Every time we go there, they always have a problem with making my food. customer orders something, they should get it, you would think.. not them. they lie to your face saying they have new employees when weve seen the same employee working for over a year... they roll their eyes at you, give you attitude and act like taking one item out of their sandwich is the end of the world!!! So I had enough, I posted on their Facebook page yesterday and woke up this morning with fb telling me that they deleted my post.. makes sense as to why that they would have 4.9 stars out of 5, right? I will keep posting everywhere if they keep going to delete my post! thats for sure. No bodys perfect, so why hide things. just correct the thing. thats all Im saying! SMH.

Worst people ever, walked in 2 minutes before they opened because the door was open and they told us to get out because 2 freaking minutes matters that much, my mother and I was just looking at the menu just to see what they have, not even rushing them to hurry and take our order. I would not recommend this place to anyone, I hope this establishment goes down hill soon.

Oh. My. Goodness. If you need an absolutely delicious sandwich for lunch, look no further. I had the Roast Turkey and I was in heaven. To top off the delicious masterpiece, it was only 8 bucks for a sandwich and a drink. And theyve got a good sense of humor to boot!

Always leave fully satisfied and usually having tried a new dessert that I havent even heard of before. Staff is always nice, even when they are completely swamped during lunch and youre lucky to grab a seat. Highly recommend! I absolutely love this place.

The sandwiches are amazing! They stack meat and cheese and whatever else in there so you definitely get your moneys worth. Substitute the pretzel bread for anything you order, believe me, you wont regret it.

Service is ALWAYS friendly (Ive been there at least 10x); Bahn Mi is my favorite sandwich. The rest of the menu has nothing but raves from the folks Ive brought there. This is a Universal City landmark.

This has got to be the best soup and sandwich spot in SA. Check their Facebook for their daily soup and sandwiches but come early as they have a tendency to run out later in the day.
