Im a college student in the town this particular Pizza Hut is located & dont eat out much, so when I do, I expect it to be pretty amazing. I didnt mind the drive to this location because Pizza Hut had never disappointed me before, & wouldnt start now...or so I THOUGHT. I went to this location to pick-up, it was extremely tight with no parking. I parked in a random spot because I figured Id be in and out. WRONG. There was heavy traffic, as expected for a Friday night, & the employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Me & another gentleman walked in at the same time & it took us FOREVER to get acknowledged. We only got serviced because one of the waitresses HAPPENED to look in our direction. I got my food, and it was TERRIBLE. The wings had more fat than meat, tasted old. Worst wings Ive ever had in my life...and I usually look forward to getting the wings from Pizza Hut. My pizza was good, but deceivingly small and unevenly cut. I literally winced as I ate. If Im going to ingest hundreds of unwanted calories at an establishment, I expect the food to be good and the service great. So dissatisfied!

i ordered a pizza online and went into the store to pick it up while on my lunch break. i walked in, told them my name to retrieve my order and was told that it would be another 10 minutes. they were pretty busy, so i paid and sat down to wait. half an hour later, i asked them where my pizza was and was told that it had not been made, though i saw several people who came in after me get their food and leave. at this point i was late in returning from my lunch break. i asked for a refund. they said that the manager who needed to do the refund was on break and asked if i could wait. i could not, so they took down my name and number and told me that they would call me. i told them that was fine, and went back to work. its been over a week and i have received no call. i went into the store and they told me they have no record of what happened. so they took my money, and did not give me the good that i paid for. i had extremely awful service. none of the staff seemed to care that i was banking on the food i ordered almost an hour prior to be my meal for that day. i wont be going back to them.

It is Pizza Hut. A chain. So... Nice interior that you could eat at. Not bad at all for a shopping center pizza chain. I was just ordering online to take back to the motel room for my family to eat. Online ordering was fast and easy. Pick up was simple, and I was able to add (actually purchase at a premium) some ranch for dipping at the time of pickup. They happily provided parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. The pizza was hot, fresh and properly cut (no having to recut - which would suck since we were at a motel and not taking this home where we would have more utensils for such things.) We also got wings, which were larger than expected, well seasoned and cooked well. Looks like they have decent people working here that do their job well. Thats good for a chain, eh? ;-)

Horrible. Told us there would be a 25 minute wait because they were backed up then, they forgot to make our pizza and refused to do anything about it. Dont go there. Rude nasty staff that didnt even attempt to try to give customer service. I would expect an apology, a discount, a prioritized order, something. They Refused to let me speak to manager. Yelled at me and said we didnt place the order. Basically called me a liar. Refused to accept the proof that we called their number on our phone. Who would wait 25 minutes for a pizza they supposedly didnt order.

I called in to do a carry out, ended up waiting an extra 45 mins when my name on the TV was way past my due time. I saw the manager in the back cussing at everything, I saw employees eating pizza and goofing off. Employees dont look happy and kept giving every ugly looks. I called in for a reason so I dont have to wait. I love pizza hut but this location is terrible. Its cool though. Driving to the next town just to get my pizza next time.

There was two strands of hair cooked into our pizza so we called to let them know and the manager proceeded to call me a liar. I offered to even bring in the pizza to show them and he then got an attitude and began to be rude to me. Needless to say Im never going to this Pizza Hut again and the fact that Pizza Hut allows people with such poor management skills manage their stores is a joke. Dont go here.

Ill give it 1 star just because I have to. Poor. Food was uncooked. When replacement was sent out it hardly had cheese and when I pointed to driver he got defensive. Told him to return to the store. I went to the store and manager got real defensive calling me a liar and claimed the pizza was good. The replacement pizza was nothing but bread and sauce. Never ordering again.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever encountered. My pizzas have been damn near cold every time theyve been delivered, and they rarely ever get my order right. Ive been cheated out of my money, Ive been treated with complete disrespect, and frankly its just not worth the pizza. I suggest you order from literally any other pizza place in San Marcos besides pizza hut.

Horrible customer service. I got my order late and it was cold. And the delivery driver didnt have change so we were forced to "tip" him more than we should have for late, cold pizza. I called to speak to a manager and he didnt even apologize much less offer any solution. We have spent plenty of money at this location and wont ever again. They dont deserve 1 star.

Delivery was a bit of a wait for me but Tony, I think that was his name, was super cool and apologized for the delay. I mean it was a Saturday night so I assumed it would be busy there. The cheesy bites pizza was the bomb. Unfortunately they dont have it anymore. BRING IT BACK! Anyway, overall my experience was good and the delivery guy was awesome. Thanks

I dont know what happened but I ordered the box deal and usually the wings are wrapped in foil but this time it wasnt at all. The honey bbq sauce was everywhere in the box. I couldnt even enjoy the cinnamon sticks because they were marinated with the honey bbq. Wings were scattered around the box. Im going to just order carry out from a different location

My delivery time was 40 minutes, 80 minutes later I got my Pizzia and it was room temperature (well within the danger-zone for food). I called to complain and the team member just set the phone on the counter while she "got the manager." I could hear them talking next to the phone and they just left it on the counter until I hung up.
