This burger King is horrible. There were three kids laughing and horse playing when we pulled into the drive through, after they handed us our food they shut the window without saying anything so my wife waved them down to ask them for sauce for our chicken and confirm we had everything. We had two sundaes and one literally had half as much ice cream as the other. Once we got home we realized that they didnt give us straws or my daughters juice and my wifes chicken sandwich was burnt so bad the edges were black. I then looked at the receipt to try and find a customer service number but there was only a survey. I tried to take the survey and realized they didnt give us a regular receipt, it was some sort of duplicate with half the information missing, including the store number and the cashiers name.

Its hard to see from the street behind the trees like most places in The Woodlands. The parking lot is large and easy to park it. The floors and the tables were clean. It was easy to place an order I had a coupon from the Burger King app that buy one get one free. The food came out fast it was fresh and just the way I ordered it. Hamburger tasted very good I like their Whoppers. I get extra lettuce tomato and pickles and extra ketchup and mayonnaise. It was my first time at this store and I will be back again I highly recommend it to anyone.

I have been visiting this location for a couple of years. Something has happened in recent months because my orders via the drive thru are being delivered inaccurately. It seems that nearly 1/3 of the time, the order is not correct. Since it is a drive thru order, you dont discover this until reaching your location to eat it. By this time it is not worth returning to the location to get it right. So, check your order before driving off from the window.

I am a frequent customer of this restaurant. I have only been unhappy with my order once (it was food quality). They do seem to have a large number of employees with poor English skills, but thats common for any fast-food place, even if English is a FIRST language. Theyve always gotten my order correctly without any hassle. They have an indoor play area, which we frequent. I find it acceptable.

I ordered two burgers with cheese and when i sat down to eat I noticed I didnt have any cheese on them so I took them back to front counter and ask if they could put cheese on them the manager took them back to correct the order and they just slap some cheese on there and gave me back the food.....which by the way the cheese was very cold

Please put someone who speaks English on the drive-thru. Inside wasnt as bad, but I had to repeat everything three times. Food was great though!
