Service was horribly slow; it took minutes just to get the workers to acknowledge us and once they did even longer to make our food. It seems as if they were individually making each order after they finished the last. They mixed up orders and just laughed it off instead of apologizing. My friend waited for ketchup for 3-4 minutes. I was completely forgotten about when the workers screwed up our orders. We were the only people there. The guy behind the counter was either high or incredibly stupid or both because he couldnt wrap his head around the situation. The only redeeming quality about the place was the food, which was good but not really up to Jack in the Boxs standards. Dont eat here. Ever.

Omg... I am here right now. Drive thru girls was talking to someone parked across the parking lot with head gear on ... saw me pull up to drive thru and told me to wait a min. She continued to stand out there and talk a while longer b4 taking my order. Cook was out back with door open sitting on the ground talking to some guy who was standing there.. the guy standing there was like yall have somebody. Didnt hear the mans response who was on the ground sitting. Chic kept yelling at him once inside tht there was an order then she disappeared.. just now popped up to take my money.. poorly run

They almost messed up my order but caught it.. Its crazy how stupid they are there. The tacos smell like sewage, the buttery Jack burger is disgusting and dry, and I swear theyre all high behind the counter. Dont eat there. And for whoever owns this shitdump of a fast food restaurant.. You should be ashamed of yourself for running such a craptastic establishment. Youd think Jack in the Box would somehow end their relationship with you, given the fact this place might actually be the worst one in the entire United States. I should say it again. DO NOT EAT THERE.

Fire everyone ! 7th graders have more sense than the people working here. Order is always wrong, they advertise selling breakfast all day but if you come at certain hours they tell you is is not available. If you come though early or late you many times will get no response as if they are closed, they do not even have to the courtesy of telling customers if their system is down. A bunch of idiots, I am not sure who owns the place but they should look into hiring better employees.

Food was good no complaints there but the service was terrible stood at the counter for 5 minutes before we could place the order and waited 27 minutes to get our food and they gave us someone elses order and took it back over the counter after my girlfriend took the food out of the box and touched it the counter clerk put it back in the box and gave it to the correct person

Children wanted to come here because of the Jumbo Breakfast Platter (it doesnt look like the one on tv). The customer service is horrible. An employee was rolling her eyes during the time I was placing my order. Another employee was on her cell phone most of the time. The bathrooms are filthy. They should just shut this location down.

Drove across town at 12:45 am since it claims to be a 24 hour drive through and received no service at all. Checked from the front to look in to the kitchen and could see someone working in the back but they didnt offer any service.
