Placed an order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I get there 35 minutes later and my order isnt ready. I dont even get a time frame of when it will be ready. So I wait, for another 20-25 minutes and I finally ask whats taking so long with my order. So the girl goes to check and tells me that my order was given to someone else! WTF! So obviously Im upset and I tell her I have been waiting for an hour for my food and theyre just telling me they gave it to someone else?! As this is going on I also notice that every time the phone rings theyre putting the calls on hold and never going back to take their order. These people didnt even give a single care in the world that their customers are having to wait so long because there are imbeciles working there that dont know how to give out an order to the correct person. Oh, and after making me wait for an hour, my order ended up being made wrong

Like the other restaurants I rate. I typically go to the location more than once at different times before writting a review. This location seems to be more efficient midday than in the evening when it is at its busiest. I have noticed great service and food turnout rates early in the day. Now it is completely different when the night crew comes out. Food takes a little while longer maybe by 15 minutes at the most. That being said, you would expect the same quality you get during the day right? No! The fries come out salty and/or soggy and the wings come out a bit undercooked. However, the crew does make an effort to redo your order if you are unsatisfied.

Great Wings, but the service is terrible. Cashier was counting a roll of change and ignoring the me for 3-5 minutes while I stand at the counter. Then when I get home with my order, I find they shorted me 5 wings on my order, and when I called to tell them about it, they said the "cook manager" counted them and knew he gave me the right amount!? WHAT@? I was shorted 5 wings and paid for them!! What IS GOING ON HERE? Not only that, but another time I called in an order, and when I got there they had no record of it, just wait 18 minutes while we make them....Forget this place. Someone needs to open another wingstop in this area

I ordered a 8 piece combo. I received seven wings and they were over cooked. I asked for light seasoning on the fries and got way too much seasoning. Fries were salty and the lemon pepper wings were too greasy. I called and they asked to bring it back and theyll have a new order, which I didnt go back since its 8:30 pm and I live 15mins away. This shouldve never happened and they shouldve just offered me a new meal whenever I went back as long as I had the receipt! I wont be going there again....they lost a customer! Actually a few customers cause I will let my family and friends know not to go there.

Thanks WingStop I have not been to this fast food restaurant in a while due to limited of money as a student however, today was a great experience staff was very nice. When waiting on food as they make the wings and frys was very fast from within. I order online threw my phone app for the first time and everything went correctly for order. I will come back again to this WingStop for my next cheat meal. Time walk in was on March 4, 2017 at 11:28 AM location 4116 S Carrier Parkway, Suite 100

Extremely unprofessional! Cashier answered her cell phone in the middle of me placing my order and had a brief conversation then hung up and proceeded to laugh with her coworker about being professional before continuing to take my order. Will not be returning to this location in the future.

My go to place for wings... Always hot and fresh and the prices are reasonable. Nice selection of flavors to choose from and some of the best french fries around. On Monday and Tuesday there is a 60 cent boneless wing special which is a nice discount from the regular prices.

Great wings. My favorite are cajun. Yes the fries are salty, but you can order them without salt. Nicky is very friendly. Service is good. If you are in a hurry, call ahead and order. It saves time.

Cold fries, cold wings with more grease at the bottom of the basket than in the deep fryer. I asked to speak with the manager and was told 1 was not available... that explains a lot.
