I was here with a family member and ordered omlete and tilapia, came here at 3pm got food at 3:45 pm. Cold omlete, the server name was Brian. He had stories about he is from and where he lived but no sorry about messing up the order and food cold. We told him what we wanted when we got there and he came back after 15 min saying what did you guys order again? What??? Awful service and very cold food . I didnt get a refill on the drink or no come back and check if food was okay I would have said can you warm the omlete up, We told manager when we went infront to pay she was nice to give a discount on food but waiting was forever and no proper service. He didnt even get the receipt at the end we waited had to go infront and say ready to pay and get outta here.

Used to eat here every week with my friends, then the waitress who had served us several times before decided to insult my friend and imply that he didnt understand basic math as he was trying to calculate the correct amount to tip her for the meal after we had split up the tab. It was not light-hearted, it was not charming banter. Her remark was so disgustingly unkind that the three of us were left speechless sitting in the booth, we gave her the right tip for the meal, and have never been back since.

If the cooks were as awesome as the servers this place would rate 5 Stars easily. Sadly the hashbrowns tasted like they had a high recycle content (mixin old ones with freshly cooked), and the pancakes which are usually very good were just okay (dark on one side light on the other, slightly undercooked in the center). Cant say enough good things about my server though, Greg was the best; friendly and attentive enough with excellent timing!!

I have no idea why IHOP picked such a tiny location here. Its terrible. If theres more than 20 customers in the whole building, then theres a waiting time. The staff is almost always awful, but then again since they have to step sideways around each other to get orders in and out of the kitchen, its almost understandable why theyre so bad.

So Im guessing you always get a hard time if you dont order the menu exactly????. I just wanted bacon n toast with hashbrowns.. no eggs no pancakes.. but since that isnt a combo option was given a hard time by my server like it wasnt allowed. Should I tell her the ice tea taste sour?? Our will I get griped at about tht too?

Service is very poor. I was on hold for over a total of 30 min. When I arrived to the resturant while I was still on hold. I asked for a supervisor. He never came and another waitress stated that he was busy. To Sum it all up Corprate did nothing. I will not return.

Great food, quick and friendly service. Ask for Dana if you visit ((115 W SW Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75701)), shell take care of you. Drinks were refilled quickly and empty plates were taken out of the way. Great experience.

I love the restaurant. Great food and friendly staff. The only draw back is the area is very small and is in diere need of an expansion/renovation. It is always very crowded and makes me feel very claustrophobic!

I gave 5 stars because the employees are great and they deserve it. Only thing I dont like is I come every Sunday and it seems that maybe the day that you get new stock. There is never any Vanilla creamer :(

Horribly short staffed. Ignored for 20 min.My potato soup was watered down and the plates are an way smaller than the ones served at ihop on the Southside of the loop. Wont return.

You have to love the pancakes. My wife and I traveled 45 miles to get here. We do not have one in Athens and we miss having this from our move from Ohio.
