This place is losing good customer service. I just went to get food for my family and sat in line for literally 25 minutes without moving. I get to the 2nd window and get my drinks so the girl gives me my drinks and tells me to pull to the 3rd window. 3 cars behind me get their orders before I do and drive away. They had a total of 6 bags that I saw passed to them. I just had a #6 and 2 kids meals. So after I see 3 cars pass by me that were behind me I knock on the window to see what the hold up is. The girl happens to come up and passes the window and walks out the door to hand me my order. So instead of acknowledging me at the window she makes me drive up. I think they had my food ready but forgot about me. Their service has really dropped in the last few months. I dont know if they have managers that dont care or what the problem is but I hope they fix the issue before they lose more customer to the Whataburger in the back of kingwood. Its ashame because we really like Whataburger but wont have a problem not spending my money there anymore if they dont care about their clientele. I hope the owner or corporate reads this and addresses the issue. Their wait time has gotten absurd.

Lost count in how many ways our order was wrong. There was nothing but a bunch of ride disrespectful kids working there and half of them were standing around talking and playing on their cell phones. Went to take my kids to the bathroom out of two stalls there was not one roll of toilet paper and I would not have let them use it if there was because it was the most disgusting bathroom I have been in. There trash was over flowing, poop on one toilet seat and toilet paper all over the floor.

This is the third time that its happened to me and it irks me! Im at the window and I hand my phone and card to get both my reward points and pay and she swipes my card and says, "oh, well I cant scan that now". They need to train the cashiers to ask first if one is a whataburger reward member and then ask for payment or something.

I went through the drive thru around 11 pm and asked the woman working if she could add a fry to my order and she looked at me blankly and annoyed. She defiantly did not want to deal with me. I wont be going to this location again. The employees in the Porter drive thru are always nice!

This guy I think his name is Chandler was the nicest funniest most good-looking guy Ive ever seen In my life...he got my whole order right and made sure everthing was nice and hot for me..the food sure was hot but not as hot as Chandler..I now love whataburger because of him!!!!!

Their burgers are ok. Not sure what all the hype is about and theyre kind of expensive. French fries however are amazing. One of the only places in Texas that offer spicy ketchup. Their chicken and gravy is really good as well. They also serve pellet ice of thats your thing.

Went there Tonite with my sister, order a chocolate malt and a meal, and the malt tasted like cleaning chemicals, and the burger was disgusting. Made both me and my sister throw up, our throats started to burn and our stomach very upset.

I wasnt happy with my visit. Six employees taking lunch break at once. Little hustle for those working. Felt Onion Rings were left in the fryer way to long. Dark brown, greasy and dried up. Maybe next time.

Came once & never coming back. They took FOREVER to get my order and I was the only person on the drive thru. The girl in the window wasnt very friendly either. Definitely prefer The Porter Whataburger.

This place is always busy, but it gets to customers quick. So you never have to wait in line for to long. What this place excels in, is making sure the customer are enjoying there food.

Dont ever go there from noon to 1:30. They will always mess up whatever you order. For a week straight they have messed up a simple order of a #2 with only ketchup pickle and cheese.

Both Whataburgers in Humble and Kingwood have no awning over the windows in the drive-through so every time it rains you get soaked. Buildings need a better design.

Positive Outlook

Ladies bathroom is very clean. Two stalls. Very clean in the front restaurant area. Very quick to serve you. And very accommodating. Lets not forget the price.
