My wife and I absolutely love this place. Their Pho is very tasty, traditional, and priced right for the amount you get (small and large available). Their Vietnamese fried rice is excellent as are their other dishes. They have Spring, Summer and Winter rolls, all also excellent. Not sure you want to go for Pho? They have other things that will work for you. We go 2-3 times a week and still want it each time. PS. Formerly this was Pho Sooner. Both are the same address, not sure of all of the details but there is only one Pho restaurant in Norman that I know of.

This is my familys 2nd time eating here. We have 3 small children, and both times when we walked in the guy behind the counter greeted us very solemnly...very unwelcoming. The food is good, but I really dont feel if they deserve our return service. I also noticed a crucifix hanging behind the counter, so Im assuming theyre a Catholic owned business. Normally Catholic businesses welcome families. The waitresses have been nice, but theres just something about the dude behind the register.

Delicious pho in a casual cafe environment. Pho, spring rolls, and noodle/rice dishes dominate an inexpensive menu. They also have a nice variety of teas, boba, and smoothies. The pho is the star here. Get extra meat for a $1 and ask for extra bean sprouts, lime, basil, and jalapeños. The broth is amazing. Staff is very friendly and relaxed. The small dining room can get crowded during peak times and service can dawdle. All in all though this is probably the best pho in Norman.

amazing! just amazing! pho winner is a great restaraunt with friendly staff, a clean facility, and great vietnamese food. the first time i ate here it was really busy, but once i tasted the pho soup i understood why so many people were eating here. I cannot wait to go back... plus you can watch them make the fruit drinks from FRESH fruits. i eat at a lot of pho restaraunts, and this is definitely one of my favorites! be a winner, eat pho winner!

Great food, large selection, and nice atmosphere. The prices are pretty good too and the soups are big enough to share or save for later. The wait on the food is usually a bit long, but the food is hot and fresh. Its best to get their early and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea before you eat. Its not smack in the middle of Campus Corner so its often overlooked, but its a great location to take a nice walk on campus after the meal.

In short, The Best. I love vietnamese food. I have been a lot of Vietnamese places from several cities even oversea countries, never met place like here. Their pho and fried rice extremely delicious. Literally, the food melted in my mouth. Those who own vietnamese eatery in my city(Seoul) should have to learn how to cook from this restaurant. The saddest thing is I got only few months to taste their foods.

we went there for lunch and ,of course, it was crowded and busy. . it took a while to get our otder and serve our order. we asked for water and hot tea...didnt get the whole time we were there . the soup was not piping hot like I was used t at other pho restaurants. i think they need more servers and cooks during their busy times. very disappointed!

I didnt eat there, I just bought Boba tea and some snacks. it was great! and everyone was so sweet. best Boba I think Ive ever had and for a fantastic price! I want to eat there just because they were so nice and everything looked so good.

The food was amazing and the service was also great. I love how quiet and serene the atmosphere was. Even the regular sized portion was pretty big. The outside looks completely different than the inside. I will be eating here again .

I really like that the menu is simple and straight forward with the favorites. I got the vermicelli noodle bowl and it was great! I will be trying the pho next! Nice little place close to campus.
