Had the worst visit by far at the waxahachie location. Went with my family for a nice meal Im 32 weeks pregnant with a 2 year old that is autistic. My husband goes in before we even get my son out to ask for a booth and a chair at the end of table because aka Im pregnant and so my son can sit beside my husband and not try to run around. Seemed to be no problem well get inside waitress that isnt even our server or waiter helps us at first I order our food and say I needed my meat well done being its the only way I can eat it and she said that would be no problem, she seemed nice, but at this time even after ordering i was still waiting for a chair. Our actual waiter comes with food i ask about a chair to be told i could not sit at end of table because it would be in the way. I check my meat it was not well done asked if he could take it back and fix it and he comes back 10 minutes later to tell me there is no way they can cook the meat well done, which makes no sense because they have before. So I ask for just the noodles with out the meat he comes back with it after another 10 minutes by this time Im in pain because of the table putting a lot of pressure on the top of my stomach because the table and seats were way to close together. I start crying after I say something to the waiter and he makes the comment well I can clean you a seat at a different table so you can just sit and eat. I asked why would I want to come pay this much money to eat with my family and have to sit across the room away from them just to eat. Makes no since. Then he says well I can get you a to go box and you can just take it with you. I asked again why would I pay that much money to have to take my food home and eat it cold that isnt right. He had nothing to say and so I just told him by this time Im crying and in pain and just want to leave for him to take it off of the bill because I couldnt eat it under the situation and just want a to go box for my sons left overs. He takes it and leaves after 20 minutes he brings the ticket with a tiny box not big enough for the left overs of my sons leaves again after another 5 to 10 minutes finally shows back up with a bigger box then leaves before even taking the money to pay for my husband and sons meals. After waiting another 10 minutes I had had enough took the money to the front and left and cryed my way home because of the pain. This is no way to treat any customer and will not be returning and will be fileing a report with the corporate office. No one should have to go threw this...

My husband and I were 5+ hours into our 7 hour return trip from a Galveston Island vacation when we stopped at the Olive Garden in Waxahachie. We were tired and hungry (no surprise) and very happy to find a seat at the bar to rest and get a drink while we waited (it was Sat. Night after all). The bartender, Devone, greeted us warmly and got each of us a beer and our two girls a childs drink. The other bartender was equally as nice and got us menus to look over and kids menus for our girls to color. When a table in the bar opened we gladly sat down (thank you for the smoke free environment!!!). Devone actually helped clear the table until a busboy arrived and the waitress Mo M. was there immediately. Who would have thought after a disappointing eating adventure on the coast, that we would find the best seafood meal to be in North Texas! The shimp & crab tortelli romana and the seafood brodetto was outstanding! Our waitress Mo was attentive and very personable. My entire family enjoyed her. I have always been a fan of Olive Garden, but as I told Kevin the manager who stopped at our table to check on us, I have been to a number of Olive Gardens around the state and there have been a few where the service was pretty poor, morale was obviously low, and as a result my family was not likely to return. However, even though this dining experience could have easily been a disaster because of fatigue etc...instead it was wonderful enough to write about. Ive never been to the city before but I know where I would gladly return if I should travel that way again. The entire staff should be aclnowledged by Olive Garden for representing the company so well. As for me and my family....Thank you!

Just want everyone to know how poor this Restaurant is, especially when it comes to gouging the customer for extras just so they can get bigger tips. Went to the Waxahachie Restaurant and ordered soup and my husband ordered a luncheon portion of spaghetti and meat balls and asked for an additional piece of sausage and we had 2 teas, and the price came to $38.31 for the total. They put the gratuity of 18% on it as we were sitting with our grandkids. Guess over eight at a table they really make you tip the waitress big time. Anyway, we were charged for an extra salad, and also the soup & salad combination which is $9.25, and that is ridiculous,. We will never go to this Olive Garden again. Very Unhappy

The waitress came off very rude from the beginning or shall I say with an attitude. She asked if we needed time to look over the menu, then came back to our table 15-20 minutes later to take out order. She also seemed to be overwhelmed with what was going on. Normally they asked if you want soup or salad, she just brought a salad assuming we didnt want to try the soup. As far as the food, it came out fresh and was very delicious. The waitress then asked us after paying how was I overall experience? I explained that she came off from the beginning rude or very rushed with a bit of an attitude, she then apologize and express that she was a bit overwhelmed. We laugh it off, and called it a night.

Went on a date here, and as I always do, I took some photos of the establishment at work. Shortly after I had started to choose what photos liked the best. I was approached by a very rude person who claimed to be the manager. She then demanded I delete the pictures off my phone. Witch of course I didnt. She then started to explain to me how I wasnt allowed to take pictures of the establishments employees. For the most part service was just ok. The food was good and I even had a really good long island ice tea. Over I feel like she was trying to intimidate me and failed. Please dont go to this place the service sucks. I took my wife here to have a romantic dinner thinking that it would be better than the one in Duncanville but its not even close . They messed our order up 4 times we had to keep reminding them to bring the extra sauce we ordered the manager came out and he couldnt even get our order right. Then to top it off on our way out a big ass cockroach crawled to the middle of the floor and somebody step on it sending roach juice flying everywhere. Lets just say I will never go to this location again and I advise you to do the same
