Had the WORST experience there tonight. I love Bdubs, but this was just ridiculous. They just lost a client here. They were not willing or wanting to accommodate my group of 8 and decided that we should split in two booths when i asked them that i could wait for a table for all. I ended up sitting at a booth under the condition of switching over to a bigger table. this never happened and as a big table became available, another group was allocated there immediately, despite my request to 4 different staff members. The manager was absolutely rude about the entire situation and when i "dared" to mention that they were about to lose my business his response was: theres nothing i can do about it. Horrible service, anywhere from the hostess to the waiter, to the assistant manager to the manager. I will make sure my complain makes it to the ears up in corporate. My money is worth just as much as anybody elses money and i will not let this one slide. Buffalo Wild Wings in Brookings definitely lost my business.

My wife and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings in order to watch the Mariners vs Blue Jays game. Ordered some beers and food and settled in to watch the game. Service was good but when it was time to pay I attempt to use my Buffalo Wild Wings gift card and was informed that their system was down and could only do cash or credit card. I inquired further and was told that there would be no way to redeem the gift card and that I could come back and try using it on a different visit. So I am out $25 and expected to hope that their internet is working next time. They made no effort to remedy the situation. I am sorry but there wont be a next time.

If you enjoy the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise then this location shouldnt be any different. I find myself going with others to enjoy a sporting event, but I dont care for the food. As a social location, I find this place enjoyable. I can have a beer and watch the event with my friends and may even order some food. As a restaurant, Id rather go somewhere else.

Requested grilled onions n got two tiny onions. So I then requested more onions server brought out two more tiny onions. Like WTF??? Spoke to manager on duty was told according to the prep book each burger was only allowed two onions!!! Id gladly paid for onions as I requested. Offered no solutions just excuses. Though the server was very nice.

I am here from out of town for a boys day out. My 3 year old eats very little and my 8 year old was not too hungry. I asked if I could pay an extra dollar for two mini corn dog nuggets to add to kids meal for them to share and was told no. Poor service for that reason. Couldnt believe they wouldnt work with me. Not very family oriented.

We where traveling from Washington,DC in Brooking visiting friends & Family and we went stopped to Buffalo Wild Wings in brookings. Wings where good, service was good and the over all place was nice. Kids had chicken nuggets & fries and they where not bad at all.

Service is horrible. Waited for 20 minutes for some one to take our drink order and left because no one came. Next time we ordered and the order was wrong twice. Same thing happened the next time we went in. Wont be going back.

Dont get me wrong, the servers there are sweet and the prices decent, but the food just didnt sit right with me. My boyfriend refuses to ever eat here again as hes gotten food poisoning twice from their wings.

Dont fall for the trick when your waitress asks for your selection of potatoes. They are not included with the wings. Also the Big Jack Daddy is always cold, Ive tried it three times. Always the same.

They always have great quality here. Their wings are always delicious, and a crazy amount of different flavors to choose from. I love the environment, and they have the biggest TVs you ever seen.

99% all the time the wings are recycled from the day before or the previous lunch hour , dried out and disgusting. Rarely do I ever get fresh Wings anymore. This place used to be much much better

A great place to go grab a cold one while watching your favorite sport team play. Youre surrounded by TV screens. Usually packed on Sundays.
