Always love to eat subs at Firehouse.... they have the CiCis theme going on, when you walk in they yell welcome to Firehouse Subs! Their subs are darn good with a self serve soda fountain dispenser (Coke Freestyle) that has many different flavors. The selection of hot sauce bottles is why I go to this place time and time again. I would have given them 5 stars but on a few occasions half the hot sauce options were not available. Google "ORDER FORM FOR FIREHOUSE SUBS" to see the PDF hot sauce list.

Had a bad experience. Came in twice two weeks apart and the toaster wasnt working either time. The second time there was a guy working in it. I gave them 2 stars because they were able to heat the meat, but they should have more than 1 toaster...also...i get the same thing every time which is an Italian, but I sub the ham for turkey...this time I was charged as if I added turkey...when I complained I was told that this was the correct charge...not coming back to this location

No customer service what so ever. We went in to eat and the guy made sure to tell us that they closed in 30 min and then asked if we want it to go. We stayed and ate there and the whole time he counted down minute by minute until they closed. Being part of a family who runs a very successful business I know that is how you treat your customers or keep them coming back.

If I owned this business I would want to know the following. We arrived at 830pm kitchen all cleaned up. Chairs on top of table. Placed our order and they put it in a to go. ( We are eating here they didnt I ask us here or to go) yes we felt welcomed. Lol. The thing is. The place was booming with customers. Hope the owner of the franchise reads this.

I generally like firehouse more than this location. The sandwiches were good, but looked just thrown together. The hot sauce selection was one of the worst Ive ever seen at a firehouse. The fountain drinks were all lacking in syrup, and nobody seemed to care. All in all, just an ok experience.

The subs are huge ... The price is more than subway but if you look at the amount you can see why. I have been there once a week since they opened ... I have only had one time out of like 100 times where my bread got soggy but.I should if ate it sooner ... Wish they had coupons

All my sandwiches were wrong and the girl at the counter is rude with zero customer service skills. Took 30 mins to make 5 sandwiches and then 20 more mins to make them again. Used to be my favorite sandwich place...

I used to come here for the awesome.hot sauces. But the selection is dwindling and almost all of the bottles are empty. Probably not going to bother coming here until they fix that.

Great sandwiches. Always clean. The staff is friendly and recognises regulars. Occasionally the Coca-Cola freestyle machine will frustrate users or be out of a flavor.
