We brought our grandson to burger king so he could play as we ate. I placed our order and walked into the play area. It was so dirty I wouldnt let him play in there. The floor was so sticky my shoe came off as I walked. I got my order and had to ask for 3 things they had forgotten.We tried to find a clean table and there were none so we got a glass of water a and some napkins to wash the table. I know how things go with a busy lunch time however there were only 3 others there that should of been my first clue to run. As I stood and waited for my food a young man in the back juggling two frozen hamburger patties in the air. I took my grandson into the restroom as he needed to go and that was just filthy not just dirty but filthy. There was poop on the seat and the sink had what looked like blood on it. I went out and told my husband we were leaving then I looked and the floor where the tiles hook together and there was so much crud built up nasty nasty stuff. I will never go there again. I stood at the counter and wanted to speak with the manager but he was being snapped at by one of his employees about a directive he had given her thus I came to the conclusion that he was not a manger who would care.

Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of themselves. I should have given up on this location awhile ago but it is close to home and the smaller play area was good for my youngest. I dont expect fine dining, but no place that serves food should be so filthy. The floor in front of the soda machine is always sticky and stained every color of the rainbow with soda. The tables usually have food crumbs and ketchup smears on them. Half the chairs wobble. There are flies buzzing around the filthy toilets in the bathroom. (But when your newly potty trained kid has to go though, you dont have the luxury of asking them to hold it until you find a clean bathroom elsewhere!) The last straw was tonight. Its August and its hot outside. I expect any business to maintain a comfortable temperature for its patrons. The thermostat inside read 88 degrees! I think it was even warmer inside the play area where there is no shade from the sun and there certainly wasnt any air circulating in there. We wont be back unless/until it gets a major overhaul!

I just sent the first two paragraphs to corporate. I have had previous problems with this Burger King so I have not been back for many months. I decided to return today for a whopper and fries, and a rodeo burger. I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes (it wasnt very busy). I finally got my food and drove off. I then took a bite of my whopper. It was pathetic. I have been eating whoppers for decades, and even made them, and it was pathetic, it was made incorrectly (only a tiny squirt of ketchup). The rodeo burger was also wrong. I have never had a problem with the BK in SLC or Draper. Why does this one disappoint every single time (I am not exaggerating). I will likely not return to this store for a while.

This place was hell. The combination of incompetent slacking jackass employees, and horrible management convinced me to write a freaking review. This place had my best friend late for a doctors appointment. A simple order. Two classic chicken sandwiches, two hamburger sandwiches, and a shake. We waited. And waited. And waited. Only to discover that the bag had half of our order after twelve minutes. Fast food? I think not today, buddy. So Mamo walked up to talk to them about it while my best friend, and Papa, and I waited. They didnt believe Mamo. Even when they went to check on something, she must have had to wait four minutes before they grew a backbone. Yeah. It wasnt that well cleaned. The food was good.

Yeah... what can I say... most of the time they close like 2 hours before the time on the door. I went tonight through the drive-through and ordered two 10 piece nuggets and got home to find that the nuggets are cold and most likely have been sitting for the last two hours (I live 5 min away from this place... food should not be cold by the time I get home) in the evenings there is one employee that is just down right rude. No smile, acts like you are wasting her time, I could go on and on. Im not one to complain, but I would really hate for other folks to have to deal with poor service and poor food. Im very disappointed and recommend going somewhere else... sad

I seldom eat at fast food but today I felt like doing it. Since the M one was full I decided to support Burger King. I asked for a fish sandwich with small fries and drink. What a disappointment!! The lettuce on the sandwich had brownish edges!!!, it was soggy and oily!! The soda fountain was covered in stains (very old machine I will guess) and peeling-off stickers. I ate it because I didn’t want to waste six bucks but I got sick to my stomach for doing it so :( sad, sad!! I used to like eating at BK. This place was very empty and now I know why.

This place is the worst I put my order in at the drive thru so I wouldnt have to go inside got to the window and paid for my food and they asked me to come around to the front to cut down on time it took so long I ended up going inside to get my food while inside I couldnt help but notice how dirty everything was the store is disgusting the floors in the restroom were sticky with urine everything else had a layer of filth I will never go to this burger King again

Received our meal cold nearly frozen. We told them and they offered to "cook" it and we they gave it back to us cold again. So we took it back. They accused us of being picky and reheated it. Honestly dont know what they were thinking when they gave it back cold AGAIN. The manager got angry with us for complaining about the cold food. We asked for our money back. She was very rude to us about it all. We left and never plan to go back. Dont waste your time or money here.

I hadnt been to burger king in years, and I happened to see a commercial about their mushroom swiss burger, and it looked so good! Oh man! It didnt disappoint, it was amazing! And huge! I could barely eat half of the burger it was so big! All their burgers are bigger then everywhere else but this one its bigger then the rest of burger kings burgers...Im not complaining! If you love mushroom swiss burgers, you have got to go here, hands down the best one Ive ever had!!!

DISGUSTING. Lines at other fast food places were too long so we settled on BK. From the time we pulled to the drive-thru, to the time we got our food took 20 minutes...despite there being only 2 other cars ahead of us. Once we got our food, we realized it had to have been sitting under a warming lamp for at least an hour. The bread was hard as a rock, the lettuce wilted, and the meat crusty around the edges. Ugh. I will wait in the long line at Wendys next time!
