My wife and i went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon, it was fairly busy but there were still open tables. We both ordered wings and fries, nothing special. Then we had to wait well over an hour to get our food. When it finally arrived, both of our orders were wrong. They then took all the food back, not even leaving us fries to snack on, while they spent another 25 minutes remaking our food. The food was good when we finally got it, but certainly not worth the terrible service. We will not be returning.

We go here pretty often. The kids love the chicken strips and the tablets to play on. My husband and I like that we can watch a variety of sports while we are there. Usually we get the Screamin nacho burger, it is delicious queso,pico de gallo , fresh sliced jalapeños, beef, and tortilla chips on the burger. Recently I decided to try a new one. The Boston lager burger. It was really good. Also the chipotle dipping sauce with onion rings is amazing.

Not the fastest, and occasionally the order isnt 100% correct. But the atmosphere is amazing, the sauces delicious, and the wait staff is generally very friendly. Wings are on the small side, but their great prices on Tuesdays and Thursdays more than make up for it. Not into wings but still wanna join your friends? Theyve got burgers, salads, and other forms of chicken as well. The sides are also delicious.

Service none existent. Set for twenty minutes on a Wednesday night before our drink order was taken. Had several people stop and ask if they could help but no one ever bothered to do anything but ask. After a hour and no order we got up to walk out and asked for the manager. He told us that sometimes it happens and he was sorry. NO WONDER IF THE MANAGEMENT DOESNT CARE THE STAFF NEVER WILL!!!!!!

We came in on a busy Saturday night and we were seated pretty quickly, even with the steady overflow of customers pouring in. We were seated in a booth with a good view of the television. Lorelei was our waitress and she did an amazing job. Even with all of the tables around us being full, she took care of our every need. Next time you stop in, ask for Lorelei.

Always crowded but the staff is great and helpful and the food is amazing and comes out fairly quick for being so busy. We had an issue with the sauce not being very good but they were great about helping fix the situation and took the food off our bill and tried to replace it with something else. We declines but they were still very good about the situation.

A while back, i decided to never go back to BWW because of their under-cooked food and high prices.. but i went to one in tennessee with my boss and kinda changed my mind but.. so i went to this one in waxahachie, which was the one that made my mind up the first time, to give it another chance, and after about 2 times, im not going impressed at all, AGAIN!

Great environment! Me and a couple of buddies went to watch the stars and rangers. Huge tvs so thats a plus. The food was good and the beers were great! Staff was nice and laid back and the manager Rick hung out a moment and rooted for the stars! Cool experience:)

It was a great experience on veterans day. Even though it was crowded the wait was very short and the staff was super friendly and attentive. Our waitress Meagan was awesome. Tip her well if you get her. I will come back here repeatedly for sure.

Been here 3 times and never ran into an issue. My orders are brought nice and hot. Maybe one time they forgot my fries, but the experienced waiter pulled through. Overall great place to catch a game, MMA fight, or relax.
