Decided to try Potbelly just because it was new. Didnt have particularly high expectations, thinking it would be the same as the usual sandwich shop chains, but I ended up liking their food a lot better than the usual. The ingredients seem fresher and of better quality. In addition to the sandwiches, milkshakes and cookies are also good. The place has always been clean, and Ive never had any issues with the service.

The food here ours awesome. I will be placing a five star rating as soon as the ordering process is smoothed out and I can get in and out off this place with muy to go order in better then 15 minutes. I did place an order online this time, which was more efficient. But not without having to fight with the website. This place has great potential. Keep getting better.

Might change my score as time goes by, but for a first try here Im impressed. Not full after the sandwich, but for a place that counts calories cant say Im surprised. Quality was on point. Cheese melted perfectly, sauce just the right amount, bread cooked but not hard or moist. Will dine again.

AMAZING!!! My mom and I came here for lunch today and everything was perfect! Everything tasted so fresh plus the atmosphere is nice and the staff was friendly!!! Service was fast too! The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are to die for!!!! I know for sure Im going to be a regular here!!!

Love Potbelly! Used to eat at the one in College Station while at A&M. The quality is always consistent, regardless of location. Sandwiches are awesome. My favorites are "A Wreck", the Italian, and the T-K-Y. Personally, I prefer them prepared with all of the toppings they offer.

Never been here before, little pricey, too busy and loud, wasnt sure how to order, didnt know how much drinks were, spoons for soup are basically behind the soda machine, got to look for everything. Rather hit up subway.

Their sandwiches are better than Jimmy Johns, Firehouse or (goes without saying) Subway. Found this place because of a fundraiser, but keep coming back. On that note, they are wonderful in their support of non-profits.

Got a Sandwich and a cup of soup. The sandwich was just OK, but the soup was really good. Service was OK. Price was a little high. As far as sandwichs go, Id rather eat at Jimmy Johns or Schlotskys.

Bland dry roast beef sandwich! Had to get more mayo. Ordered "loaded potato soup" its not loaded with anything unless your order extra cheese and bacon! Its taste like creamy mashed potatoes.
