Unsatisfactory... terrible service!!!! Ashlee took our orders and brought out most of the meals. One meal was missing the flavored pancakes. One whole meal was completely missing. The pancakes and missing meal was not brought to the table for almost 20 minutes. I flagged another waitress named Alexa and asked her to tell our waitress Ashlee that we were still waiting for part of our order and we needed refills on drinks. Ashlee came to the table and offered to comp the missing meal. Jenny, another waitress came to the table after and had a nasty attitude asking what our problem was and insisted that the missing food came out seconds after. The customer at my table that waited over 20 minutes for her meal told Jenny that she didnt even want the food. After that Jenny "snatched" the food from in front of her and proceeded to throw it away. Jenny was very rude and didnt handle the situation to my satisfaction. My bill was $48.63 for only 3 meals. One of the customers paid for his own meal and the one, that took over 20 minutes to come to the table, was comped by Ashlee. We had to ask repeatedly for refills and get our own silverware from neighboring empty tables. Overall my experience with Ihop was very unsatisfactory.

My boyfriend and I had been here several times before and had fine experiences. The last two times we went were extremely questionable. The first questionable time we went, our waitress was extremely slow, had a bit of an attitude, and got several things wrong. The manager working there at the time, however, took good care of us and convinced us to come back again. Today we went there again, and we were disappointed. We were seated, but nobody came to take our order for over ten minutes. We didnt even order drinks. I think we saw three people- the manager (different from the lady who fixed our experience last time), a chef, and one waitress in a corner apparently on lunch break. We asked the chef to get the manager for us before we left and the manager didnt show up for five minutes or so. Once he did, he didnt listen to what we had to say and just tried seating us again. We declined and he instead seated the two people who had been waiting for five minutes to be seated. He didnt come back to hear what we had to say, and he also wasnt even wearing a name tag. We were very disappointed with the experience and will not be eating there again.

I never came to this location I normally go to the one in humble but it was packed anyways we ordered our food and My daughter asked for a chicken fried chicken specifically and the waiter said sure they do have it and we got our food and as my daughter starts to cut in the supposedly chicken fried chicken it was not what she ordered they have her a chicken fried steak. So I let the waiter know and he said he would let the manager know and so he came to us and sat on the table across from us and said what was going on and told him we ordered chicken fried chicken not steak and he looked at me like crazy and answered sorry maam we dont have chicken fried chicken in the menu I said well the waiter should have let us know that and said ok well get anything u want in the menu to replace the steak and by all that the food was not fresh the broccoli was pale and dry and the chicken fried steak was not fresh was dry also to my opinion this is the worst IHOP I have ever visited and my daughter did get a burger to replace and we ended throwing it away the meat was horrible just cant say enough very bad restaurant food not fresh at all☹

It USED to be my favorite place to eat. The past couple of months it has been ridiculously slow. I can understand when its a full house that they might be slow, but the past few times, there were barely any customers there. The most recent time, my boyfriend and I met up on my lunch break to eat here. We got there and were seated promptly, but it took them 30 minutes just to ask us for our drink order! I had to be back soon so we ordered our food with our drinks and it got there after another 15 minutes. The pancakes were crispy... pancakes are not supposed to be crispy. The waitress acted like we were an inconvenience to her and barely spoke with us. Didnt even ask what we wanted for our sides with our meals.As we were waiting to get our food, there was a gentleman sitting at the table across from us who had been there about the same amount of time. They never even waited on him. He got up and left after a little over 30 minutes of being there. It really seems like this restaurant has let itself go. It used to be good, but not anymore. Poor service and unappetizing food.

I have always had a great experience here up until tonight, it seems that the night staff has no idea how to properly and efficiently run a quiet restaurant. The waitress could not remember who ordered what drink or meal, and was extremely rude and incompetent. I wanted substitutions for my meal, and I was told they would only do it this last time, and gave me nothing but attitude about the substitution. Then to hear her yell across the restaurant about how much of an issue it is to substitute and inconvenient is to them made my appetite just disappear. I used to come here about every other week and had nothing but the friendliest staff and they were always breaking the expectations, but this staff has dropped the ball. The food tonight was also disappointing, the hashbrowns were burnt, there was a few eggshells in the eggs, and the eggs werent fully cooked either. Sad to say i will have to only visit during the popular hours to avoid getting stuck with this disappointment again.

We got here there was only one other family in the restaurant @midnight we waited over 20 minutes finally another customer told the waitresses and the manager who was held up in the corner laughing and joking among themselves that they had customers at the front waiting to be seated upon ordering I had to go over to the crowd of the wait staff and ask him for something to drink or if they would bring it to our table I had to tell the waitress three different times what we ordered upon getting order nothing was right I ordered eggs over medium well and I got them over easy basically Raw my biscuits was burnt my wifes mail was completely something different that she ordered she pacifically order no holiday sauce on her food and it was completely drenched in it we ended up sending the Meal back we told the waitress and the manager that we wanted to be comped on my wife

Im pretty easy to please, but there were so many small little problems that it became very annoying. They sat us in the smoking section, and when I ask if I could sit elsewhere, they said "well theres no smoking until 3pm, so youll be ok." It still smelled like cigarettes. I had to ask for silverware so that I could stir my coffee. There was no sugar, sweet & low, or splenda at my table. My order was wrong (sausage instead of bacon, white toast instead of wheat). No syrup or ketchup on the table and she didnt bring it with my food, so I had to ask twice. When I was paying my bill at the front, the printer paper was in backwards so it printed a blank sheet. It took her about 8 minutes to figure out how to print another copy. And overall the service was slow and barely existent. Food was on par with just about any other IHOP.
