Best burgers Ive eaten anywhere, and I eat a lot of burgers. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Pillowy soft buns, juicy meats, crisp salad filings, and fresh cut solid fries. Outshone only by the charismatic and friendly staff (one person in particular - he made custom shakes for my boys who exclaimed they were the "best shakes ever!"). Note that this speaks to my opinion of this particular store, and not the chain as a whole. Ive eaten at other BurgerFi locations (in other states), and they were average or slightly above at best, with the overall experience dragged down by a high price tag, grumpy staff, and a very dirty dining area. Sure, the BurgerFi location I like still has the high price tag, but at least the food, service, and environment attempt to justify the price. My family and I will be back to the BurgerFi at The Woodlands TX time and again.

I had never been to this place before, and when I walked in it was very welcoming. I had the seasonal barbecue burger, with a side of cajun fries, which was absolutely delicious! My wife got the basic burger with the Cry and Fry. Her burger was comparable to Jerrys burgers. The onion rings were not my favorite, because they didnt have much of a sweet taste and did not have very much flavor. They give you a huge helping with the fries, so the smallest size is definitely enough for one person. Overall, it was a great experience, but I would say that the service could have been a little bit better because I saw our food sitting under the heat lamp for about 10 minutes all of the restaurant was not necessarily busy. I would for sure go back again, and I am looking forward to trying something else on the menu.

It was my wifes birthday and she was intrigued by this place a few days earlier after shopping. So on HER DAY she was drawn to dining here for lunch. I was also intrigued, The burger photos were very appealing. We ordered burgers, fries, onion-rings. I wont go on about staff or conditions. But Product for Price is a quality I have loved about this town forever. The picture just out side the entrance is VERY Miss-leading. The pictures on the menu board are also lying. For instance the lettuce on pictures appear to Romaine not ICE BURG White. The ZOOM in the photos is extraordinarily deceptive. And for the PRICE being what is was, The Mirage of the meal I was expecting should have been made real. VERY VERY Disappointed. Never Again...Burgerfi do or Die.

When certain friends are in town, this has a been a go-to place a few times. The food is a healthier option and really good, from the burgers and fries, to the shakes and custard, and they are ready within about 5 to 10 minutes. The burgers are expensive when you consider their small size and no table service (i.e., you basically just pay someone to cook them). The fries alone are worth a trip, and if you split the Family size, it can be a cheap fill-up for a few people. The freestyle soda is always fun, but like anywhere, one of them tends to be broken; its never caused a big holdup though. With a drink and sharing a side, expect about $15 per person.

Inconsistent quality and speed. The staff used to be really friendly and smart but now they are all related to the manager and seem to suffer no consequences when giving bad service. The sign says one thing or another but its pointless to point out when you are charged wrong or the item doesnt meet the description because the cashier doesnt know any better. The custard all tastes like coconut whether its vanilla or chocolate. The bathroom is usually trashed. Its still cheaper to get a burger here than a meal at the movie theater and they validate parking.

Good food but I didnt get what I requested. Admittedly I ordered To-go and didnt check my order before I left. Got home and realized my bacon burger didnt have bacon and the extra lettuce I asked for also wasnt on the burger. Ultimately I ended up with a burger that was just patties and bun with BurgerFi Sauce. Food was still good. I intend to go back but next time will double check my food order before leaving or will just dine-in.

Most of the times when a customer asks to speak with the manager it means something went wrong. This is not the case, I talked to Donnie to congratulate him on an amazing job. He and his staff (Mitchell particularly) provided an amazing service and dinning experience for me and my family. Will definitely be back soon and Ill be a loyal customer for as long as the service is this good. Keep it up guys!!

Loved it. My husband and I ate here for the first time last weekend. Burgers were amazing, and fries were too darn yummy...lol Employees were friendly and sweet...Friendly customer service is also a big part of enjoying a relaxed meal...not just the food! We found our new hamburger eatery. Only wish more seating outside...but other than that...GREAT food, atmosphere and friendly service.

We went to Burger Fi at the Woodlands to get the "Burger Fi Experience" as advertise. The burger was decent and they gave us more then enough fries. Happy with our dinner. But when were back to Dallas well be going back to Fuddreckers as normal, cuz Burger Fi has got nothing on Fuddruckers. Except no hormone in the burger patties; dont know if thats another one of those gimmicks.

Let me start by saying that the food is fresh and the burgers taste good. Thats the only good I can say about our experience. My wife and I went there on 11/23/15 at 12:30 pm for the first time to celebrate some good news. Very disappointed, greasy tables and floor, the two machines without ice, trash can overflowing and bathroom heated like a sauna. Will not go back.

Burger Fi should change the name to Wow Burger. The food was great. This is one of few fast food restaurant providing a home style burger. The double cheeseburger and regular fries are savory. I wasnt impressed with the onion rings. All in all the only thing this restaurant lacks is a drive up and car hop. This is my new go to burger place.

Great tasting burgers, but lack in size for the price. I had a double cheese burger with cheddar cheese, chili and a fried egg for around $9. I was disappointed when they brought out a burger that looked more like a slider. The bright side was that it was delicious. If you have a light stomach and have the money, this place is great.

Delicious! For once, a place where your food actually looks like the picture! The bread was so fresh and lightly toasted and I love the logo "branded" on the bun. The meat was juicy and the Burgerfi sauce was good. The French fries had great seasonings on them. Definitely will be back and brining my family and friends.

Dirty place with tables not cleaned, floors dirty, very slow service for the type food they serve. Small burgers. Very small for the price. Nothing amazing about this place. Whataburger would be a better choice I think. This could be an awesome place if they had better burgers and specialty burgers. We wont be back.

I ate here once and roadkill opossum would have probably tasted better. The burger had a terrible sour taste. Im pretty sure it was rancid. I ate one bite and threw the rest away. The onion rings were full of green onions that I couldnt even cut with a knife, let alone bite into. It was also very expensive.
