omlelet and the hash browns. Surprisingly good. I say that because anytime I have been to a drive thru for break fast and its pretty plastic. This food comes in a styrofoam container with aluminum foil which seams to keep it really warm. The burger deal at 3 is great too! Buy one at regular price and get a second for .49. I want to further say that I think on line review is unfortunately skewed by competition putting negative reviews. I have the same problem at my business. When I read these reviews I was pretty ticked. I never had a bad experience going to Burger Rush. Just saying! Thanks Burger Rush!!

I have eaten here a half-dozen times over the last 6 months, both dine-in and drive-thru. I dont doubt that some people are going to have a bad experience and of course they always are the ones that do the review. But every time I have eaten here I have absolutely loved the food and the service. If you like your burger fried on a griddle then dont eat here; go get a Big Mac. If you want a burger that tastes like it was grilled over an open camp fire, then this is place for you. I love the smoke flavor in the meat and that delicious aroma that hits you as you are driving up to the restaurant. Tonight I brought a burger home for my wife and now she wants to make the trip from East Mesa so that the next one can be dining in, fresh off the grill. We are definitely fans.

The manager, Sean was lying that this burger rush did not have any connection with the Burger Rush in Tempe. I talked with JR before and he told me that Sean was his son. It just seem that all of the employees/employers that worked there lied that they did not have any connection with one in Phoenix. Every time I called, they always hung up or keep lying. It seems impossible that they did not have any connection but everything stays the same. It does not make sense. They are just afraid to admit since the store in Phoenix has already gone default. I won`t buy any food from the liar!!!

This place is amazing great service.the staff is always pleasant.the burgers are fantastic and taste like they were cooked on an outdoor grill with hints of smokiness.the fries are good and seasoned in what is now the default southwest seasoning for fries(cummin/paprika/salt) the fried zucchini is battered perfectly and tastes even better.the prices are decent.a wonderful gem in Tempe ,one of the only places I would feel comfortable trying anything off the menu which includes everything from burgers salads, burritos, shakes,ice cream and fried everything .

Honestly I have ordered this place for a while but they are going down hill fast. Used to be always hot and delicious but my last several experiences have been poor. I have received cold food the last 3 times I have ordered delivery and on this last adventure the cold food I received wasnt even mine. Called to see what they would do and manager was less than totally helpful. Offered to send out correct order in about 30 mins (I waited 90 mins for my first incorrect order) or credit. I think Ill just follow the rules of baseball 3 strikes and your out.

Let me start by saying I like this place and come often (why they get 4 stars) always better than a fast food chain......even after this teribble experience. OK I didnt notice they where closing very soon but still no excuse. I caught the missing frys in the drive thru no biggie, I drive home no meat in my burger! Missed the most important ingredient. I hurried back and closed caught guy taking out the trash told him my situation ended up cooking me up two pattys (thanks for the extra patty) that I got to put between my soggy cold buns at full price.

When its good, its great but the problem is that it is hit or miss. I will have one of the best burgers of my life one day and the next it will be okay but not worth the price. It needs to be more consistent. They have a vast and creative menu with some really good choices on it. Plan to wait a while if you order delivery. Update: since being added to grub hub, they have been much quicker on the deliveries. And the food is getting more consistent. Its obviously good if I keep giving them more opportunities if it comes out less than ideal one day.

Me and a co-worker went to this new place. Walked in and it was a cool 85 + degrees. Placed an order to go. 7 + other people came in order an got there food we are still waiting. Around 30 minutes I get our order go to take a bite and the hamburger was cold, dry, and burnt asked for cheese an got none. Complained to the manager they gave us a new order which again took over 30 minutes and it was STILL wrong. So the best part of my lunch was the mustard packets I got (thanks Hollens). I would not recommened this place to anyone not even my dogs.

Food was decent, service was slow even though no one was there... Good potential but they have some refining to do. Burgers were nothing to write home about... Nothing really stood out. Maybe consider reducing the number of menu items and refine the focus a bit. Seemed they were going for specializing in burgers featuring chillies and heat, but it didnt come across as the concept until Id studied the whole menu. Will give it another try in a few months to see if theyve worked out the kinks, since its local and in my neighborhood.

Amazing, Colossal Burger is a large cheeseburger with pastrami! Soft-serve Ice Cream, great burgers, good fries, great chocolate and vanilla shakes, no heat lamps, Coca-Cola Freestyle. The Sand witches are good, delicious and simple. The good meat is what makes it good. I want to try their breakfast, the menu looks solid. Had a few kinks, but thats cause they are getting the service process down. Much cleaner than any other fast food place. Im happy this place opened near me, my health is crying.
