I live right down the road from this place. The food is hit or miss, but nights like tonight, my family tried to celebrate my brother in laws birthday, and service was terrible. Every time Ive been its at least an hour and a half wait until Im out. Tonight, was two and a half hours from in to out....and I only got one beer. I had my son with me and luckily I got a milk and water for him but, we were never checked on. Only reason Im finally reviewing this place is because its been one to many times the service sucks. Everyone in Victoria knows it but people go for the atmosphere. Sometimes food is okay.... Will be a long time before were back. Maybe things will be different

Worst dining experience of my life. Even after asking the manager personally I never received my order. This took place during a dead period, couldnt have been but 5 other tables seated at the time- I guess now I know why. This is not a staff issue but a management issue. Even after complaining that we hadnt received half our order or gotten a refill the duration of the dining experience, he still made us pay, and blamed his staff when he should have looked at himself. Bush league at best, Id rather sit through an episode of the wiggles then endure another experience like that.

My friend and I went to lunch here for our lunch break. It wasnt busy and we were sat right away. It took excessively long for us to receive our food, but our waitress was very kind and let us know that they were short staffed. Our food was very fresh and delicious! Just wish that we didnt have to rush eating our food to avoid being even later!

The only reason I like this place is bc u can play poker with fellow diners. Other than that the food and service sucks! We went therea few nights ago. Wasnt even busy and it took an hour and a half to get our food. The food came out cold. The only thing there I enjoyed was winnin at poker. Dont ever go there!

Waited a little over 50 mins to be told that the chicken was still frozen, wait staff passed by 13 times before we were asked if we had been helped, waited 17 mins for our drinks, 1/2 of our orders were wrong and waited 43 mins for our order after we were told what we originally ordered was frozen

The staff is kind, the wait is never particularly long. I suggest ordering your food sans salt, try something like the desert heat instead. Pick up a trivia game and enjoy chatting the bar flies. Do not forget Tuesdays and Thursdays are specials on either traditional or boneless wings.

I went to their website and put in both the zip code and city and state and their own site says they dont exist. I wanted to see the menu and there was nothing to see. I find this odd. Guess I will have to go there and hope its not as bad as it appears.

This place is awesome! Great service. Managers are always smiling. Food is delicious. I just wish they would quit giving the chickens steroids. The wings are too big. I like quality over quantity. Overall, if you can deal with the noise its not so bad.

5 min till seated. 15 minutes for beverages. 20 minutes to place order. Half tables are filled, almost all of the other half are still dirtied from 25 min ago when we first walked in. Worst BW experience. Sorry BWs . . . Couldnt do better than this.

Great chain restaurant that offers good food and good beer. I wouldnt call it pricey but I wouldnt call it cheap either. The worst complaint I have about the place is the chairs. They are just not comfy. If they were I would probably stay longer.

Love going here! They have great staff and everyone is so outgoing. Happy Hour Monday thru Friday 2p-7p&9p-11p. Specials throughout the weekdays. Lunch specials and love the variety of wing sauces. Honestly my favorite place to get some good food.

Service is horrible. They never staff enough servers. Last time I was there i sat there for 30 minutes and only one server even looked at me. He told me he would serve me but he had too many tables already. I left and will never go back.

First meal I picked up was missing chicken and didnt have the correct meals. When I called to report the problem, the manager promised two meals free. When I picked up my order only 1 was free. Very disappointed may not return.

This place is being cleaned the whole time every time we go here so its never dirty when we go and the service is never bad but not always amazing and the food is good and what you would expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings.

We were there 4/8:/16 food was terrible and cold use to be my fav place to go but not anymore. Last 2 times as been terrible. The staff is great when they are working and not talking. Needs some real improvement!!

Consistently terrible service from the wait staff. I have not been once and had a good server as they always seem pre-occupied doing something else. Only time i go is when i get drug in w/ co-workers.
