i can say that this is the best chick fil I worked for the crew is great we even got dog treats ....the service provided for our customers is on point ... I mean customers comes first .... likereallytho if we see customers getting up we are first to ask if theres anything we can do to make your meal here better and we dump trays.. chick fil san marcos is the best love the crew and the food .. I will miss spending my work days there most of all ill miss the positive energy flowing every time I walk through the doors I mean what restaurant do u know that will walk u to ur car with a umbrella when its raining is ur in san marcos stop by chick fil a and u will enjoy the rest of ur day .... love always Trainea

Food is always good as usual but the area for my kid to play made me feel uncomfortable with older bigger kids playing in there I asked the staff if they can calm them down and they did but shortly after I was having my kid play they started playing disrespectful music in the area my kid was playing I told the staff again and they completely blew me off, this is the most uncomfortable i have ever been in their environment. The sign says 3 years or younger or 54 inches or below. All these kids were above it. My daughter couldnt even play with the 5 kids staring and playing obscene music. I feel disrespected as a parent.

Great food and service. But I absolutely hate how this location in particular staffs extra and then has them line the drive thru with tablets to take orders and money. I know your trying to make the experience quicker but in fact it doesnt speed the process at all. Actually the girl just came up to me but it wasnt my food. Now that driver is eating behind me to get out and in their way. Just stop it. Lol. Your just trying to take in as much money as you can with the cars you have in line so they cant go anywhere. Stop already. Youll make enough money. Seriously.

Best chick-fil-a ever!!! Id give a million stars if I could. So I was just traveling through. A super long trip with just me and my three kiddos (ages 2weeks-2yr old-4yr old) all of the staff was soo helpful and nice! They went out of their way to help me. It was my first time out to a restaurant since having new born and Im so glad it was this chick-fil-a. Never have I had strangers be so kind. Thank you chick-fil-a!!! ----and of course their food was great!

I came here a few weeks ago with a some friends for lunch, and the service was great! One of the staff was very helpful to our and waited on us almost like a legitimate restaurant. She called us all "maam", "sir", "Miss", or "Mister" and was very helpful. Chic-fil-A is generally known for its focus on customer service, but this location and this staff member takes the cake! I love Chic-fil-A and will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family!!

Extremely poor, slow, and unorganized service. My food was inedible and tasted like cleaner...or very old oil. I was scared to eat it, and Im praying I didnt get food poisoning. My husbands salad literally consisted of 2 bites of food with a plastic-like substance in it...and this was after waiting in the drive thru for at least 40 mins.

Horrible chick fil a! Most locations send people out to the drive thru to expedite the line when there is a rush. This location does not follow suit. We waited in line for 25 min before we got to take our order and then an addition 11 minutes getting to the window. There were about 17 cars in line and they did nothing. Poor management.

What is there to say? Everyone knows how it works. Waffle fries and lemonade are the perfect compliment to a chicken sandwich. They are very friendly and polite here. I have yet to get an order wrong. They are one of the best fast food places out there. Unlimited refills on sweet tea and lemonade is a plus

Worst service in area.... team leader selects wrong food I take it to front to get correct food and I get charged diffrence for his mistake. ..if only he would have repeated order back this wouldnt have happened..... not only that but this is only location that has a horrible smell when you walk in.

I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A best chicken strips and fries ever! My fav is definitely the cobb salad but honestly it ALL is good. Such a good atmosphere and courteous staff plus they get involved in the community any way they can! Five stars forsure!

Waited 35 minutes in drive through to receive my order, it was cold before I even left the parking area. There was too many customers at the registers for me to go inside and complain, and both lanes of the drive through was full

Food is awesome, inside service is great, drive-thru sucked. Big muscle-bound guy - could hardly hear him, didnt say much anyway. I know working outside in the TX heat is rough, but dont let it affect your customer service!

Chick-fil-A usually has good service but this one had the best service. They came by to check on the food, and for refills a couple times. This is a great place to stop if youre hungry!

Food is always good. The one downside is that if you go here on a Saturday it will be crowded. I think its because people know that the place is closed on Sundays.
