It was my first time to try this place. My sandwich came out before everyone else at my table. By the time the other food came, it was cold. When I asked for another, they offered to warm up my toast which would make it soggy. I finally asked for a refund, I didnt get a sorry or thank you or anything. The guy taking my order was sipping a latte as I gave my order. Then they turn around and start speaking in French in front of me and he had to send a text message first. What horrible customer service and not to mention the terrible $60 breakfast! My family said IHOP would have been better!

The thing that is so surprising is that the bread here is as good as the desserts. The coffee is organic, brewed perfectly, but nonetheless I like it best topped with a thick dollup of steamed milk- its the best cafe au lait in town. The atmosphere is a like a little niblet of Europe got moved to the northern end of the Woodlands. All of the expats know about this place and queue every Saturday for their fresh baguette. If you order ahead of time, though, theyll keep it safe for you- or else theyre completely out by 10:30am.

My girlfriend and I visit this place 2-3 times in one week when in town visiting my parents. Literally, best Panini I have ever had in my life. This is one of those places that you simultaneously want to do well so they are successful, but do poorly enough so that not a lot of people frequent the place. You will be stunned at the flavor in their Paninis. This is the only review I have ever written on google due to how much they have exceeded my expectations. HIGHLY recommend.

We tried a lot of different dishes since it was our first time there. Everything we tried was excellent. The omelets and crepes were fantastic and we even took croissants home and ate them later and they were excellent. The coffee they served was awesome as well. It was a great experience to try a new place and all the staff was extremely friendly. They were very busy, so this took a little while to get our food, but that was fine. It was worth the wait without a doubt.

Charming little French cafe, wonderful small selection of very fresh croissants, baguettes, mini quiches, fruit tarts, crime brûlée, coffee, etc. Friendly staff. Not that organized at the counter, but no big deal. Very happy repeat customers there. I too will be back again soon to try more. Id like to try the crepes next! See the picture of the menu I just posted. Enjoy!

Not only the sweet things - like the cinammon & butter crepes and the pear & almond tart - but the savory, too, - I had a "California" sandwich - are delicious. Only ask them to go easy on the mayonnaise. The family seems so sweet as well: they are always interested, polite, and attentive. Its so nice to have a place that is tangibly family-run in The Woodlands.

My family had recently gotten back from a trip to Europe and I was still craving the pastries we had for breakfast every morning. My husband stopped by and picked up a few croissants. Ummm....about the same as the box from HEB or Kroger. Very "bready" not delicate layers of pastry dough. Youll do better at La Madeleine for croissants.

Excellent Bread and pastries. Croissants are the real deal. Tarts are also good. You need to be early or call ahead to reserve as when they run out for the day they are out. (I guess this says something!) They also serve omelets and French crepes like you would get no the street in Paris. Authentic as you can get in Texas.

Love the food. I usually get a Provencal Panini. It does take awhile there, but there are usually lots of customers. I notice a lot of moms seem to meet up there. I like to sit outside, where there is a little more calm. If you watch the clouds while enjoying your latte, you hardly notice the parking lot.

Crepes, savory and sweet.... AMAZING, pastries, breads and Cappuccinos, out of this world yummy! La Madeleines is a chain restaurant and a sorry excuse for authentic French cuisine! HEB and Kroger bakery, fair for grocery store.... Embarrassingly falls short compared to the Gourmet Bakery Cafe!

I went here today and just loved it. I saw it on my way to Eddies Barbershop right next door and asked my Barber about, boy was he right. I got 3 big ol Croissants for less than $6 bucks and it was well worth it. Im thinking about going back tomorrow and trying one of their sandwiches.

Im so happy this place is nearby, the food is very authentic French style with a Texas twist in some of the panini options. I feel Im in Paris when Im drinking the coffee. It has seating outside (couple of tables) so I bring my dog and enjoy the sun having a galette or croissant.

Waited 30 min for one crepe to go. I ordered the Nutella crepe and it was mediocre at best. They made the crepe and just put a glob of Nutella ontop. Obviously anything more would have been too much effort.

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. The prices are a lot more budget friendly than I expected. Huge panini sandwhich for $9.50. The southwest is a winner. Looking forward to trying the crepes next time

Really poor restaurant ... they dont have high chairs or just one. Also the prices are over rated and bad service. I was expecting more from a supposedly "French place".

Delicious crepes. Cozy and clean restaurant. My only wish is that they stay open later. If they did I would eat here more often.
