The good-old days are still here! At Bellaire Broiler Burger! This place has not changed since I was in high school, spending many afternoons hanging out at the BBB after lunch when I should have been in class. SHHHHH - dont tell my parents. What can I say about the burger except to say it is the quintessential classic burger from the 50s and 60s. My regular - bacon cheeseburger with smokey crisp bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped lettuce, onions, and light mayo. (Note - no fried egg needed here for flavor!) The burger never disappoints with its flame-kissed juicy flavor. All the right blends of flavors and scents has made this a top burger choice of mine for decades! So, eat lunch, dinner, or even skip a class or two at BBB. (Dont tell your parents I said that!) And, advice from my friend Mark - the Onion Rings are "Fan-freakin-tastic!".

After seeing all the rave reviews, i really expected more. Dont get me wrong, its a decent burger, but just decent. The patty was thin with little flavor, tasted frozen and kind of bland. It was well cooked, the vegetables were fresh. My dining mate said it tasted a lot like a Whataburger...and it kind of does. What the place does have is a decent burger, frozen crinkle cut fries that are cooked long enough to be crispy. Its the only way to cook this kind of fry that I can like them. Also, the place oozes 70s whole-in-the-wallness. No windows, florescent lighting, weird gold plated crap on the wall. I was surprised there wasnt a Coors Smokey and the Bandit poster on the wall. Its a decent burger, but not worth a long drive, and not worth 4 or 5 stars. If youre in the neighborhood, drop in.

Great burger, friendly service and recommendations, what more could you ask for? Today I wanted a burger. Not a fast food burger but a real, fresh meat, fresh ingredients burger. Bellaire broiler burger definitely hit the spot. I had the bellaire special with half onion rings and half fries with no regrets. Theres something about the flavor that you can never get close to with a fast food joint. They are a small business that is run by people who care about the level of service and the product they serve to you. The only drawback I can think of is the parking situation can be a bit hectic if there are a lot of people. Dont go through the drive through, its a dead end. Other than that, this location is definitely recommended.

Absolutely the best burger Ive had in thirty years. High quality grilled meat between old fashioned buns, and generously stuffed to overflowing with garneshes of your choice. (Not like the places that give you a single paper-thin piece of lettuce and want to charge you if you ask for more.) A generous portion of old fashioned thick steak fries, served hot and crispy, with an actual bottle of ketchup; no tearing open all those plastic pouches, or having to make several trips to the ketchup dispenser to fill those tiny cups. Food is made fresh but served quickly. Staff is friendly and promotes a homey atmosphere. Anyone looking for a good burger will love the Broiler Burger.

Theyre Chili cheese burger why isnt known all over Houston is just wrong. Its so good and full of flavor its hard to eat one. Its hard to only order one idem, theyre burgers, hotdogs, and Chix tenders are great. They use a cornmeal batter for theyre Chix tenders and its so good, it reminds me of how fried food was in the 70s. And thats exactly what this place is, going back to 1976. The decor of "Bellaire Broiler Burger" is so 70s set up but not to look of that era. They just kept it the same. You are not going to get a better burger in Houston, if your in "Burgers" and you havent tried "BBB" then get here today. Food 10/10. Service 8/10.

This place is by far one of my local favorites. Its small, privately owned, and they make awesome flame broiled burgers! You wont even break the bank ordering a burger, drink, and fries unlike some of those other "trendy" burger joints. If you want burgers that taste like homemade on the grill, swing by and see for yourself. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the place is cozy and clean. The decor is a little dated, but I think it brings character to the place. The only bit of warning is that if its super busy, you might have a hard time finding a place to park. Dont risk parking in another businesses lot either.

Cant speak for anyone else but I was definitely satisfied with this burger place. I have invited others back and they have been pleased by the service and atmosphere. Its a comfy setting suitable for families and groups. They offer select beer brands for those of age to enjoy. The burger was delicious. Im a stander double cheeseburger girl myself. But the regular customers present during my order suggested the BellAire burger. Ill be sure to get it next time. Definitely a great choice for dinner.

I love the truck stop atmosphere. All its missing is a couple of manly women walking thru the parking lot asking if you need any fun. Speaking of weiners, a good FYI is that if you order hot dogs, they come at you like a burger, not in traditional dog buns. I had the 1/2 lb burger. It was awesome. The wavy fries were more generic but still decent. It gets pretty crowded on Fridays at noon but the line moves fast. We will see what kind of effluent it creates this afternoon.

We have eaten at this AWESOME burger "joint" since the early 1980s .. very busy at work .. and the burgers are what made Americans love hamburgers!!! the fries and rings are good .. but the burgers are ole fashioned straight up .. what they are supposed to be hamburgers .. and if anyone writes a "disappointing burger" comment on here .. they just grew up in the McDonalds fast food cardboard burger generation ... this is the real deal .. and they kitchen is great ...

I always get the bbq burger with cheese and bbq sauce only. Its just amazing. Juicy, tasty, thick crispy bacon. The fries are great too. Im not a huge fan of the onion rings, but whatever, I just get the fries. The staff is funny too. Ive made friends with them after my many visits. Id say pricing is average, not a huge bargain, but not outrageous either. I think I pay $8 or $9 total for my customized bacon burger, a Dr. Pepper, and fries. A+++ recommended.

I dont know what it is about the charming retro ambiance, but it totally makes up for a mediocre meal. The burger itself is okay in size and the ingredients arent gourmet, but its better than fast food and the prices are cheap. Id avoid the fries (taste like they came from a frozen bag) or the chili and stick with the burgers only. Oh, and parking can be tough, as they have more fans than they do spots.
