STAY FAR AWAY! TLDR version: Service is terrible and disorganized, food isnt far behind, waited forever for everything and got chased and cursed out by a waiter. Where to even begin with this place... We walked in a party of 3 and the place was moderately busy but there were a handful open tables. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated when we were directed from behind the counter to a table. We order beverages and then were asked by three separate servers if we had ordered drinks which was strange. When we ordered food we asked for separate checks and after the server fumbled with the ordering tablet for a couple minutes, he complained he couldnt figure it out. We told him we would do one check if it was easier. We proceeded to wait over an hour for food at one point we got up to leave and the server came up and told us our food was almost out. When we finally got the food it left MUCH to be desired. Everything was drenched in butter but at this point I was so hungry I ate what was palatable. We asked several times for a refill and an additional orange juice and the only person who seemed concerned with customer service and our experience was the poor lady bussing tables. We watched several tables leave in frustration I wish we would have followed their lead. After a 20 minute wait for the check and several requests we walked up to the counter and demanded a check. Ive never had to work so hard to over pay for something that wasnt warranted. Having a history in the service industry, I felt obligated to at least give the busser a tip for her efforts. I then watched our alleged server demand she hand it over. When we complained to the manager that we had already tipped him and that tip was for her, the server started to have a temper tantrum on the floor proclaiming that he was the waiter so it was his money. When the manager asked him to hand it over he threatened to call his uncle who apparently owned the place. The manager caved and told us she would address it later. As we walked out he followed us trying to tell us why he was justified in keeping the money we had used to tip someone else. When we were unswayed by his unreasonable argument he cursed us out and followed us to our car screaming. This place is disorganized and overrated. Im frankly appalled that they allow this sort of behavior and its a shame when there are so many better options.

Edit: Feb 2016 It used to be a lot better. Of late, the employees arent able to keep up. The lacking operations have employees asking multiple times what you ordered and the customer having to ask for the things they ordered so its not forgotten. For the money, Id skip it. The food, which used to be great is now average. Today I ordered two orders of chicken and waffles, sweet potatoes fries, and a chicken ranch crossiant. Chicken and waffles: The whipped cream had the consistency of water. It was obviously from a can or tub and had been warmed. Disgusting and useless as it was basically water. The crossiant: Kind of gross. Imagine a low quality pastry you could buy at the grocer...then think a little worse. Sweet potatoes fries: They were like limp noodles. They were probably frozen at one point, thawed, and then fried. No crispness. Fast food does better. Unless they make some changes, Id skip this. We have better places a few blocks away. This earned a two star overall. The food was a three star, but this quality of food at that price? Its a two. Original: Mar 2015 Great prices and delicious menu. New favorite brunch spot.

The food is good, but the service is as bad as it can get. No one there really seems to know whats going on. I waited 20 mins for coffee, and when my husband asked the cashier for a cup, (I think his name was Shane) he responsed rudely that "they had a system". We waited 50 minutes after placing our order before we asked Shane again about why other tables who had come in long after us were already receiving food. He snapped at me saying he had "no clue what was going on" and that he hadnt "moved (from the order counter ) in over an hour." I would have lost my mind and demanded a refund and left had the manager not come out at that exact moment. I didnt get her name, but she apologized profusely and immediately identified that the ticket had never been sent to the kitchen. After she got involved, we received our order in about 20 mins. In our 1h45m breakfast, we observed several other tables having the end issues. This was our second visit, and we had a similar experience the first time, but we came back hoping the bad service was a fluke. Apparently it is not. This place has a lot of potential... I hope they get a better service "system" in place.

This is a nice little place for breakfast and lunch. Order at the counter in the back and pick a seat, and theyll bring your food to you. Grab your flatware and water in the back right corner. You might want to get some extra napkins too, as your table may be a bit sticky. Came here for Mothers Day brunch, and it was pretty full, but I imagine its just the right size the rest of the year. The Bananas Pecan Foster French Toast is very good and comes with eggs and your choice of meat (go for the sausage, the 2 little strips of bacon I got wasnt as good as my wifes sausage). The grits here are also good - cheese not necessary, though. I would have liked to try their coffee, but they said their espresso machine wasnt working that day. Oh well! Some other time, I suppose. Another useful tip - breakfast and lunch are both served all day. Brunch every day? Yes please! Parking was fine on a Sunday - the meters are free all day on Sundays - but Im not really sure what the recommended parking option is every other day. So watch out for that one.

Still waiting for our food currently. Its been 40 mins. There only seems to be one guy thats actually Serving. The others just seem to be walking around doing nothing and watching the Texans. No order around here. They need better management. Seems faster to just order to go. Because thats the only food I see coming out of the kitchen. Its been like 4 orders since we gotten our food. They need prioritize and an expeditor to get them straight. I would love to say the food is great but havent even received it yet. Most likely wont return here at all. *UPDATE* We waiting 1 hour and still nothing. Got up and asked server to just charge my coffee. He said it was ok. Everybody around me was in same situation. I wish they wouldve all left. At least someone else gets OUR FOOD at an earlier time so they wont go through the same

Just left there for Fathers Day breakfast. Had the chicken and waffles and bananas Foster with a latte and what the lady lied to me about as being fresh squeezed juice. she told me it was fresh squeezed and not even two minutes later the guy comes out of the back with a container in his hand that he was shaking that had packaging labels on it that unfortunately, I couldnt read the name! All they do is dump it into a pitcher so it looks fresh. I was furious and felt lied to, my husband said the container probably said fresh squeezed... aside from that the food was wonderful the bread is what made the bananas Foster perfect the waffle was light and airy and the chicken was spot-on perfect seasoning. The only thing I did not like was the whip cream on the waffle to go with my chicken.
