We were seated in a booth in a corner of the "NEW RELOCATION" El Bosque in Conroe On 105 and Longmire. We waited for 15 minutes before having our drink orders taken. All three were drinks were wrong. So we waited 10 more minutes for the new drinks. Then we got chips and dip. We waited another 10 minutes for our order to be taken and all three orders were incorrect. At this point we were tired of dealing with the incompetence and lack of understanding the English language. Ate what we had and left. All in all we were there over an hour. I told the manager about the service and he just stared at me as if to say "who cares". Well, I do. We will be going to Los Pericos Mexican restaurant in Willis from now on. I would not recommend El Bosque to anyone!

I visited here despite the last ladys review. I found the food and service very good. Hot sauce was especially good. I had beef enchiladas, and they were good. Beans were a little thin, which is normal in Texas. The rice was quite flaborful. Sweet tea was excellent, as were the flour tortillas. I usually dont comment on others reviews...but I read some of the reviews by the former poster. Not much good about any place, except Starbucks. (EYEROLL). I dont know her except from her reviews, which come across as a pretentious yankee witch. I would ignore her reviews, and suggest she move back to wherever the Ruck she came from.

Im a trucker and was making a delivery nearby and had some time to kill. I wasnt that hungry but decided to walk in this place for something light to eat. I ended up ordering the mazatlan because I vacationed in the city of that name. Anyway, the dish was much larger than I expected. I took one bite and it was the most delicious thing I ever ate. Even though I wasnt that hungry I ate it all. The waiter was superb. My drink was promptly refilled before it was half empty. Outstanding service and food. I will stop there again next time I am in the area.

Spiciest, freshest salsa in the greater Houston area! They have a fruit & chicken salad that will make u cry its so good; with juicy, ripe strawberries, grapes, candied walnuts, & crispy lettuce with other great ingredients in a beautiful taco shell! other dishes I ordered a la carte enchilada al carbon, taco al carbon, & chicken burrito were delicious and unique. The beef was incredible; spiced to perfection. The atmosphere was very pleasant & quaint & the service was wonderful! My new fave place north of the beltway!

We ate here for the first time last night and we were really impressed! First of all, there was no wait on a Saturday night. Score! The fajitas for one were delicious. My husband had the stuffed avocado, which he loved. The salsa is chunky and very tasty. The stand out from our experience was the SERVICE. We received instant drink, chips, and salsa refills without having to ask. Our food came out quickly and our server was good with our daughter. We will definitely be returning soon!

This is the best Tex Mex Ive had since moving to Houston 4 years ago. The Fajitas ala Diablo are amazing if you like spicy food. Also amazing is the service. We were seated next to a table of 20 people which made me very skeptical. However, not once did I ever lift a finger for myself. Drinks were always full, as were the chips. Food came out in perfect time, perfectly hot and fresh, and it was all delicious. Kudos to the management and staff for doing such an impressive job.

There food is really fresh and some days they might be a little busy , although the price for the food is cheaper than most restaurants locally that I have been too, the amount size of the plate you will get more than paying for at sonic . The price for my nachos was 7.00$ Which filled me up, they dont charge you for the tip included/attached to the ticket, overall I have no complaints and always a clean place! I will come back again.

1st time there and they had a special with beef and chickrn fajitas with queso and shrimp. Oh my, it was amazing. Great charro been soyp too. Salsa was the olny disappointment. Too sweet, no heat, all tomato for taste. Needed some celantro, onion and jalpeno added or something to crank it up. I dont know if everything here is as good but will be back to find out and will keep an eye open for that special to return.

Waiters were very unprofessional. If you asked for something they responded back with an attitude. In one occasion the waiter almost took my glass off my hands to refill my drink, he didnt even asked or anything he just put his hand in front of my face. We asked for something else and the waiter asked us if we didnt had enough... Bad, Bad, bad customer service... bad bad!!!!

Great Service, friendly people, and good food. There are a number of choices on the lake for mexican food, but El Bosque is our favorite. Weve visited other El Bosque locations, and this one is well staffed and very friendly. Its a little bit "old school" mexican compared to some of the newer places in Houston, but it is comfortable and very family friendly.

El Basque has a plain, strip mall exterior, but a nice, slightly upscale interior. Service was good and the food came promptly. The chips & salsa were complimentary and okay. My meal was the Chicken Enciladas (with green sauce) lunch special, which came with rice & beans, and also a salad. Everything was fine, but a bit on the bland side. RJT

El Bosque was affordable and high quality. I had the stuffed Avocado based on another diners review (Thank you!) and it was very tasty and filling. It was not very busy about 5-7 couples/families. Service was prompt and they are always making sure that your cup is filled. Prices are pretty good too. I will be back again-

We lived in The Woodlands for a year and we went to El Bosque about 3 times a month!! It is absolutely delicious! The waiters are so much fun and they have a great staff. I would choose this restaurant over any other in the area. Authentic mexican and unbelievably authentic enchiladas!

Fast service, staff is very welcoming! I stopped by for lunch and really enjoyed it all! Very good seasoning and as you can see very generous portions. The rice was right which is hard to get at most texmex restaurants. Glad to have found this place so close to work! Convenient location.

The food was over rated, but the Margaritas were good. Our waiter was (I dont have words) so I will just leave that right there. I really couldnt understand how someone could do a bad job on a food that is so simple to make. But El Bosque has proved me wrong.

Had about a 4 minute wait for 6 people. Great service even when fully busy. Constantly attentive wait staff. Hot sauce and chips are warmed and the sauce is great flavor and spicy. My favorite home made flour tortillas! Highly recommend.

WARNING: This is frozen food warmed up!!! Im so tired of these fake mexican restaurants. Its extremely sad to me that no where in Houston have I even been able to find authentic mexican food. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FOOD HERE. Nice servers, however.
