Came here 2mo ago. I asked the lady if we could get some veggies with our plate, she said there was about a 5 min wait I said ok. I stood aside while three people got their orders. Finally I stepped up again and asked if the veggies were ready. She said she hadnt put them in bc I didnt tell her how much I wanted. I was like really, I thought they had to make the veggies for everyone else too, I didnt think they took by order. Well I asked her for 2, either way I waited for another 3 or 4 persons to get their order..all in all was there a good 45+min. I finally got tired and walked out. Will never come here again.

Not only did it take 30 min to get my drive thru order with one car in front of me. I was told I have to wait because the orange chicken was not ready. When it finally was I rush to drop it off to my son and he did not even get what he ordered. Ordered the plate with double orange chicken and fried rice he got a few pieces of orange chicken a scoop of rice some noodles and some chicken he doesnt eat. There needs to be a change in management. This place has gone downhill in a short amount of time. I will no longer recommend them for fundraisers for the school or any other club.

Never come here after the dinner rush. Every time Ive been here after like 6:00 PM, they are always out of numerous entrees to the point that only 3 or 4 things are available on their menu. Not to mention what they do have left, is not fresh and typically tastes very dry or just doesnt taste good at all. Not sure if the staff is just lazy and doesnt want to cook more food or if the store is poorly managed and there isnt enough staff/resources to cook more food. Either way the store is useless after 6:00 PM. You are better off going to the one in Cedar Hill.

Under staffed, most of the trays were near empty, noodles were under cooked, fried rice was blan, broccoli was undercooked. It appeared as if the cooking times were shortened due to customers waiting. We frequent Panda Express locations nationwide so, i KNOW the quality to be expected. I would have complained but I felt sorry for the cook! I think corporate should intervene at this location.

This is by far the worst panda express I have ever been to. The staff is garbage, the food is garbage and when I go there, they are either out of most of their food or you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes to get your food and it taste nasty and over cooked. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. DO NOT GO HERE AND PLEASE SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN AND PUT SOMETHING BETTER IN ITS PLACE!

Walked up and someone was blaring music with cussing. I could hear the music inside too. Went inside with my family and 2 people in line were dry humping. When the person behind the counter was getting my food they kept talking to someone in the corner and laughing. I was just standing there watching and finally the guy cooking came over and finished. Terrible experience.

Absolutely horrible store. I love panda express but I waited in the drive thru for 45 min with no one answering and a long line that wasnt moving. The employees here are the rides people I have ever met and have little care for the custom interaction. Once someone answered the drive thru the said "what do you want" thats it. Absolutely atrocious employees here.

Customer service is great. Only complaint is about an hour before closing they start limiting what they cook- so if you want something specific be sure to go earlier in the day. Drive thru- if an item is not ready and you have to wait, they usually offer you a free drink while you wait which is nice and appreciated.

I was not greeting or noticed at all once I entered the store. Finally someone helped me after a couple of minutes. The food wasnt as good as usual. I kept biting on hard pieces of fried rice. I will not come to this Panda Express again, I will go to the one on Midway Road where the rice is always fresh.

The food was good and warm and relatively fresh. Many entrees were stocked and if they werent, the cooks were about to stock them. The staff are decent. The prices are what kills me. I dont think the food isworth $6.50. Maybe $5 or something. Or if they jncluded a drink then it would be awesome.

I was here a few weeks ago and they had black foam to go 2 portions Containers. Been here many times always seem to get full. Now they have white to go 2 portion containers that are almost half the size. Very small portion in relation than before. Staff not very friendly today 3-26-2017

Had to wait for fried rice, finally asked for it and it was not good at alkyl. Burnt egg roll, everything else didnt matter by then. Facilities are consistently dirty, staff is friendly, but the food and messy facilities ruin it. And the lobby music is way too loud.

Portion size was small, small white lady was too lazy to make more orange chicken, what was left of it could probably fit into the hole that you could make in between your index finger and your thumb. Save your money and go to the wall or to another panda express.

Its been a few months, but I never returned. First time ever to a Panda Express. I had to repeat my order 4 times and wait over 20 minutes, standing up. Latina female, 20 something yr, was co confused. I have never returned t0 any of their locations.

Always out of Green bean chicken. But got it fresh. Friendly staff. Place was clean. Only problem was no tea, didnt get any till I left cause they had to make it. And the lady started mopping the floor which caused an unpleasant odor while I was eating.

Id call it anything but "Express". The wait in the drive through is never under 20 minutes when it is seemingly not even very busy. Ive not had an issue with the food not tasting good, but they do seem extremely understaffed and confused a lot.

Drive-thru is always 15 min was their today in line from 10:36 to 10:50 before they told me the were not ready to open and she blamed the supervisor was not (her) fault, they need real management here. I give one star to Lea e a review.

Always runs out of chicken teriyaki and they NEVER tell u when you order u have to wait in line and then they tell u it will be like 10 minute wait and it turns into a 20 minute wait on top of the time u already waited in line!

If I could give it a zero thats exactly what Id give it. Every time we have been in here they dont have any food you have to wait for your food and most the time they dont even have any more to make terrible terrible place
