HORRIFIC!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is RIDICULOUS! FILTHY, STICKY, GREASY, AND DISGUSTING!!! My family and I were in somewhat of a crunch for time, so we were looking for a place that we could sit and dine some what quick. We just happen to be close to this Smashburger here on Cypresswood near 45 in Spring. Dont want to make this a Smashburger Slam. Thats not my intentions. My intentions here are to be COMPLETELY focused on this one Cypresswood Location. So.. We ordered food.... Looked, and looked and looked again for a clean table. 5 OPEN TABLES-NOT A SINGLE ONE CLEAN!! I had to clean my own table for us to be able to sit and eat. OH! Wait! Eat? Well I should say 2 of us. They didnt even bring my wifes or my youngest daughters food. They had to be reminded. And then they had to be reminded again. Finally brought out the food. And forgot the fries. I believe I would have to say that this was the worst experience I have had at any restaurant. And I didnt even mention the poor lady walking back to her table who slipped and damn near busted her ass on the nasty ass floor. She had to be embarrassed and pissed off at the same time. Cuz thats exactly what I felt for her. Look, Im not one of those people who thrive on drama and trash every place that happens to screw up. Everyone has bads days. I have never written a bad review in my entire 40 years of existence. I felt like this needed to be read and people need to know what to expect when they enter this Smashburger located on Cypresswood near I45 in Spring... And yes I did talk to management about this horrible experience. They gave us free milk shakes..... HA! I didnt want anything free. I wanted him to be aware of what his restaurant experience was like to us all.

My husband and I came to this location and I ordered a chicken avocado burger with no mayo no sauce and when I got my burger it had a ton of mayo and a ton of sauce. I thought this was a joke so when I drove back and went to management to tell them about it they did not offer to correct the error they just gave me a refund and did not offer an apology for my inconvenience nor did they care how they messed up my order. Plus the manager had an attitude the entire time processing my refund. Its really sad because I love Smashburger but needless to say, my family will never go back to that location. The customer service is horrible there and they dont own up to their mistakes.

Came in order a Baja Cobb salad asked for extra Jalapeño, when they brought it out I noticed it wasnt what I asked for. I decided to just keep it since it was similar to what I ordered. When I went up to tell the cashier that she rang up the wrong thing and I didnt get jalapeños much less the extra I wanted they said it would be extra. I know it was a joke but first you dont wring it up right because you are more interested in a side conversation then a customer then you say its extra, I didnt think that was funny. I should have just returned it. I looked up the salad I ended up with on the menu and even that salad was missing stuff.

I would always see the ads on the billboards and hear about Smashburger on the radio and thought I would try this place out to see what all the buzz is about. I arrive at the location by 1960 and cypresswood with my brother and started to eat. The burger was awesome setting this far far far apart from the usual fast food joints. Everything from the taste to the atmosphere was excellent and what can I say it just made it that better because afterwards me and my brother "worked" it out at topgolf. Thanks Smashburger for the pleasant experience.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had from a food place. The food was greasy, and had no taste. I upgraded my burger to a big burger. The bun was too small and they did not have a bun to compensate. Half of the patty was falling off. When I asked the manager, he blew me off just as fast as I had asked. But another employee made sure I did not leave unhappy. Ive worked in food business and the employee had better customer service skills than the manager. DONT GO TO SMASHBURGER IN SPRING.

If youre in the mood for a good burger and fast service, this place will not disappoint. I have visted this location several times on weekends and Ive never had a problem eating here. The classic burger is great if you cant decide what to eat. The haystack fries are the best if you enjoy thin onion rings. Dont forget to grab a fork for the haystack fries. The raspberry tea makes my meal complete. The tea is always fresh. Looking forward to visiting again.

Service was okay not a wow and food SUCKED!!!! This the second time I came and thought I would give it a second chance. My childrens burger was medium rare and didnt take like nothing. Chicken strips where over cooked. Will NEVER COME BACK!!!it was not worth 52.00 Also as my food was coming out thr cooks made comments on my lifs burgers bc I wanted cheddar cheese??? So I just stared at him and then he just stayed quit....FOOD IS NOT WORTH IT...

This is the closest Smashburger for me living in The Woodlands. I have to drive a little ways but I love their Truffle Mushroom Swiss Grilled Chicken Sandwich. The smash fries are also wonderful and I cannot forget the Oreo-cookie shake. The restaurant has always had friendly staff and my order has been correct 99% of the time. Sometimes they are overwhelmed with the crowd and tables do not get cleaned away soon enough.

Not overly impressive, but maybe good enough for texas judging by what else ive seen. Try selling burgers like this in south dakota, and you go out of business. Fries are nothing more than shoestring fries. Better than mcdonalds but a far sight from a good burger, and for $12, forget it. Five guys is head and shoulders above this garbage

Ive had my first go at it recently and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with how good their burgers and fries were. The burger itself is unlike any other. The staff here was plenty nice and patient with us - which made the process far better for us first timers. Good burgers. Good shakes. Nice staff.

This Smashburger is not as good as some of the other locations, but it seems to recently have worked out some of its kinks. The burgers have great flavor and there are great choices for toppings. I absolutely love the smash fries. Thin and crispy with a garlic sauce. They also have amazing shakes!

McDonalds have a little bit more pride in their burgers. and are a bit more cheaper. I got a small fry and a small drink and a small shake and a (literally not the one in menu)SMASHED burger for $17.89 I could have had a large BIG Mack e lg fries and drink and a large shake for about $13.00
