After a very stressful morning of being at the doctors office with my sick 9 month old, all I wanted to do was enjoy a tasty Whataburger Monterrey Melt an fries. I dropped the baby off at daycare and rushed over to this location before having to go back to work. After I ordered my food, I realized I had put my wallet in the diaper bag, which was back at the daycare. The general manager, Susan, could see how stressed I was and offered to pay for my meal. That REALLY made my day. I will definitely pay it forward. Ive had other great experiences here too. But, thank you so much for being such a great establishment!

bad general manager. bad ethics. no morals, and the OWNER sits in suspicious posistions in the local government. in other words; the only way a whataburger stays open is to fool the local heath department.... I was THERE when a whataburger SHOULD have been shut down, but SUSPICIOUSLY wasnt. so shall we start keeping a count of food poisonings from this location? the poor store manager coulnd;t improve if they wanted to, cause the owner makes it impossible. They are HIGHLY illegitimate.

I repeat my order four times to the man, he said he got it down and repeated it back to me. I get to the window to make sure it is correct that I wanted a white bun, he said yes. I get all the way home & my order is the complete opposite of what I said. I didnt get one thing I asked for. I get off work from a food place late at night to get food & they want to make $15 an hour, but cant even get my order right & I was the only person there. If I could rate a negative star I would.

This location absolutely has the slowest drive-thur I have ever seen. I would rather drive 3 miles out-of-the-way to deal with one that isnt so freaking slow. And Id still probably make it back to that location before the person in front of me made it through the drive-thur. Once again this morning trying to order simple pancakes and I sat in line for over five minutes without moving finally I backed up and canceled the order. They lost my business today to McDonalds.

I gave this Whataburger another chance in a young lady by the name of Morgan and Delia those were the best two ladies Ive ever had to deal with coming through a Whataburger my first experience was awful my food was not right but today I am very very happy because these two ladies are the best and they made everything perfect for me thank you so much Ladies God bless

Food was fine but holy pants the drive thru line moved slower than evolution. With 4 cars in front of me, from the time I ordered to the time I got my food was 22 minutes. Which may not seem like a lot but I have an accurate measure instead of a vague estimation, and believe me thats a long time to sit in a lineup of cars waiting for food.

These ladies always make the chicken fajita special for me...I come every week. I wuldnt go to another WAB just because the employees here make it a down home experience
