Very great experience at this waffle house. The service was great! I ordered a fried potato cake, it came out with cheese, it looks a little different to the picture on the menu. The waitress, her name is Kayla , she said she could cook @ new one for me. I said it was okay, I will try the new looking one. But later like 2 minutes she brought a new one without cheese on the top. She said "just in case". She is very nice. Even asked my husband and I if want to have coffee to go. Well, I want to say, the success of this restaurant was not a coincidence. We could tell when we saw their team works under the mangers leading. Kayla told us that day we went was the managers 23 years working in the waffle house. The manager lady was temporary covered the manager if the restaurant because the manager went to vocation. The lady manager is very excellent worker, even temporary work at this restaurant from the other waffle house, she knows every employees names. She called every employees work for the next step. There are three cooks, two if them are seniors ages, you could tell they cook very well; the third one was a news one, not fast as the other two, a little bit in rush, but he was getting there. The lady manager helped for cook, call food ordered, and coordinated the whole team work perfectly. I was amazed. There were seven employees worked there, none if those were checking phone or do something else. She managed very well, experienced employees in charge of cooking, younger employees talked and waitressed customers. My husband and I were amazed by their great team work on that busy morning. I will ask him later the manager name, I think tgd team work of walffel house reflects their core value of their restaurant culture. Very recommend to this place. The food was great, but the sandwich was a little bit over burned. So I give four stars.

Worst service at a Waffle House ever! No greeting when I entered ( typical at WH), didnt take my drink order until my food order ( not typical WH and took people that came in well after me first), didnt clear dirty plates as I was finished with them ( as is typical @ WH), finished my drink and ate all the ice and was never asked if I would like a re-fill. Just bad service at every turn. I must nite this was an atypical visit to the WH chain (visits elsewhere dont have these issues).

2 am and I find the waffle house in norman. By far a fun place to be. The cook and wait staff welcomed me in like I was anot old friend. The music was just a tad loud cause I jumped when it came on. But the music was good. Ordered my normal cheese and eggs. They were good and the hash browns were perfect. My waitress had a great personality and worked in tandem with another waitress. Overall a great experience.

Service sucked!!! The cook had to wait on us, wash dishes, & cook because the waitress couldnt even keep coffee made, & its not because they was busy its because she was busy sitting on her big butt!!! The only part of her job she was worried about was collecting the check, while we where in the middle of our meal!!! The waitress that came in for the next shift even had to clean off our table!!! WE WILL NEVER COME BACK!!

Ive been a few times, usually between 2am and 5am... and the late night team is great. They are social and involve the guests with conversation, but didnt intrude when the guest didnt. They seem to have a few regulars, and the atmosphere is fun. Food is hot and fresh, and the service is outstanding. If youre of late or up extra early... you will have a blast here.

Jesse although new to the job did a fabulous job even with the cook/boss riding her butt. Believe me he needs someone riding his, my scramble eggs were raw, toast cold butter not melted, and bacon burned. Only reason for 4 stars was the server.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We love going to this location! Its clean, quick and delicious. The manager, Chris, has gone above and beyond to make our stay (I have toddlers) comfortable. Thanks, Chris! Della is awesome too.

I didnt eat but i have to say, if the Waffle House in Austin was taken care of the way the employees take care of this one then i would eat there. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and pride put into this restaurant.
